На первом этаже здания классный ресторан, магазинчик и сувениры. Шикарный вид из окна и спишь под звуки океана С парковкой сложно, но всегда находили в 10 минутах
• Viktoriia (10/5): Awesome🧡 1000/10 - This apartment is absolutely wonderful — even better than in the photos! It’s full of life and charm. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking — you make a cup of coffee in the morning, step outside, look at the ocean… it just couldn’t be more perfect. Paulina, the host, is fantastic. She was always in touch, the check-in was completely remote, and she sent detailed instructions with photos. The apartment was spotless — crystal clean — and incredibly well equipped with lots of modern appliances. Everything is new, stylish, and of great quality. Honestly, I was amazed. This was probably the best holiday of my life, and a big part of it was thanks to these wonderful apartments. I highly recommend it — there are absolutely no downsides. The apartment is just perfect. 100 out of 10! I would love to come back here one day🎯 ——

• Andrii (9/5): Almost perfect stay! - My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful week in Santiago Beach apartment. The location is great, we really loved the restaurant under the apartment and there is a small grocery store next to it where you can buy everything you need for your vacation (like sunbathe cream or beach blanket). Special thanks to Pavlína who was always in touch with us, very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. And the view from the balcony... It's amazing and breathtaking! Unfortunately, we had a couple of bad nights due to some noisy neighbors. This is definitely not something we didn't like about the apartment itself. I guess it's just a matter of luck when your neighbors decide to have a party at night on the balcony next to yours. As mentioned before the parking may be a bit challenging especially in the evenings, however we always managed to park 7-10 min from the apparent.
• Alexander (10/5): Amazing apartment. Mesmerizing views from the balcony. Convenient location. 100/100 would recommend! - EVERYTHING! This place is one of the best value-for-money deals I have seen while clicking around the Booking.com app and I am so happy I stumbled across it and booked it! First of all, the host is always there to help you and answer your questions via messages in case you need anything and you can see that she truly cares about her guests' comfort. The accommodation WAS EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES IF NOT BETTER! The view from the terrace was mesmerizing, the beds were big and soft and comfy, and the shower was nice and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and Lidl is like 10 mins away (but you do have to walk uphill if you are students on a budget without a car ahahha). And we even had a Christmas tree put up! The apartment had all kinds of cute details! The beach with those wonderful volcanic rocks and a bit of sand (I recommend bringing swim shoes with you or buying them for 10 euros in the shop right below the apartment) right in front of the apartment is great and not too crowded as it is not so easy to find compared to the La Arena beach and the beach near Los Gigantes (Playa de los Guios) (which are still very nice and are in walkable distance (around 20-30 minutes) but have more people) Also, great location in general because right below us was Alfonso's bar which has great meals (we tried a few places around the island and that one was our top pick), smoothies and tapas. It is not something I did not like, it is pretty standard on islands and it was the same in Fuerteventura, so not really a problem, but just keep in mind if you are traveling with someone else, hot water is not infinite ahahah and you might have to wait a bit until it heats up again if someone uses a lot of it (especially when you are two girls who love hot showers), so you have to make strategic decisions on who showers first:) but really, that did not bother us at all and it is likely to be the same everywhere else
• Laura (9/5): Good - The owner was amazing, very caring and friendly. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It has a beautiful view to the sea. In the apartment you can find everything you need: coffee machine, toaster, hot air fryer, dishes. It also has a vacuum cleaner and the mop which let you keep your place clean specially useful for longer staying. The place is next to the restaurant, Lidl is 500m away. Great place to stay 👍🏼 The worst thing is that there’s NO PARKING and I don’t understand why it’s marked that there is !! I looked for apartment specially with parking and in the last minute you understand that you will have to find it next to the street where aren’t a lot of parking. The owner mentioned that there will be no problem to find a parking place but it is very difficult, it’s just a matter of luck. Also there is a big risk to park a car next to place (photo added) because we saw how others were parking cars. Tragedy. For longer staying I would be better to have air conditioner because it’s too hot to sleep at night and there is some noise because of the street if you sleep with opened window.

• N.sergey (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay here! The apartment was very clean, comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and it also has a washing machine which you can use and the best part was the view from the balcony. The location is very good, a small beach was right under the window and a nice restaurant downstairs. The host was very welcoming, she recommended us a lot of things like restaurants, local markets and answered all our questions. There is free public parking at the building and if you don't find a place there you can drive up and down the street and you will find another one. .
• Alexander (8/5): We had a very relaxing few days in the apartment with the best view on the ocean! - We loved the sound of the ocean and the fantastic view on the atlantic, La Gomera island and the sunset in the evening. The area is super nice and the restaurant next door is great. Everything we needed was just a quick walk or bus ride away. Communication with Pavlína was very easy as well. :) We locked ourselves out by accident because we used the upper lock (which isn't working properly) and got it open by luck, so maybe it would be best not to provide the key for that one. It was our mistake, but I can see it happen to others as well. Otherwise the street is quite loud at night. I'm a light sleeper, so I used earplugs and it was okay.
• Vitalii (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Tenerife. The breathtaking view of the ocean was truly incredible, and the apartment itself had everything we needed. One of the highlights was enjoying the stunning sunsets from the terrace. Additionally, having several delicious restaurants nearby added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. We want to extend a special thank you to Pauline for her warm welcome and support throughout our time in the apartment. Her hospitality truly enhanced our experience. We definitely plan on returning and highly recommend this place for a fantastic getaway.
• Olga (10/5): Great apparment and wounderful host!) - It is a cosy apartment with great view on the ocean, the host is very nice and friendly, she gave us a few great hints about hat to see and where are the nice restaurants!) nearby you can find all the necessary facilities, like great fish restaurant on the first floor of the building and in 10 minutes walk - Lidl (pretty decent grocery store). If you are traveling by car, here can be some difficulties with finding a spot near the apartment, but there are always some spots upper the street. In apartment you will find washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, and everything needed to prepare your own dishes. All in all, many thanks to Pavlina. It is a very nice place to stay.
• Svetlana (7/5): It would be excellent, if it would have an airconditioner. - The apartment is clean and has everything you need even for a long stay. It’s very tastefully decorated. The only negative part is orientation of the apartment. It faces west. As a result, the apartment gets overheated. There is no air conditioner, so that, it is almost impossible to stay inside from 12pm to 6pm.
