• Natasha (6/5): Great location, nice apartment, needs investment and improvements as advised. - Location is perfect. Pharmacy, banks, shops, fuel station and ATM opposite. 4 minute walk to Estoril beach. Bus stops (Yas minibuses) opposite. It’s a great location in the prime strip. Studio apartment is nice, bright and compact. Can book the ferry to Sal and Santiago downstairs. No air conditioning in a property facing south. When the sun rises at its highest the balcony is unbearable. You must close the curtains. Ceiling fan is insufficient to cool the apartment which is hotter than outside always, even with the window constantly open. Very noisy outside. Only peaceful hours are 2-5am before it gets noisy again. Can get quite polluted and dusty. This is 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. Forget disabled access. Don’t try to cook anything in the property. It will only make it more uncomfortable. No kettle, no microwave, no sharp knife, no chopping board, no washing machine, no change of bed linen, poor quality towels. Small TV monitor that is not worth it.
