• Clarke (9/5): - Excellent location for accessing an early morning appointment at James Cook hospital. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Room comfortable and immaculate.

John offered to drop me off at my location and to the train station. This is a fabulous and brilliant gesture. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much 💓 Everything was perfect. There was nothing I didn't like.

• Brigitte (9/5): Great! I will definitely be returning. - I had a warm welcome from the hosts, and was offered a breakfast and facilities for coffee. They let me check out later as well. Bed was super comfortable, everything was immaculate and clean. Nothing I didn't like but missed a chair or stool to sit at the table to make a call for work. Bath towel could have been a tad larger. Instructions for parking could be useful too, as I was unsure where to park my car.

• Dale (10/5): Clean comfotable and homely. Highly recomended - John met me and made me feel very welcome. He showed me to my room and where the bathroom etc was and showed me to the kitchen that was well equipped and very comfortable. Ellen came home later and introduced herself and made me feel very welcome. The property was clean and bed and bedding towels were of a high standard and I will be staying there again. Possibly a small folding luggage stand in the room to put a case or bag on would be great :)

It was tricky to get to as not on google map with current address. Address may need updating so future bookings can easily get to the lodge. Other than this overall lovely location, stay and very helpful hosts. Would stay again if I visit Middlesbrough.
