• Dr (4/5): Very bad staff. High risk of theft. - Clean linen was available. The cleaner who wears glasses is good at cleaning. Hot water is available in shower. No heating in the room. A good canteen and a grocery shop is at the basement of the building. Someone opened my suitcase lock when I left my luggage in the room. I think it was work of a staff member. Receptionist was very dodgy. One of the managers called Ali Sher was horrible. He told everyone that a man stole a client's laptop and then he wanted the same man to stay in the hostel in mixed dormitory without registering him in the computer. TV in apartment 709 doesn't work. The kitchen roof leaks and there is a mouse in the kitchen. The TV on 5th floor apartment works. I had to leave the hostel at night because the manager and receptionist with beard were talking non sense and wanted to put in mixed dormitory a thief without registering him as a guest. This caused me huge inconvenience. I don't recommend this place at all. Toilets stink but when you report it it gets cleaned.

• Shaharyar (4/5): Small space - It’s congested room and I don’t like it at all. Not very welcoming environment or friendly I have stayed in hostel in Dubai before they are much better and good quality. I would not recommend this place.

• Salman (10/5): It was a great experience staying here. And will definitely come back again. - It was a pleasant surprise to find such diverse guests in this hostel. Great staff, attention to detail. Cleanliness.
• Patryk (7/5): Good - - you can meet foreign travelers, - there is common place to rest like sofa and tv, - there is full equipped kitchen, - in the basement there is shop and place with food, - you can buy sim card with internet in hostel - crew decided, when you can use air conditioning: there is 30 degrees outside, but they told you it is not too hot - one guy from crue is very friendly and helpful, but second guy still look like bored

• Dominique (5/5): Not a good experience! - The common areas were nice and spacious. It s a good place to meet other backpackers. The person at the reception could hardly speak English and was not friendly at all. It was extremely noisy during the night. Some people were talking, smoking and laughing on the terrace until 6:30am while the bedroom was just next door and had a window that could not be closed. Regarding the location of the hostel, it was very isolated and not practical.

Kind Owner There was one lady guest who was very rude to everyone, who smokes inside the room, dont flush toilet, talks very loud in the morning and more horrible things. and they didn’t do immediate action so I had no choice and other guests but to leave instead of complaining repeatedly.

• Rayshel (8/5): Very good - I love that the place has a kitchen. You can warm your left-over food. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. And the staff were also friendly and helpful. Couldn't adjust the thermostat in my room. It's a bit far from the tourist places in Islamabad, but it was okay because booking a taxi was easy and cheap anyway. Someone ate the food I left in the fridge tho.

• Parker (7/5): Worth using but get a private room - Clean and good AC in the private room. A shop was located at the bottom of the building which was useful AC was not good in the dorm and the staff could have been more helpful when answering questions about the area
• Ehtisham (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful setup for travellers with almost everything that one needs under same roof. Rooms were neat, AC and Hot water also available. They also had motor bikes for rent and one unique facility was the availability of the SCOM sim which I couldn’t find anywhere else other than Gilgit/Baltistan or Kashmir. A super store and Restaurant in Basement. It’s a huge living complex with 24/7 security and safe parking as well.
