• Stefania (9/5): Appartamento super consigliato per un soggiorno a Terracina, città di storia e di mare turchese! - Appartamento in posizione strategica, vicino alla spiaggia, ai servizi (market vicinissimo), al centro della città (da non perdere per il Teatro Romano)! Pulito, fresco, host disponibile. Da tornarci L’ appartamento, come indicato, è al terzo piano senza ascensore. Non lo consiglierei a chi ha problemi di mobilità

• Billie (7/5): Great apartment and location, check in process and communication just needs to be better. - Apartment location was good, right on the centre of town and close to the port too. The space was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Seemed very cheap for the space. The check in process / communication could have been better. When we arrived I realised we didn’t have the full address, and the check in process said “the host will be in touch” but I had no messages from the host. It wasn’t until I messaged asking for the address that he told me the room wasn’t going to be ready which was later than the check in on the booking. Also asked us to check out early so the electrician could come - which I said no to as we weren’t ready, but he came early anyways and was waiting for us to leave.

• Petals (9/5): Great stay in a convenient location - Very centrally located, easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. beach just a few minutes walk away. It was on the third floor with no lift. With large suitcases it was difficult to walk up the stairs.

• Jayne (8/5): Beautiful apartment, negligent disorganised owner - The apartment has been recently refurbished, the rooms are very large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate, complete with washing machine and hairdryer and a lovely walk-in shower. The kitchenette was fully equipped and there was a little Juliet balcony overlooking the yard below. The location was great, literally a 3-minute walk through a historic alleyway to the lovely beaches (including a free beach) below Pisco Montano and the Temple of Jupiter, and a one-minute walk from the main road with all shops, squares and restaurants. Although I'd notified the proprietor in advance of my arrival at 3 o;clock, there was no-one there when I arrived at the accommodation. I couldn't find the actual building since I wasn't given a street number. and there's no plaque outside on the wall indicating where it is. I called the owner but he didn't answer the phone, and only called me back several minutes later to tell me that the apartment was not ready. I had to wait in the street with my luggage for 35 minutes before someone arrived to open the door. On entering, however, I was very pleased with the appearance of the apartment = located on the top (3rd) floor of an old building without a lift. However, there was no hot water since the heater hadn't been turned on and the owner again failed to answer his phone when I called to ask how I could access hot water.
• Michael (8/5): Great venue, spacious apartment but spoilt by a lack of generosity. - Central, spacious, modern. A real paucity of amenities: No bottle opener, corkscrew, paper towels, ability to light the stove, no matches, only a sheet, no quilt or blanket, one roll of toilet paper, for a two day stay 2 pods of coffee and 2 shower gels. Disappointing. Required numerous trips to the supermarket . .
