• Nikola (8/5): We had a great stay at Gracia Terrace - We had a great stay at Gracia Terrace. The apartment was perfect for me and my five friends — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy, and the check-in process went smoothly without any issues. The terrace was definitely a highlight and made the whole experience even better. Overall, everything was excellent and we would definitely come back again!

• Micael (9/5): Très bon séjour, appartement conforme au descriptif, très agréable avec sa terrasse - La terrasse est très agréable, la disposition de l'appartement était idéale pour un groupe de 4 personnes. Le quartier est agréable mais assez éloigné du centre. D'avoir à disposition quelques dosettes pour boire un café dès notre arrivée.

• Thomas (6/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, aber für fünf Personen eignet sich die Wohnung nicht. - Die Lage ist super! Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte sind gleich um die Ecke. Großzügig mit Dachterrasse. Die Gastherme war ausgefallen und wurde super schnell repariert. Schnelle Kommunikation mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles von den Nachbarn von oben. Ebenso hören die Nachbarn mit. Der Geschirrspüler war defekt und konnte leider nicht repariert werden.
• Dulska (7/5): - Lokalizacja, przyjemna dzielnica, przestronne jasne mieszkanie, wystrój podstawowy ale ładny, wyposażenie kuchni - podstawa, łatwość zwrotu kluczy po wymeldowaniu się. Dla 6 osób komfortowo. Małe minusy w dodatkowym wyposażeniu- brak poszewek na poduszki dla dwóch osób (4 były 2 brakowało) - obsługa miała dostarczyć - nikt się nie pojawił. Nie działająca zmywarka, co się okazało pod koniec pobytu w sobotę dlatego nikt z obsługi nie był dostępny żeby usunąć usterkę.
• Filippo (8/5): Soggiorno breve ma piacevole, appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e di una terrazza perfetta per passare del tempo in - Punti di forza sicuramente la posizione, la pulizia e la splendida terrazza Non ci sono tende nella zona giorno, chi dorme sul divano letto viene svegliato non appena sorge il sole.

• Natalia (6/5): Buena ubicación y mala relación precio-calidad - El piso es muy luminoso y la terraza está muy bien. Muchos enseres para cocinar y comer. Las camas muy cómodas. No tiene aire acondicionado y sufrimos mucho calor. Solo tiene dos ventiladores de pie que hacen muchísimo ruido y no dejan dormir. La ducha del baño hacía un ruido terrible. Uno de los sillones estaba roto y no se podía usar. Por el precio que cobran, podrían tener mejores instalaciones (AC sobre todo!) y algunos elementos de cocina disponibles (aceite, sal, azúcar, servilletas de papel). No volveríamos a este piso.

Cena wygórowana do standardu jaki tam panował! - Apartament w centrum Barcelony, blisko do Metra Apartament bez klimatyzacji, były 4 wiatraki, z czego 2 zepsute. Wiatraki całe w kurzu, brudne! Brakowało żelazka (było wymienione w udogodnieniach). Krzesła na tarasie połamane! Stolik w salonie połamany! Sofa w salonie brudna i cała w plamach! Pralka cała zagrzybiona i zardzewiała!

• Tatiana (2/5): 4 people max. just for sleep over ok, but definitely not more - The property lays in a beautiful area and has a very charmful small balcony overlooking a typical Bareclonian alley The sofa bed was terrible, very old and muddy. After only one day we had only cold water in the shower and no one fixed it after messages or calls. No air conditioner. 3 of 6 chairs on the terrace were broken. The terrace looked horrible and not welcoming at all and over the top sitting and chatting on the terrace after 10pm is not welcomed by the neighbours even if it’s a normal talking volume. We were very disappointed by this property:S
