Really like this motel. No fault of the motel - and inconsiderate guest blocked parking to our room. It inconvenienced me. I did not appreciate that.

Space was small but we were ok with that for one night to rest. I wouldn't recommend a longer term stay for that reason unless solo or just for two. Not spacious enough

Karen (9/5): Very nice and comfortable motel in the heart of Leadville. - Great location. Very comfortable and clean motel. Would highly recommend if you want to stay in the center of Leadville. We also received an email that we were able to check in early.
Stephanie (10/5): Nice property with modern amenities and a comfortable and safe environment in an easy to find location. - This property was a last minute booking for our group and we really enjoyed the simplicity of checking in late. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed and then some! The layout was nice with bunk beds in a separate room and a sleeper sofa and double bed in the main living area with a comfortable couch and a kitchenette with modern amenities. We would definitely stay here again! The parking is a little tight but we made it work!

It was beautifully redone and they really made good use of the space. Everything was comfortable and clean and the staff was so friendly. We loved the fire pit and the s’mores. We will be back! Brid (8/5): Nice stay on the main street - Good location on the main street, large bed, really nice cafe beside it, heating came on fast! The room could have been better insulated. The room lost its warmth the second you turned off the heater, which wasn't ideal in the cold.

Gailyn (9/5): Repeat customer - This was our 2nd stay here. The room this summer was much nicer and roomier than our room last summer. Love the firepits and the marshmallow roasting station. Proximity to highway.

Allison (9/5): Cute motel with unexpected style right off Leadville's Harrison Avenue - Location; fun decor, including the cross-country skis on the wall; cleanliness; friendly staff; ease of access; firepit out back in the evenings with Jenga on the side; and interesting books in the room. Also loved the mountain views and the reusable utensils, cups and mugs in our room. Bathroom's small sink with shelf above it made it tough to wash face/brush teeth without bumping forehead!
Julia (7/5): Convenient with some good aspects - It's easy to find and easy to get into. The room was very clean and had a great tea kettle, microwave, fridge, coffee maker setup. The bed was also very comfortable. The only way to get fresh air is to open the window, which would be fine if there wasn't a parking lot and a highway right there, or if you weren't worried about somebody just breaking in.
Caleb (10/5): High Quality, Just missing dish soap. - The room was clean and they had really nice soap/shampoo/conditioner. They also included cutlery and while it is eco that they don't replace towels and sheets every day it would have been nice if they would have provided dish soap to clean the cutlery without having to send in a request.
Ginger (8/5): - Cozy with added special details for our stay including dog treats and fan. Room was clean, comfortable but did get hot so the fan was much appreciated. Traffic could be loud, but with fan and ear plugs it wasn't an issue. Instant coffee and tea in room - we walked for local brewed coffee. Easy walk to Leadville main drag. Fire pits with blankets and Jenga was a lovely surprise.

Daniel (10/5): - Timberline has everything you need for a great stay in Leadville—a comfortable, spacious room with a kitchenette in an ideal location. It’s walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze, all done online. And, they were kind enough to allow early check-in. The beds are super comfy. I’ll stay here again!

Blake (10/5): Will stay again, perfect cozy spot for a scenic getaway! - The Timberline was very clean and cozy. The communication from when we booked to when we checked out was so helpful. We arrived late at night so being able to skip check in and have a code to get into our room was wonderful. The outdoor spaces were also very cute and tidy and we had a great nights sleep. The only thing I would change is how strongly the soaps and shampoos were scented. This is definately not a big deal i would just prefer less manly scents. They were still pleasant though!

Stephen (8/5): As a native of Leadville, in town for a funeral-I am dismayed by the price of hotels. It ain't Aspen - Quiet. Nice vintage Lovett Cross Country Skis on the wall. I know I'm old, because I used to ski on Lovetts. Now they're used as quaint antique decor...... Shower was cold-but the staff pleasantly reset the water heater, and we were back in business in a half hour.
Gina (8/5): - The Timberline looks good on the exterior for what I think a motel usually looks like. On the inside, the vibe is definitely manly. No frills and a small bathroom with small sink and shower. There is a fridge, microwave and hot plate which was nice. Timberline was in the town of Leadville, which is a cute little town. Everything was within walking distance of the motel. Our only main issue was the keypad entry system. If you don't get it right after 3 attempts, it locks you out. The more you try the longer the wait is, there is no one in the office. You have to call a number for help. We had to leave a message one early morning. Overall, it is a good stay.

Tate (4/5): Disappointing. We will book elsewhere next time. - Location is excellent. Bedding is high quality and comfortable. Property is not well represented in photos. It is a bit run down and poorly renovated. Room and bathroom are quite cramped. The large common area shown in some photos is not available. On arrival we were told it is an event space and off limits for guest use. For the price point there are better options in Leadville.
Teri (8/5): - Very clean, contemporary decor in our room, friendly staff with a great recommendation to The Timeline for dinner. The reason I did not give it 5 stars for everything was because we had terrible internet connections prior to check-in. I was not able to access the room key lock number in my confirmation . The recorded message said they would return calls within 24 hours or sooner. We were lucky to have a quick response and actually met the check-in team who were on sight and very helpful. However, if it had been later with no one on duty, I am not sure of the approach to getting the info in a quick manner. The room was great beyond this "hiccup" of internet connections before check-in.

Michael (8/5): It was very nice, I enjoyed the stay. - There was no breakfast offered with this stay. The room was very nicely decorated-very unique. The location was excellent. The room was very clean. The room was quite small, but well decorated. The entry lock did not work well. Hard to see the numbers as well. I thought the price was a little high.
Branden (3/5): Completely misleading 75 dollar a night at most - Furnace wasn’t working and there was a 1” gap under front door when the temperature outside was 20 degrees. Dirt all over floor and bathroom door was rotten and the water had a smell of sulfur. Pictures on website are completely miss leading just an old motel with a couple gallons of paint and some cabinet grade plywood put up on the walls.Texted number provided for assistance with the furnace but no reply for almost 2 hours and already had taken care of the furnace issue myself. 50 dollar pet fee when the door frames are rotten and front door has gaps bigger than anything I’ve ever seen is a joke like what could my dog do to hurt this place. Location and the roof didn’t leak

Michelle (10/5): Amazing space and amenities - We staying in what I would call the penthouse - the 3 bed, 3 bath loft and it was phenomenal! The chefs kitchen was a dream - they had all the tools plus some! The space had all of the amenities - lots of towels, lots of space, and games. They were very attentive. I cannot say enough great things - will definitely be back!
