• Keith (10/5): Lovely apartment, in a great location. - Great location. I loved the fact that it wasn’t far from many of the main attractions of Sevilla, but it was also in the Old Town, with many lovely bars and restaurants nearby, that you probably wouldn’t explore if you stayed closer to central Sevilla. The apartment was lovely, and we had great communication from the staff before and during our stay. Recommended. Nothing.

• Lizzy (6/5): Als je van rust en stilte houd, zou ik even verder kijken.. - De locatie en het dakterras was fijn en het appartement was schoon. Op het dakterras was een soort tuinkamer en daar hing in de ochtend ineens een stroomkabel van de buren binnen, die daar illegaal stroom tapten waardoor bij ons de stoppen doorsloegen. Ook waren er spullen van de tafel op het dakterras verdwenen. Verder ligt het appartement aan een drukke weg, en is het zeer gehorig. Je hoort alles van buiten, zelfs met de deuren dicht. Dit alles is uiteindelijk netjes opgelost en gecompenseerd door de aanbieder, maar hierover zijn we drie keer gebeld en hebben vele gesprekken met een chatbot gevoerd. Niet echt iets waar je zin in hebt op vakantie.
• Mirco (9/5): - Die Lage ist super, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Tolle Bars und Kaffees in der Nähe. Auf der Dachterrasse lässt es sich toll Frühstücken.
• Ana (5/5): - - La ubicación - Que tuviera terraza en el ático - Que el agente sea una IA que te da largas hasta que te atiende un humano. - Que la cama de matrimonio sean 2 juntas con un cubrecolchón. Se separan, te hundes, es horrible.(foto 1) - El mantenimiento de la casa es pésimo, los embellecedores de las escaleras son una amenaza humana porque tienen un relieve que hacen cada escalón bastante peligroso, además, se nos cayó un embellecedor la primera hora de estar en la casa, cosa cual avisamos(foto 3). Nos ofrecieron ponerlo en un lugar apartado para que lo pudieran arreglar tras nuestra estancia. - Hay un WC arriba, en la terraza, pero ni entra agua ni sale, no funciona, y no te esperes luz tampoco, que no funciona. Ahora en retrospectiva leyendo todo lo mal que ha ido en un viaje de 4 días, un 5 se me queda hasta generoso para lo mal que ha ido todo (Nos ofrecieron un técnico, cosa para la cual no teníamos tiempo y no queriamos que nos entrase alguien a la casa estando fuera, asi que nos quedamos sin wc arriba, que no es un drama, pero si lo ofrecen, que funcione es lo mínimo). - Que no haya luz en la terraza para el atardecer y la noche temprana poder ver algo, hay interruptores y en las fotos se ven, me parece engañoso.(Terraza; foto 2, lo único que merece la pena) - Que no dejen ammenities a penas, dejan sal y un poquito de aceite, 2 rollos de papel y un bote enano, literalmente de 5g de champú, ni gel ni nada. Las toallas contadas también no vaya a ser que necesites otra por lo que sea, ah, y bolsas de basura UNA, no vaya a ser que necesites también tirar alguna cosa antes de irte, me parece lamentable este punto. - La casa en algún momento fue un 10, pero entre la atención y el poco mantenimiento, a penas llega a un 5, y porque está en buena ubicación, sino ni eso. La terraza lo salva muchísimo porque hacía un tiempo disfrutable. Ojalá pongan un buen mantenimiento a la casa y una buena atención.

• Ainara (9/5): Cercanía y buena limpieza. - Ubicación muy céntrica, puedes aparcar el coche e ir a todos lados andando, el más lejano no pilla a más de 20 min a pie. Instalaciones muy nuevas y piso reformado y cuidado. Te lo dan todo, toallas, lava platos, lavadora con detergente, gel de manos, champú, papel higiénico. La mesilla de noche no va, nada más entrar nos encontramos una cucaracha y una araña en el techo, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y sobre todo que no hay aparcamiento cercano, tienes que dejar el coche alejado ya que es muy difícil aparcar por allí.

• Alessandro (6/5): - La posizione era ottima e l'appartamento molto ampio. Molto spazio nella zona cucina/salotto e la camera da letto era carina. Il vero problema è la pulizia, soprattuto in bagno dove dalla doccia presumo uscissero dei cattivi odori, inoltre dall'appartamento adiacente entravano tutti gli odori del cibo cucinato, purtroppo per noi non è stato piacevole.

• Manuel (6/5): Recomendable, necesita actualizaciones pero recomendable - La ubicación es perfecta, la cama muy cómoda, la atención de las chicas para resolver algunos inconvenientes. La habitación no tenia calefacción, aunque me trajeron una estufa, también le falta calidad en algunos utensilios de cocina.

• Kinou01 (8/5): - L'emplacement, l'accès, la communication avec le gestionnaire, la literie. A l'arrivée, une odeur d'égout qui s'est estompée après le passage de la pluie. Le parquet flottant de la salle d'eau qui est endommagé. Un revêtement de sol en carrelage serait plus adapté.

• Begoña (5/5): - La puerta del portal se abre a medias. Se atasca por falta de cepillado. Tuve que matar 2 cucarachas en el apartamento y la ducha estaba sucia con roña en las juntas. En la cocina no hay cuchillos para cortar verduras, sólo 2 cuchillos jamoneros, no hay unas tijeras de cocina. El colchón está viejo y las sábanas olían un poco a humedad.

• Brennan (9/5): An excellent apartment and very good value. - The apartment was exactly as per photo's in Booking.Com. The location is excellent with an array of local restaurants/bars very close by and just a 15 minute walk straight into the centre of Sevilla, which is magical. Excellent and very responsive hosts. The apartment was very clean and had everything one needed. A local Carrefour supermarket 3 minutes down the road so very convenient. We were very happy with our stay.

• Ana Belén (8/5): Apartamento moderno y completo en buena zona - La decoración es muy bonita, un apartamento con todas las comodidades y muy bien ubicado, cerca de Las Setas de Sevilla. Entrada autónoma al alojamiento, cama muy cómoda, balcones, zona con todos los servicios necesarios. Echamos de menos tener un escritorio, alguna tabla del suelo estaba levantada, se colaba ruido y luz de la calle y en alguna ocasión el desagüe del baño olía mal.

• JessiKa (4/5): Podría ser mejor - Cercanía a los lugares turísticos El departamento no es para familias ya que es un poco pequeño, no habían cosas de uso habitual como una escoba y en la terraza no hay luz solo en el pequeño cuarto que hay en el , la Tv no iba ya que no hay antena y tienes que tener una app para verla (y con niños la verdad que hizo un poco de falta ) , el aire solo da en el salón y no enfriaba mucho, en la habitación no hay así que se pasa mal a la hora de dormir ya que el sol pega fuerte , nos dieron un ventilador que hacía lo que podía , el meson que hace de mesa es incómodo al ser pequeño , y el descanso en la cama no fue tan bueno. No fue tan buena la Experiencia, espero que esos pequeños detalles los mejoren

• Mario (4/5): Decepcionante - No hay nada en concreto, aunque si tuviera que decir algo sería la decoración del apartamento. La limpieza era más que mejorable. Durante la estancia encontramos tanto en la recepción como en el apartamento insectos como hormigas y cucarachas.
• Robert (8/5): Seviila - Spacious apartment. Kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay including washing machine. One air conditioning unit in lounge area but only a fan in bedroom. Easy access with keypads. Stated outdoor furniture in facilities. The apartment has a roof terrace but only available to apartment 2. I was staying in apartment number 1. Pictures shown are for both apartments.

• Faye (7/5): Enjoyable & comfortable but bedroom could have been cooler. - The apartment had enough space for us and luggage. Main problem was no air-con in the bedroom and it was 40 degrees. There was a good a/c in the living room which we left on and cool air flow through but it took a while. Portable cooler fan in bedroom did not work. Bed was wide and comfortable There are 2 flights of steep narrow stairs to enter. Didn’t use the terrace was too 🥵. Suggest a cutting board to save the bench top. 15-20 min walk from main sightseeing but found lots of interesting places on the way. Door entry was not a problem for us and we enjoyed our stay No a/c in bedroom for hot summer temperatures . Steep stairs with heavy bags
• Zoila (8/5): Nice apartment but not elevator. - Nice apartment close to restaurants and amenities. We stay in the first floor with no elevator, we had heavy suitcases to take because it was the end of our trip.

It was well equipped and comfortable and very clean Access was difficult..the keypad doesn't light up which lead to errors and having to phone for help.so we were nervous everytime we came back to the apartment. The photos show a very nice roof terrace which we did not have access to...which was very disappointing.
• Dee (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is very central - the only good thing about it, really. Compared to other central places, it was pricey given the various down sides (shabby, chiipped cups and plates etc). But worst of all was the code pad at street level. It kept us locked out on the street for up to 20 mins, trying to get it to work - we emailed magnoapartments about this - no reply, One night, returning late, we also tried phoning because we thought we'd have to book into a hotel. The call didn't connect. It was so frustrating. It made us nervous every time we exited, wondering if we'd ever get back in. Then, when we finally left, with large suitcases down 2 steep flights of stairs, the male cleaner did not offer to help us - so incredibly mean of him. This left a final sour taste in the mouth.

• Amber (10/5): Lovely Apartment - Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Walkable into the centre without being right in the middle but lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved the terrace too. The only negative was it was quite loud from outside sometimes when noisy vehicles came past or people outside shouting.

• Helena (1/5): Noisy flat with broken toilet seat - May 2024 - The price was too high if I should compare this to other offers in the location at the time of the booking and how it was described in the add. The apartment 1+1 is situated on the noisy street where was traffic 24/7. The windows are not soundproof - you need earplugs to be able to sleep as we figured out during the 1st night there(approx 5-8Eur/pair)! After we tried to open the windows of the "balkonies/spanish windows" during the day, we could not talk to each other without shouting. I had to inform the host that the toilet seat is broken but nobody came to repair it. No wonder when during the shower I suddenly kept the shower hose together with holder which should be fastened on the wall in my hand - sorry but it was supposed to be my holiday not check of broken equipment in noisy rented flat. Thank you, never again.
• Juanita (10/5): Can recommend this apartment but ensure you have phone numbers for agent contact. - Good first impressions-good modern furniture, light, fresh paint, sunny, good quality linen, 2 balconies,kitchen well equipped except for tongs & a strainer for pasta. Excellent bathroom & supply of shampoo & conditioner. Good location. A noisy street although there is double glazing. The noise was slightly annoying but not enough to give a negative report. Major problem with the keyless, contactless entry. We were given the codes but when used were told automatically that we were a forced entry & illegal & an alarm went off loudly barring our entry. Not good. Two phone calls later, & some time, the agent arrived & changed the code so we could get in. Not a good start.

It was comfy though. We had a bit of trouble using the key pad to get in, we didn’t know how to activate it - we were sent instructions but not how to use the key pad.

• Liva (10/5): Lovely place, fantastic location - Great location, everything was near by. A very pretty place, the kitchen had all the essentials too. Having a washer was also very convenient. The shower makes the floor super wet as there isn't anything to prevent the water from going there. The glass shower door should probably have something added on the bottom. Nothing major, just a little inconvenience.

• Dragos (10/5): Wholeheartedly recommend - fully enjoyed the stay. - Location is really good - 20 to 25 min leisurely walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. It’s sufficiently quiet in the evening, very close to several vinyl shops for those who are interested and right next to a relatively big square hosting a lot of restaurants. The terrace is extremely nice and all at your disposal (we booked ap. 2). It was clean and the staff was eager to help with any question or concern even if I did not see anyone per se as you receive the access code upon checking in. There was a slight discomfort caused by the bed as it’s actually two single beds brought together with a topper added. You can still slide in a relative gap between the beds which is a nuisance.

Hosts easy to get hold of with good instructions for arrival. Great variety of places to eat and drink within a short distance. Shower glass seal not intact as water leaking onto bathroom floor so had to keep a towel on the floor to mop the water.
