• Marius Focsa (10/5): Totally recommend - The hist Vincenzo is a very kind person, he manage the parking for us and even accepted a late check in at no cost. The property was spotless clean and very close to the Palermo Cathedral and all main attractions.

• Kirsten (6/5): - The location was very convenient, close to the city center and main sights. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. The apartment’s condition was disappointing. The bathroom was poorly built, the shower was dirty, and there was an unpleasant sewage smell. Overall, the furnishings felt improvised and not very well maintained.
• Luis (3/5): De saberlo no hubiéramos venido… - Está central. Lo peor de todo es el fuerte olor a cloaca en el baño. Tira totalmente para atrás... El colchón está muy blando (cuestión de gustos…), la máquina para hacer el café no funcionaba (salía el agua por detrás), las toallas eran de microfibra (no seca nada la piel), hay pocos utensilios para cocinar (las sartenes están en muy mal estado y se deberían tirar) y entra muy poca luz natural porque solamente hay un pequeño ventanuco abatible encima de la puerta. El vecindario está bastante ruidoso, sobre todos los vecinos que gritan todas las noches hasta muy tarde. Sé que esto no tiene que ver directamente con el piso pero no ayuda a encontrar el sueño.

• Lopez Nastasi (7/5): Buena, sobre todo la atención de Vincent - La atención de Vincent fue perfecta, su predisposición y facilidad con el estacionamiento. El departamento hubiera estado bien para dos personas, para cuatro nos resultó chico. La zona, muy cerca de todo, nos costó bastante aunque tal vez fue parte de estar recién llegados a Palermo. Y el estacionamiento por las calles de Palermo lo sufrimos mucho, en una nueva visita dejaría el auto fuera del casco histórico: en Argentina no estamos acostumbrados a circular en calles así. Lo peor fueron las sábanas, realmente llenas de pelotitas, el colchón del sillón y la escobilla del baño llena de restos.

La posizione ottimale per visitare il centro storico di Palermo a piedi, essendoci la possibilità di lasciare la macchina vicino la struttura. L'accoglienza è stata top, il proprietario Vincenzo è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

• Tara (9/5): Superb - Basic little studio apartment, very clean. Good location - could easily walk to everything. Parking available which was helpful, need to use the Ztl app for it which the host helped us with.
• Nina (9/5): It was a pleasurable stay in the centre of the city. Everything at walking distance. - Amazing location, really nice host, who let us stay longer, because we couldn't get rented car earlier, and who offered us drive from the airport for a reasonable price!

• Klemen (10/5): Exceptional - The host were amazing. They gave us a lot of helpfull information what to see and where to eat. They also left us a botlle of wine and water in the fridge. Location was perfect for walking across Palermo - only 5minute on foot from Teatro Massimo. Apartment was great. New, very clean and it has everything you need for your stay. 10/10. I hope we will return soon

Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood, few minutes walk to the famous Capo market and the cathedral. Few more to other sights. For 5 €/day you park your car just in front of the apartment. Wifi for 10. /
