- Alexandra (9/5): Super fain, recomand din toată inima - Apartamentul este foarte mare, pentru prețul pe care l-am plătit și este de apreciat că este bine utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie atât la bucatarie (condimente, tigaie, ustensile, farfurii etc), cât și la baie (există gel de duș, șampon, hârtie igienica, soluție dezinfectanta). Am apreciat de asemenea că au fost suficiente prosoape curate. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost foarte facilă și promptă. Are wi-fi disponibil si de asemenea un televizor smart în living. Ideile pe care le expun mai jos nu sunt neaparat puncte slabe sau care nu mi-au placut ci doar niste sugestii de luat in considerare pentru viitor: - Balconul cel mare de lângă bucătărie ar avea nevoie de o renovare sau cel puțin o îndepărtare a mucegaiului vizibil la ferestre. - De asemenea, având în vedere ca sunt 3 dormitoare ar fi fost utila o baie de serviciu. Mai există un balcon mic lângă baie care la fel , nu este renovat. Pentru cuplul care sta în dormitorul din fața băii ar fi o idee buna sa amenajați cât de cât și balconul acela, ca să îl poată folosi fără sa traverseze tot apartamentul pana în cealaltă parte pentru a ajunge la acel balcon mare, ar da un plus valoare întregului apartament la un cost foarte mic cu mobilier ieftin de Ikea și o zugraveala rapidă.😁
