There were no general sitting areas or reception area, just a restaurant. Very unlike a hotel. The breakfast was a la carte. A confusing menu. Not good. Service was not always the best.

The restaurant and terras of the hotel have a great atmosphere. 80% of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The other 20% of restaurant staff needs to speed up their services....

Diego (8/5): Gut, aber mit vielen Fehlern - Alles war sehr sauber und luxuriös. Man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gibt einige Punkte, die man bei solchen Unterkünfte nicht erleben sollte. Wie zum Beispiel: 1. Checkin ist um 15:00 Uhr und es ist nicht flexibel. In der Regel, wenn man ein Hotel erreicht ein bisschen früher, werden mindestens das Gepäck eingenommen, wenn nicht sogar bekommt man das Zimmer früher. In diesem Fall, da die Restaurantbedienung für die Rezeption verantwortlich ist, sind Sie sehr streng mit der Checking-Zeit. 2. Das Hotel ist Hundefreund und wir haben zusätzliche Kosten dafür bezahlt. In der Regel bei anderen Hotels von dem selben Niveau bereiten etwas für die Hunde im Zimmer vor: wie zum Beispiel Näpfe und Körbchen. In diesem Fall gab es nichts für ihn. 3. Beim Frühstück sind immer der Toast und Bacon angebrannt. Wir durften das an drei Tagen erleben. Wir haben das Problem angesprochen. Dies würde nicht wirklich korrigiert.

Daniel (10/5): - "Wir waren kürzlich für ein paar Tage im Hotel und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt und dem Meer entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet, mit einem Balkon mit Blick auf die Stadt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und bot eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Auch das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr gut, mit frischen, regionalen Produkten. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!"

Raining for dinner so ate inside the restaurant and as no one about it lacked a bit of atmosphere. Food good Room great as took advantage of the sauna and spa as weather not great. Loved the secret door to the lift and whole ambiance of the hotel amazing Pricey.

Nereda (10/5): Perfect start to our Italy trip. - The location was on the edge of the old town and within walking distance of everything. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite / apartment which was massive and perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The included breakfast was fantastic and the coffee was excellent for Australians with high coffee standards! The design was minimalist and calming which we all love in accommodation. The beds were extremely comfortable if you like less soft and the shower pressure was great.

Robin (6/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Einrichtung und Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön. Haben beim Ein- und Aus-Checken jeweils 1 Stunde gebraucht. Der Parkplatz ist überteuert (20€ am Tag) welcher nirgends beschrieben ist. Das Frühstück dauert ewig bis es da ist da man es ala cart bestellt und die Kellner sind nicht bemüht und schlafen fasst ein während der Arbeit.

Fred (10/5): Fantastic Luxury Suites in Beautiful Historic Building - The building and suites are absolutely stunning, well appointed, comfortable, luxurious and clean. Breakfast was delicious (great coffee) with some good options and service from the staff was excellent. We really loved the friendly bar staff, reception staff and the cleaners came daily and unobtrusively. Room included a hot tub on the balcony which was great, as well as a sauna, living area and very comfy bed. Parking in the secure underground carpark was arranged for €20 which was very easy and convenient. The location is stunning, you're right in the middle of the old town by the waterways. Couldn't recommend this highly enough. Nothing - everything was exceptional.

Very convenient location, walk to boats and restaurants and shops. Gorgeous views. Spacious room. Nice breakfast choices and very good cappuccino. The air conditioner was a bit weak, so while the room was conditioned and definitely tempered compared to the heat and humidity outside, it was not as cool as we would have liked. The room was on the attic floor so architecturally it was very neat and had nice views of the water, but it lacked sufficient lighting. Dinner at the restaurant was okay but not as nice as we expected for such a nice hotel.

Everything clean, gorgeous, even the hallway spectacular. Staff incredible - attentive, friendly, helpful. Restaurant fab fab every meal - breakfast, apperitivo, dinner. Location is exceptional - easy base to explore Lake Garda, Verona & surrounds then retreat to our luxurious room. Train station easy walk, ferry same. Car parking. Loved it all.

Amanda (9/5): Highly Recommended! - Absolutely stunning newly renovated property. Had a beautiful feel to it, cool and sophisticated. We had a queen suite which was exceptional for quality and comfort and exceeded our expectations. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, high quality and made to order. Highly recommend eating in the restaurant, we had the best food there than anywhere else. It took us a while to work out the lighting system and how the jacuzzi worked but it didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay.
Andrew (9/5): Very stylish, very central but lack high end customer feeling - Central location. Cleanliness. Beautiful styling. Excellent breakfast staff. No real sitting area in room. Very low ceilings. Evening meals were a little mixed and service not so great - but only on one occasion. Checkin staff member was on the phone for 10 minutes before even acknowledging we had just landed to checkin. He was also very grumpy. When you are spending over £400 a night for room only I would except a certain level of customer experience on arrival. Also the room was so stylish it lacked certain feature like cloths storage drawers.

Alexander (7/5): Hätte man ohne Frühstück gebucht es wäre ein absolut schöner Aufenthalt gewesen - Die Lage und sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal Das Restaurant kann man nur empfehlen Das Frühstück und dessen Darbietung war eine Zumutung wenn man viele vergleichsmöglichkeiten hat . Auf einer Karte einzelne Zusammenstellungen anbieten und jeden Krümel extra bestellen muss geht garnicht ! Das konnte man zu COVID Zeiten als Notlösung machen. Sparen an der falschen Stelle!

Guest (6/5): Suite toll und sauber, Frühstück mit Personal enttäuschend. - Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Restaurant-Garten am Wasser, ansprechende und gehobene Ausstattung. Die Suite war sehr sauber und gepflegt mit eigenem Whirlpool und Sauna. Was unseren Aufenthalt leider etwas getrübt hat, war das Frühstück und das unfreundliche und nicht zuvorkommende Verhalten von einzelnen Personen des Personals beim Frühstück. Für den gehobenen Preis darf man mehr Auswahl und wenigstens einen normalen Service erwarten. Wenn man beim Frühstück 45 Minuten warten muss, bis man endlich Essen bekommt, dann jedoch weiterhin keine Teller und Besteck hat, von der Bedienung nur genervte Blicke erhält und weitere Bestellungen nicht einmal serviert werden, wird das der Unterkunft und vor allem dem Preis nicht gerecht. Auch wenn externe Kunden, die viel später kommen, vorrangig bedient werden. Für Kinder oder Nicht-Kaffeetrinker gab es noch nicht einmal eine heiße Schokolade zum Frühstück. Während unser Check-in sehr freundlich und professionell durchgeführt wurde, war der Check-out enttäuschend und unfreundlich. Die Zimmerkarte wurde vor dem Check-out-Zeitpunkt bereits eingezogen, sodass man weder die Tiefgarage noch das (noch nicht ausgeräumte) Zimmer mehr selbst öffnen konnte. Es wurde auch nicht gefagt, ob man einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatte. Es gab auch sehr freundliches Personal, mit den konkret relevanten Bedienern hatten wir jedoch kein 'Glück'. Frühstück und Personal beim Frühstück - unangemessen lange Wartezeiten, qualitativ zwar gutes Frühstück, jedoch ein sehr schmales Angebot, insbesondere für diese Preisklasse.

Stirner900 (10/5): - Un posto davvero stupendo e magico,la suite con idromassaggio e sauna è davvero fantastica con una vista mozzafiato. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante interno e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti della cena a base di pesce,come siamo rimasti soddisfatti della colazione (fatta all'aperto a ridosso del lago) con prodotti freschi che arrivavano dalla pasticceria interna. Il personale sia della struttura che del ristorante è stato professionale e molto gentile. Siamo rimasti davvero conquistati da questa struttura piena di fascino,storia e confort,dove abbiamo passato una giornata indimenticabile Voto 10 e lode Nulla,era tutto perfetto
