Данная квартира подойдёт для одного или двух человек, втроём, я думаю, будет тесновато. Очень удачное расположение. Остановка городского транспорта, откуда можно уехать практически в любую точку города, находится через дорогу, на расстоянии 50 м от подъезда. В пешей доступности множество магазинов, есть продуктовые супермаркеты, кафе и рестораны. Мне квартира очень понравилась. Все отлично
