- Donna (10/5): Perfect - Everything Nothing
- Suzanne (7/5): - Location was very good, easy to find and great to have an allocated parking space. Lovely large kitchen and plenty of kitchen appliances/resources. It was very warm in the apartment and the bedding was cosy too. There is no mirror in the living/sleeping area which made it difficult to dry my hair. I couldn't get the water in the shower to come through hot. The water out of the tap in the kitchen was hot so I'm not sure what the problem was and unfortunately I was pushed for time, so couldn't contact the owner to ask for advice. The remote controls were grubby and would benefit from a clean.
- Grazyna (10/5): Great stay close to the Fat Cat pub - Fabulous location. Good access to the town centre.
The pub opposite serves the breakfast.
Great and very responsive host.
Clean and very comfortable accommodation for a couple. Nothing
- Rippon (8/5): - Spacious with a comfortable bed Shower was difficult to set up for hot water
- Stuart (10/5): Car broke down outside. Pub next door great. Collected next day day by breakdown. What a shame, how lucky we were. Will - Amazing. Nothing
- Amanda (6/5): A property with lots of potential but needs more attention to detail and better communication - The property was a great size, in a convenient location Communication was poor, shower was cold and without a welcome pack or any information provided in the property it was hard to know what the problem was (initially thought was boiler pressure but after sorting that it was also cold the next morning too) could have been that I didn’t know how to work it so instructions are necessary. Bathroom tap was a trickle of water only.
Only an internal locked door seems to separate this property from the next so when the neighboring occupants decided to start emptying their dishwasher and using the kitchen appliances at 6am, it sounded like this was in the room I was sleeping in and I could hear their conversations and TV - they may have just been extra noisy but it was frustrating none the less.
On entering the property there were slats from the clearly broken door blind on the floor and the previous occupants clean crockery still in the dishwasher.
Would work better to have allocated numbered spaces to avoid issues with parking.
There are some really nice features but unfortunately these were outweighed by the negatives and the communication from the host was not as I would expect. Such a shame as I visit my daughter in Norwich fairly regularly and I was so pleased to find a dog friendly centrally located place to stay with parking for one car.

- Bradley (6/5): Good location, spacious, nice decor, but needs some work and a better bed - Villa is quite spacious, nice decor throughout. Decent appliances, living room/bedroom has some nice lighting. Big oven and nicely sized fridge-freezer in kitchen. Decent location, the city centre is walkable from the accomodation and very easy to drive into as well, about a 20 min walk or 5 minute drive, if that. The private parking for accomodation is a nice bonus, we had space for 2 cars throughout the stay without issue. Internet in accomodation works well. Theres a pub across the road that does a good sunday roast. Me and my partner found the bed to be quite uncomfortable, would prefer an actual king-sized bed rather than 2 single beds put together. The water pressure on the bathroom tap was really low, yet really high in the kitchen. The shower unit mounted on the wall was a bit wobbly, the shower head even moreso. Some of the drinks glasses, mugs, baking trays etc were found to be dirty upon arrival. Some of the trim in the kitchen and bathroom werent very secure, comes off easily. Decor is nice but seems like it needs some repair work in places overall.

- Caroline-Sara (10/5): Beautiful large comfortable apartment. - Gorgeous expansive apartment with huge kitchen!
Loved the high ceilings and the bed was super comfortable too.
About a 15-20min amble to the city centre but so many beautiful buildings and properties to look at on route that you forget about the distance. Nothing not to like although I think the bathroom is due a deep clean with some attention to detail such as the walls.

- Abigail (10/5): Really lovely location and perfect location furvys to get into town and for a wedding just up the road. - Spacious and comfy with all the facilities. Small bath towels and no tea towels.
- Simon Pixsley (9/5): Amazing and would highly recommend, wished we'd stayed longer - It was lovely from the moment we arrived till the momeny we left.
The kitchen was fantastic as was the bedroom area.
In fact we came home earlier than expected on the night so we could spend some time in the apartement and specifically the kitchen and kitchen island. My partner had a few issues with the shower but thats it
- Darryl (7/5): - Roomy villa with full kitchen. Comfy bed & lounge & convenient location.
- Sally (10/5): Lovely place in an excellent location - Very nice apartment and a great location, easy walk into the city centre and next to an excellent pub that serves a very good breakfast.

- Klangsiri (8/5): The property is located in a lovely and convenient residential area, offering a cozy atmosphere. It's ideal for expe - Facilities Cleanliness
- Adam (10/5): Decorated brilliantly. - I loved everything. The only downside was I didn't have enough time to fully appreciate it. I'll have to book for a few nights next time. 😊 Nothing i didn't like.
- Aubrey (8/5): Very good - A good place to stay in Norwich, apartment has everything you need for a short stay, comfortable bed but who needs a 13.5 tog quilt in the middle of summer? bit dusty here and there, odd shower and tap control very loose.
- Timothy (8/5): Reasonably good location, if you don’t mind a walk then town centre is a brisk 13 minute walk. - Big, spacious apartment with loads of room and reasonably private and quiet at night. Also big kitchen so you could prepare a full meal if you wanted. A bit old and tired now, needs a good revamp. Bed and linen needs replacing and bathroom needs an upgrade. Great kitchen but the cupboards were pretty bare, little things like some salt and pepper and cooking oil would have been appreciated, we did some stocking up on these items and left them for the next guests.
- John (9/5): Spacious and elegant apartment within minutes of Norwich city centre - The apartment is spacious, stylish and very tastefully decorated. Walking into the city centre is easy and quick. Free on-site parking is a great feature. Charlotte [our contact in advance of and during our stay] was tremendously helpful, very swift to respond and an absolute pleasure to communicate with. One final point: Some reviews criticised the supply of hot water, but we had no issues. I contacted Charlotte in advance, due to my concerns and she explained the [very simple] solution to these perceived problems.
If you are staying in Norwich, Brooklyvn Villa is a great option and Charlotte is a superb ambassador. Nothing
- Adam (7/5): Pleasant stay in comfy accomodation - The property is well located, with good access to parking and heating, WiFi, TV all worked well. Has everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The host, Charlotte, was very responsive and a good communicator. There were a couple things that are showing signs of wear and tear. The toilet seat is coming loose from hinges and the same for the shower fitting. They didn’t prevent functionality.
We managed around these with caution to avoid any damage and did not raise to the host as we didn’t want our stay disrupted as we had a full on schedule and these weren’t big enough to require urgent assistance.
Two items that a bit of maintenance could resolve quickly and get the property back to a very good value place to stay.
- John (8/5): Adequate accommodation for a short stay - Difficulty getting hot water in bathroom and shower pretty useless
- Amina (3/5): It did the job but was underwhelming. - It was very spacious and well furnished. The location is great, too. I didn’t use the TV but it’s in a good spot opposite the bed. The amenities are misrepresented on the site, there were no toiletries aside from a used shower gel. The mattress is very obviously two singles put together so it was not extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. The instructions for check in were unclear and I was unable to get through to the host until the day of my arrival. Also found rubbish behind the sink. There was no welcome pack either with information regarding where to locate things or how to turn hot water on, etc.
- Georgia (10/5): Perfect spot for a busy city break - Great location, only a short walk into the city. Loved the decor and the bed was comfortable. Also the host, Charlotte, was very attentive and welcoming.
- Janet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jo (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Short walk into town .
Beautiful clean and comfortable accommodation..Wishing we had stayed for 2 nights . Nothing not to like
- Eriko (7/5): Good -
- Richard (10/5): Ideal location near city centre - Charlotte the host was very welcoming and she was of great assistance when I encountered a problem.
The premises were airy, clean and comfortable.. The location is ideal for the city centre, with plenty of facilities nearby.
The property is well equipped.
An ideal location from which to discover the area.
- Adrija (9/5): A well equipped apartment, with lots of room and onsite parking - Very spacious, clean and tidy apartment with a good location too and accessible parking on site too.
- Si (10/5): Great apartment - Spacious and easy to get to comfy bed and parking right outside the door lovely and warm and welcoming and the host made sure my stay was an enjoyable one.
- Nigel (9/5): Superb -
- Adrian (10/5): A great stay at Brooklyn Villa - Location, great layout and very cosy. The Black Horse over the road was a bonus.
- Tom (10/5): Exceptional - The property was much bigger than I expected, it has a lot of natural light, great kitchen, very close to city centre and parking outside!
- Sharon (10/5): Great flat in an excellent location. - Location is great, it's a lovely flat and the onsite parking is very convenient (although there was some very inconsiderate parking from others while I was there...).
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment. Host was very responsive
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Jonathan (3/5): Not the best - Location was good There was no hot water for the shower and this has previously been raised and obviously nothing has been done to rectify this issue and for me this is a basic requirement. Couldn’t get channels 1 to 5 on the tv and again should be a basic requirement. I’ve stopped in over 100 locations and never experienced issues with the above basics.
- Julie (8/5): Very good - Duvet and pillows. Duvet was too small for the bed. Pillows were flat. But bed itself was very comfy
- Kara (9/5): Relaxing - Was nice n big, relaxing, loved the layout Just the beds, as could feel the middle bit were they joined up
- Juliet-amber (8/5): Comfortable stay in Norwich. - Great little place, comfortable bed, warm and cosy. Great location. Good communication. A few added things would have made exceptional - toilet roll, milk to make a cuppa. Also the toilet seat was broken!
- Cristina (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (5/5): Passable -
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Gurjeet (9/5): Superb - Well equipped, great location. Some road noise as on earlham road but in winter with windows closed not noticeable, Google maps had it on opposite side of road.
