• Guest (9/5): Soggiorno di tre giorni molto interessante, ricco di belle suggestioni. Bel ricordo di Napoli. - Appartamento molto accogliente in zona centrale, tranquilla ed elegante. Le scale…quelle d’accesso all’appartamento, a chiocciola e un po’ strette e quelle che portano al soppalco, ancora più strette alle quali bisogna dare molta attenzione nel loro utilizzo.
• Noemi (10/5): - Struttura accogliente, il proprietario molto disponibile e premuroso sia nell’accoglienza che durante la permanenza. Consiglierei anche per la posizione, tranquilla ed ottima per girare e vedere tutti i punti di attrazione della Città.
• Berend (9/5): Fantastic stay in Naples. - Spacious Appartment with 2 bathrooms. Location is perfect, not too crowded, lots of nice bars and restaurants at your doorstep and the old city within easy reach either by foot or taking the metro. Giulio and his mother were very helpful hosts. It’s quit dark in the Appartment, no windows with a view other than a dim internal courtyard. Also the mezzanine bed-/bathroom is less suited for tall people.

• Rodica (10/5): - The property is located in a clean and quiet area of Naples, yet still close to all the main tourist attractions. Our host, Giulio, was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed.

• Sarah (10/5): A welcoming stay to Naples, very helpful communication and a clean and comfortable base. - The apartment was in a great location - set in a narrow but interesting street, with shops and food straight outside. Walkable into the heart of Naples. Loved seeing the way space is optimised in Naples - the accommodation is first/second floor up a spiral staircase. We are a family of 5 (mum/dad and adult children) and it was comfortable for us as a base to get out and about. A supermarket 5 minutes away and 10 min walk to a metro. The apartment was super clean and good air con. Julius was fantastic at communicating with us - which was so reassuring when our flight was delayed by nearly 3 hours so we arrived after midnight into Naples. We were met at the apartment by his Mum and made welcome - so thankful for this. Snacks and drinks given as complimentary - so helpful! We had recommendations for travel and food too - would recommend. Nothing stands out!

• Laurence (9/5): Très bon séjour dans cet appartement confortable et bien placé - Bel appartement confortable et calme bien situé proche du bord de mer et des rues piétonnes dans un beau quartier. Climatisation très fonctionnelle. Et plein de petites attentions pour l accueil (boissons, gâteaux…) L’éclairage naturel est faible, mais ce qui est propre à ce type de logement
• Lindamas (10/5): The quality of a hotel room but bigger & better! High ceilings, chic decor and perfect location. - Generous stocking of the fridge with drinks and the kitchen with various snacks and coffee. Bathroom amenities were hotel-quality. The furnishings were of high quality and well-maintained. The vibe was chic. Excellent, quiet location in an area near bars, restaurants and little boutiques that felt local, not touristy. Helpful host. Uber Taxi did not seem to like the location at 7am so we had to walk out to the main street a few hundred meters dragging our luggage over the bumpy stone streets to find a taxi stand.

• Dominic (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fabulous stay at Tom Apartments. Giulio and his mother are great hosts who respond quickly and helpfully. The location was perfect. Chiaia is a lovely neighbourhood with a great atmosphere and wonderful local independent bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Local beach is 10mins walk away, with wonderful clear water and views towards Vesuvius and Ovo castle. The local metro that links to central and northern city attractions is less than 10mins walk, though we often strolled to Piazza del Plesbicito along Via Chiaia, a bustling pedestrianised route full of life. Its a very clean, spacious and airy apartment with high ceilings, balcony, and aircon. Quality of finishes, furnishings and facilities in the kitchen, bathroom and lounge are very good and we found the bed to be very comfortable. Wifi and tv with connections to streaming services, YouTube etc. Excellent complimentary additions of food, drinks and toiletries We couldn't fault the apartment
• Barry (10/5): Forza Napoli - Giulio and his mum were great hosts. We were allowed to check in early, check out later, and also store our bags. There were also nice touches like complementary soft drinks, beer, water and snacks left for us in the apartment. These nice touches made us feel at home and made our trip to Naples much more convenient. The apartment itself is very secure, in a lovely part of the city and - because it is set back from the street - is nice and quiet. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It was a great base for exploring what Naples has to offer. Nothing

Clean apartment, furnished and perfectly located, and very communicative host. - What we loved the most: 1. the location, very central but not noisy, close to means of transportation and many cool spots and restaurants 2. the host, very responsive, kind and helpful 3. the apartment: beautiful high ceilings, historic building, well isolated, great night sleep and furnished with everything. elevator is quite small, not a big minus but everything else was so perfect :)
• Mfarkas9463 (10/5): A great apartment for friends - The apartment is great! Love that it’s two bathrooms and the location is fabulous. Chiaia has lots to do but it’s not in the middle of all the tourist business. 8 minutes walk and you are at the metro and it’s a 20 minute walk to all the sites. The apartment itself has everything you could need, including snacks and water(and soft towels). The hosts are lovely and truly cared about our comfort throughout. I’d happily stay there again. It’s not that I didn’t like it but be aware that rather than it being a “true” two bedroom, it’s actually an open loft bed upstairs and a downstairs bedroom with a door. The stairs to the loft are steep and it can be a bit challenging in the morning if you’re not all on the same schedule as the kitchen is directly under the loft bed (as is the bathroom). Otherwise the place is perfect!
• Mirjana (10/5): Exceptional - Very big, clean, modern, comfortable apartment, with everything you need for short or long stay. Owner meets us, she was so kind lady, available for anything we need. In apartment they left for guests enough coffee, biscuits, tea, water, etc… Location is ideal!!! So nice area with lots of local people, amazing restaurants and bars around , very close to main tourist attractions (10 min by walk), 5 minutes to the sea… Nothing!
• Zonoozi (10/5): It was a delightful experience - The hosts were very thoughtful, they greeted us at the property. The place was sparkling clean and set in a way to enjoy our stay. more of kitchen cooking pots and pans.

The owner was very helpful and left beers, water and snacks for us - Nice touch. Naples was sizzling and it was nice to escape to the air conditioned apartment. • Amritpal (10/5): Fantastic apartment with easy access to most places. - The host Giulio was fabulous and waited for us to arrive after midnight as our plane was delayed. There were snacks available at the apartment which were appreciated. The place was very modern and clean with great cooking facilities. The beds were excellent and a sofa bed was available but not needed for our trip. The apartment was very close to the metro and the sea, with lots of good places to eat and drink
• Shachaf (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is super cute and pretty spacious. Looks renovated and new. There were two rooms with two bathrooms and a nice kitchen. There were also a lot of snacks and beer for grab. The owners are very nice and available for any request.
• Jess (10/5): Golden find in Napoli!! - Tom Apartments was in a wonderful location with plenty of room. As a family of 5,we loved having two bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, which is an absolute bonus. We even had some bottled water and snacks left for us to enjoy . This was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. The hosts were available and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this great value apartment in Napoli. As with many older buildings, it is a very small staircase to get to the first floor with no lift. Another point to make is that the loft is fabulous, however, not for the super young or old, or very tall due to the height and stairs. Not that any of these were an issue for our family.

• Sasha (9/5): Convenient, clean, comfortable, with excellent service and value. - The combination of location, comfort, and excellent service made it a memorable trip. Given the location and the quality of the accommodation, it was excellent value for money. There were no hidden fees, and everything was included in the price.
