The room was without necessary items even there was no towel and tissue paper in room. The hotel didnt even have water bottles which i have to order outside at midnight. The TV was working but stations were not clear .

- Mashhadi (1/5): Not recommend at all for solo females or respected families. - not recommend at all for females and respected families As a solo female traveler it was a very scary experiance, the night staff would knock on the door late night and harass, I got in a shock when knocked at 12 AM to ask me about the payment of the room and entered my room saying that the tv connection has issues and started fixing without my consent and during this he told me a story of a girl named mariam and how he helped in changing her cloths and gave her money as she got pregnant and called her a dhandey wali (call girl). I felt helpless, scared and harassed at night, as he wanted to give me tea and asked if he can come to talk at 3 am. I refusrd the tea thinking it might have somthing mixed in it and didnt sleep at all, was alert all night. Personally would not recommend any female or repected family to come and stay here cuz the staff takes advantage of such situations and they have spare keys to the rooms. No breakfast tea extra should be taken from here as the staff is very shady. My pictures locking the room with putting stuff infront is attached. I am still in a state of shock.

Overall it's ok but they can improve more by proper cleaning of the room. Breakfast could be better. Found spider and cockroach in the room. No tissue paper in the room.

- Fowad (8/5): Overall good value for money, nice staff and modern! - Very nice and helpful staff, good facilities with a shared kitchen, dining and seating area. Good safety and security. The rooms are decently clean, the TV has many channels, Netflix etc. Overall it was a pleasant stay! The street leading to the premises was very broken, so taxis sometimes had difficulty driving there. We did find the odd small cockroach in the room, but it was dealt with by the staff. Please consider that this is Karachi, and this is very common. The beds were a bit hard, but we got used to them over a few days.

- Muhammad (1/5): It was totally beyond my expectations there are so many changes they need to work on. - The breakfast was totally pathetic I felt vomiting after eat that uncooked paratha and omelette. Secondly the staff was totally unbearable they even don't know how to talk with the family one's. Even We stayed just for one night but after leaving they just push the door and said you have to be charged for two nights. Bad experience ever. The facilities was quiet normal there lights as they have shown in picture not working even other appliances also had issues. They should have to hire such a good and educated staff then they should only open the door for the family one. Other wise it was the most pathetic and disgusting place for the family. If you want to go outside so they want your room keys I mean there is no name of privacy exist there. Never ever recommended.
