• Matthijs (6/5): A comfortable stay in a beautiful location, but in a mediocre apartment. - The beds were very comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. The communication with the host was excellent. We had to look for the children’s bed linen, which was somewhere in a closet. The shower was not pleasant and was quite low/broken. I couldn’t stand under it. The overall condition of the apartment was mediocre.

• Kimberley (8/5): Very nice 🫶 - We felt very secure at this property. It was in a brilliant spot and the kitchen had everything we needed for our breakfasts. Comminication was very good about how to get in and get the keys. Only thing was carpets quite worn. Could do with a refurb.

• Jelena (9/5): Ночлег в приличном районе. - Чистый район с богатыми жителями. Хозяйка общительная. Помогала решать трудности. Хорошая кухня с окном с видом на сад. Есть посуда для приготовления еды и масло, соль, Сахар, кофе, чай. Стол и стулья на 4 персоны. Хорошая постель и матрас, после которого не болела спина. Телевизор с ютуб. Есть стиральный порошок, гладильная доска, утюг, фен. Хорошая стиральная машина с быстрым режимом. Балкон со столиком и стульями. Никакие прохожие нигде тебя не видят в жилье. Окна на дорогу, поэтому оооочень шумно. Особенно мешают сирены и мотоциклы. Слабая струя воды из душа. Постоянно жужжащий вентилятор в потолке в душевой.
• Fina (7/5): Buena situación - La ubicación es buena, tiene de todo, la terraza si hace buen tiempo está bien. La cocina es completa, el baño es grande, la tv es perfecta. El sofá cama para niños es perfecto. Mucho ruido por las noches, calor, y que las cortinas dejaban entrar mucho sol desde las 5 de la mñn. La cama es corta para una persona de 190 cm. Y la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina es mejorable. Las ventanas requieren una actualización.
• Didier (1/5): Bon au niveau de nos activités, moyen au niveau contact avec la propriétaire pour des gens âgés. - pas de café à côté La propriétaire ne s'est pas déplacée, même quand nous étions en difficulté. Il a fallu à un moment pousser le portail avec brutalité. Nous croyions que notre pass ne fonctionnait pas. C'est un voisin que nous avons appelé au hasard qui nous a dit de pousser comme des brutes. Plus gravement, le jour de notre arrivée, nous ne trouvions pas la clé cachée dans un boitier. Si mes souvenirs sont bons , cela ne figurait pas dans la vidéo. C'est très difficile de comprendre par téléphone une personne qui parle anglais comme si elle s'adressait à des gens de son pays. Cela nous a mis dès le départ en grande insécurité. Qu'allions devenir si nous n'arrivions pas à entrer? Je précise que nous sommes septuagénaires et que nous avions deux petits enfants ( 9- 12 ans) avec nous. L'appartement était très chaud, très bruyant si nous voulions ouvrir la fenêtre le soir et sans volets; nous étions réveillés dès 6heures du matin par la lumière. Vous en conviendrez, il y a de quoi gâcher un séjour et je ne comprends pas comment vous laissez de telles conditions de location. Nous avions quand même payé 1200 livres. Dommage, car jusqu'à présent nous avions toujours été contents de votre médiation en France à la différence de RBNB où c'est toujours plus fantaisiste.

• Samantha (10/5): Excellent host, safe, secure, beautiful gardens, tasteful, spacious for a studio with good kitchen, - Tastefully decorated, spacious, balcony was a plus. All you need for a stay was provided. Excellent communication with the host and instructions to enter step by step. Gardens into the property were a little oasis in London and it felt very secure and safe.

• Maria (9/5): very good location and practical studio - Very friendly communication, we could leave the luggage at the last day to pick it up later. One night we were not lucky with traffic noise.
• Sandra (6/5): Suitable for couple - This is a nice apartment in good location. It is suitable for a couple only. Owner provides lots of video shorts showing how to get to the property - essential to follow. This is not suitable for more than a couple. Our 11 year old granddaughter was with us and the bed settee was too uncomfortable. It's a futon bed and the metal frame can be felt through the mattress where it folds.

• Elizabeth (1/5): Disastrous - The property hadn’t been cleaned when I arrived at after 5pm after a long journey so I left the property and asked for a refund. The owner was apologetic but it meant I had to travel home again and pay for another train and abandon my work trip. The property was on a council estate in West Kensington and it was complicated to access through various security gates and doors. I don’t think it merits the description’Chelsea studio’. I felt a little unsafe in the dark on the estate trying to find the flat.

• Sandi (5/5): I would not stay here again due to location, curtains and noise from traffic. - Enjoyed Coffee Machine, apartment was warm and cosy. The bed was ok. Once in the apartment it felt safe. I didn’t like location of apartment. It was a mission to navigate getting into the apartment. The booking says 23 Broadwood but the actual entrance was 78 Warwick. If I knew exact location I would not had booked. Curtains need attention as they are hard to draw. A lot of street light and noise.
• Keith (1/5): Bad - not much Access to the apartment is a long way from the street, once you have the key from the lock box, you need to use the fob on a steel security gate, then walk down an alley way to another security door that neeeds the fob for access again, then access a lift, go up 2 floors then use the fob to get through another door before a 100yd walk to the apartment. On arrival the balcony door and windows were open in the apartment. When I tried to shut these, the left window wouldn't shut has the handle was broken. The balcony door was very difficult to lock as you needed to pull hard against it and up at the same time. The window blinds wouldn't come down which wasn't ideal as the curtains only cover about 2/3rds of the window. There is also a loose tile on the bathroom floor. I managed to park in residents parking whilst I made 2 trips to the car...fortunately I didn't get a ticket. The nearest car park was the Hilton Olympia (£37 for 24hr). The Balcony windows are also only single glazed so there was a lot of road noise.

• Fanny (9/5): Superb - Had a last minute booking of the flat and the owner was very responsive and friendly :) The flat is comfy, with a big kitchen, a bathtub and a balcony! Great and charming while bieng located close to bus stop and tube. Special mention to the wonderful rooftop garden arround the apartment :)
• Загородна (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment very nice and cozy, located near bus and metro stations. Apartment has beautiful garden and nice view from the window. Owner of the apartment incredibly kind woman, try to help with everything what she can, was a pleasure to stay here.
