• Rachel (9/5): Superb - View of trees and lots of bird song. Plenty of room and all the facilities you needed. It was not properly cleaned, but we mentioned this to the hotel and they were very accommodating. It did not take away from the holiday, which was lovely.

• Mel (9/5): Absolutely lovely and just what we needed. - The whole place was fantastic. We’ll definitely be returning sometime soon. Excellent. The steps down to the property are a bit dodgy. Could do with a hand rail. Maybe a roll-top bath with the taps in the middle would be a great feature.
• Thomas (9/5): Fantastic stay despite the drive way problem everything you needed was provided - House was lovely added bonus of the hot tub and welcome pack The drive way to the property was an issue for our cars as the tyres would not grip on the steep incline with the wet leaves. Had to park at the top of the drive and the additional cars at the hotel
• Jill (7/5): We enjoyed our stay and would book again, the main issues were the lack bathroom facilities. - Good location, it was close to the venue for a family party, ideal for large groups, hot tub a bonus Only one bathroom with bath/shower not enough for 10 people sharing, the entrance into the house is VERY steep and needs attention large pot hole you could potentially damage you car, great size car parking area but again needs attention, outside needs a bit of TLC
• Kate (9/5): Superb - Great location for visiting the sculpture park or I guess if you were attending a wedding at the nearby hotel. Beds comfortable (Although the bunkbeds are really only suitable for a small adult or fairly young children.). Everything was very clean, the bathroom and kitchen were modern and a hot tub was an added bonus. Nice view from back over woodland It is by a fairly busy road. Some parts of the property could do with updating as a little tired, but given the price, it still represented excellent value for money and was not a problem for us
