Sehr schön!Zentral zum Supermarkt (ca. 600 M), Tiefgarage, Klimaanlage, direkte Lage zum Pool, alles top!Sehr gepflegte Anlage, toller Garten, alles so schön, sehr ruhig, Nachbarn sehr nett und ruhig, absolut top gepflegte Wohngegend, keine Touris, sehr nett, Pool und Garten direkt am Haus und Terrasse, tolle Tiefgarage und Zugang zum Haus, alles sehr sicher, sehr abgesichert, kurze Wege zum Müll ( an der Straßenecke...ca. 200 m) und zum Einkauf.. Pool nie voll, direkter Haus/Garten/Terrassenzugang, sehr schöne Gartenanlage...Danke an Pedro Gonzalo für die nette Betreuung! es fehlten: Handtücher insgesamt, Poolhandtücher (gekauft), Küchenhandtücher, Löffel, Messer (gekauft), eine richtige Kaffeemaschine (vor Ort Dolce Gusto), für 6 Personen nur draußen zum Sitzen: 4 Sitzmöglichkeiten, haben uns vom netten Nachbarn "Tisch mit 6 Stühlen" geliehen, dafür haben wir Blumen gegossen:-), alles ok, für 6 muss man etwas vorbereitet sein, aber sehr sehr schön, es gibt: Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett, oben 2 Bäder, unter 1 Bad, kein Staubsauger, tolle Parkgarage
- Jocelyn (10/5): Maison Arlette, Costa Mijas - We were a family of 6 (adults). This complex is fabulous. The villa is so clean and spacious and has everything you would need. The swimming pool is lovely and never busy. There are several buses within 10 mins walk, the 220 brings you to Malaga and surrounding area. Lovely restaurants close by, beach around 10/15 mins walk. Thank you Gonzalo for everything! The perfect host 👌 We have nothing we didn't like however a bbq would have been fantastic.
- Golfer7 (9/5): Superb - We spent one week in the apartment from April 3, 2024. We came to play golf, I can recommend this place as a base for trips to golf courses. The apartment is large, very clean, well equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances. It has a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The garage is large, it can accommodate an 8-person van.
We would like to thank Gonzalo who brought and collected the keys to the apartment from us. A very nice and helpful person.
- Nicola (7/5): An enjoyable stay with an excellent host. - The host was welcoming and helpful. We liked the property, which was in easy distance from a Carrefour and not to far from a nice strip of restaurants, which has a wonderful tapas venue. Our car was handy as it was around a 10 minute drive to the beach. Although an uBer is easy to pick up. It's a nice location along that strip of coastline. Garage is not that accessible (we barely used it).
It was a little tiresome to have to bring our loungers to the pool side, which is behind a gated fence. One reason why I would not return to this location.
The property is not accessible for those with mobility issues. It is up a fairly steep hill and then a good walk from the front gate to the entrance of the house up a slope. The pool is not easy to navigate to. The agent does have alternative properties that would work better for those with these challenges.
Air conditioning needs an update. They are using commercial units for a residential building. The master bedroom was hot whilst the rest of the rooms were like ice boxes.
