Highly recommended. - The location was easy to find and perfectly central, with a large shopping centre and supermarket within walking distance. The host was friendly, welcoming, and provided clear instructions. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a real treat, and the space overall felt well set up - I'd definitely stay again. No major complaints at all. The only small thing was the lack of a bowl in the kitchen - a salad bowl or similar would be a handy addition. On the bright side, the coffee mugs are generously sized, so no issues there!

So helpful to have a pub 2 minutes away. We were greeted on arrival,which was lovely. Very happy to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay that’s got everything you need! Shampoo,conditioner and body wash provided was a surprise ! Bonus find..I could cast my favourite shows from my iPad..yay Thank you for a lovely stay. That we couldn’t stay longer

The hosts are genuinely amicable and did their utmost to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room is detached with private bathroom/toilet. The property is on a busy main road but needs to be accessed via another side road. The GPS was very confused! I drove around for about 20 minutes through heavy traffic.

• Nicole (4/5): Nice family but not considerate of having a guest in the room right next to their living area - They were very friendly and helpful The walls were either paper thin or the family was very loud with litte regard to their guest paying to stay. Doors and cupboards shutting loudly, watching tv very loudly, their child being very loud even late at night. If it were me renting out a room in my house for $90 per night, I think I would tell my child to be quiet or that they must play quietly in their room just for that night, not treat it as every other night as usual which it seemed like they did. I have 3 kids myself ages 3,6 and 9 so I understand kids will be kids but I booked so that I could have a restful early night sleep AWAY from my own kids to be fresh for the morning looking well rested (I was shooting a tv commercial early the next morning), and unfortunately between the loudness and the rock hard pillow/bed I had, that just didn’t happen.
• Heyn (7/5): Great value for money the bed and the room are perfect however the nearby street and the thin walls are causing a loud e - The room was very clean and nicely decorated and equipped with almost all one could need. There was no AirCon, the nearby road can be quite noisy, the walls are very very thin so you can even hear someone next to you snoring.

The location is ideal and only a short walk from main attractions and restaurants. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return. Nothing, everything was perfect.

• Winters_day (9/5): Lovely hosts and clean room in a newly-built house - This accommodation is a guest suite in a newly-build house. Although there is a separate entrance via a small outdoor seating area and a sliding door to the guest suite, the suite itself is part of the main house, only separated via a wall and a locked door from the kitchen and/or living room of the hosts. Free parking is available in front of that outdoor seating area on the grass. Warm welcome by the hosts on arrival. The guest suite itself consists of: a small table with chair, followed by a double bed on the left and opposite a small fridge and a microwave and toaster in a cupboard on top of which the TV is located. Further in there is the door to the bathroom (with sink, toilet and shower) to the left and sort of a laundry area to the right. Lots of towels available. The suite was clean and for us conveniently located. Personally I am not a fan of the bathroom window, I would have preferred a blind. A reading light at the bed would have been nice. Some pictures would make the suite more inviting.

• Ren (8/5): Value for money, but do ask details ! - Location- practical for work purpose. Also quite warm and cozy. No cooking facilities or laundry facility. Parking on grass- not ideal if you have a big heavy UTE or a large 4WD.

I was met at the door by the host who is very sweet. Having the space to park, hot water and a place to store my drinks made everything much better! I highly recommend this property for your stay in Hamilton.

Welcoming and friendly host, the room had everything i needed, made my stay easy :) Definitely would recommend it. The street outside is kinda busy so could get noisy but I didn't mind it myself.
