• Viji (9/5): Wonderful setting, comfortable accommodation and genial host - Situated by the river with great view of rock tombs, this was a glorious location. Enjoyed swimming here! The Turkish breakfast was tasty and plentiful and our room with balcony was comfortable and suited our needs well. Our host, Levent, was charming, knowledgeable and generous - even allowing us full use of the room on our last day until our flight departed in the evening. Recommended!

I’d asked about bird watching and he didn’t know and spent considerable time researching. The room is well equipped with everything. We got a balcony room and enjoyed morning light hit the tombs. At night, we’d sit on our balcony and admire how well lit the tombs are. Very good breakfast. Soft mattress. There are recycling bins. Liked it tremendously so nothing I didn't like

• James (10/5): Superb setting , friendly owner and staff - We arrived at around 10pm and were met by the friendly owner, Levent, who helped with our bags and showed us to our room. I believe the rooms have been recently refurbished as they are very different from the older review photos on here. They are bright, relatively spacious, contained everything we needed and had numerous electrical outlets for device charging etc. Breakfast is served on the beautiful terrace, buffet style with lots to choose from and your choice of freshly cooked eggs made to order. It truly is a beautiful and peaceful setting with amazing views of the rock tombs. We booked a private boat trip and it picked us up and dropped us off from the terrace, almost from the breakfast table in fact! It is just a 10 minute walk to the bustle of Dalyans shops restaurants and bars and a similar distance to the car ferry to Kaunos. There is a cosy bar, manned by Levent where you can enjoy a drink on your return from town. This was the most relaxing place we have ever stayed and all the staff were wonderful. • 1056298a416573b689dbe59d14757e8f (9/5): An enjoyable relaxing few days - Lovely location by the river and with a view of the tombs, with a good array of seating to relax, catch the sun, watch boats go by. It's close enough to the centre to get to shops and restaurants and far enough to be quiet. The room is well furnished with lots of space to store things, a drying rack and seats on the balcony. It was a bit like apartment accommodation. Breakfasts were nice and tea in the afternoon, sometimes with cake was a nice touch. Staff are pleasant and the owner kindly allowed an early check in and a late check out which were helpful. The breakfast was nice but exactly the same every day. I would have liked some variety. I quite liked having the balcony but the view to the river is obstructed by trees and the tops of other buildings and the sun was on it maybe at some time in the morning, probably for a short while. I was never in to experience it. There's nothing which can be done about it but just a consideration if you are thinking about booking a room with a balcony.

Die Getränkepreise sind im Vergleich zu den anderen Restaurants absolut in Ordnung. Die Zimmer werden öfters gereinigt. Die Ortsmitte von Dalyan ist von der Unterkunft ca. zu Fuß etwa 15-20 entfernt. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge, Wanderungen oder Bootstouren. Auf Wunsch wird der Transfer zum Flughafen vom Besitzer unproblematisch abgewickelt, ebenso wie der Bootstransfer zu dem Strand.

• Rose-Marie (10/5): Lovely relaxing stay - Beautiful location, right on the riverside. The gardens were lovely and the terrace was very comfortable. Marvellous views of the tombs. I loved the fruiting trees. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. They made the effort to get Gluten free bread, decaf coffee and alternative milks for breakfast. We enjoyed great drinks on the lower terrace in the evening watching the sunset on the mountains. It would have been great to have a toaster for the gluten free bread which is made much more stable by toasting! Also possible to hear people chatting at the bar (which was close to my room, late at night, but mostly quiet.

• Paul (10/5): Exvellent property in an axcellent location. - Perfect host and position on the bank of the river, with excellent views of the rock tombs on a relaxing denk area. Room cleaning was every 3 days unless asked for. As i was only on a 3 night break no cleaning was done to the room, not a problem as a solo traveller.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Relaxing, beautiful, great sleep - We would stay here again without hesitation and without comparing other options. We are exploring Turkey, and our other bookings have been at very low-cost accommodations with pools. Lindos doesn’t have a pool and it’s not the least expensive place in town, and because of that, it wasn’t our first choice. But when another guest house cancelled us, it was Lindos that accepted our last minute booking request and put our minds at ease. The hospitality only started there. Levent, the owner, took his time to explain the region and the different nearby attractions in depth. A beautiful breakfast with hot cooked-to-order eggs and homemade jam was available each morning. At the end of our stay, we happened to be heading back to Ortaca to catch a bus, and Levent and his wife offered us a ride because they were also going to town! Other details were also well managed: Our room was clean with good AC, a very comfortable bed, and plenty of pillows. The gardens and seating areas were lovely with the most fragrant flowers. Best of all, we had an all-day view of the rock tombs which we enjoyed from the comfortable cushioned couches on the dock. This place was everything we didn’t know we wanted—what great luck that the other accommodation cancelled and we were introduced to Levent, his marvelous family, and the Lindos Pensiyon. If you’re on the fence, put your mind at ease and book here. You won’t regret it. We highly recommend. Nothing significant enough to mention.

The breakfast was delicious, with all sorts of local treats. The information given about the surrounding area was very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and so so lovely, such a treat to have such a wonderful bathroom. You cant get a better view of the tombs and THE best sunrise I have ever seen. A very special stay, thank you. Everything was perfect except for us not staying long enough.

And the view - wow- the Kings Tomb is right in front of you!! Owners are so lovely and he has a lot of information about the area. Would highly recommend staying here - we loved it! Leaving 🥲
• Debra (10/5): A peaceful, lovely property that was everything we were hoping for! - Location was excellent and peaceful, but just a few minutes walk from the busy part of town. Lindos is on the river, where we could swim or have a drink, watch the boats and admire the ancient tombs across the river. Rooms were very clean and modern. The owner Levent was extremely helpful and he even went out of his way to take a torn backpack to a tailor to get it fixed for us. He helped us choose activities, which included a perfect evening dinner boat ride on the Kingfisher-1 with a visit to thermal hot springs and swimming on the nearby big lake.

• Julie (10/5): A beautiful place. - What a special place. Right on the river with views across to the Caunos Rock Tombs which adorn the hillside. Levent and his family are so welcoming and helpful with information, calling riverboats for trips to iztuzu (turtle) beach, organising transport or tours etc. (I went horse riding at Caunos Horses which Levent helped me organise). There's a lovely and substantial Turkish breakfast with some extras. You can take a refreshing swim in the river or lounge around on the jetty/deck, there's a bar, or Turkish tea served late afternoon, it's easily walkable to the town centre or the ancient ruined city of Kaunos, there's some great little eating places close by. So many things to see or do. I absolutely loved my stay and would return in a heartbeat. Keep an eye out as there can be sandflies when the humidity is high.

• Grenville (10/5): Paradise in Dalyan. - Lindos Pension is a little place of paradise, tucked down a quiet lane on the edge of Dalyan. The lush gardens and terrace overlooking the river are the main highlights, Levent and Pembe have created a really comfortable and peaceful place to stay. My room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the garden, a very nice bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, the staff are really friendly with nothing too much trouble, and there are lots of cats to play with. It's about 10min walk into town, which is perfect for dining out in the evening but then escaping the noise afterwards.

Wonderful in every way. - Lindos Pension is in a perfect location in a perfect part of Turkey, a UNESCO protected area, with its unique ecology and massive amount of Ancient Greek archaeology. That’s just for starters. The scenery is stunning as is the wildlife and there are fantastic boat and bus tours on the river, lake, sea and to the turtle beaches and many other locations Lindos Pension with its own private quay is a great place to embark on boat trips since most boats will stop there on request. Above all, Lindos Pension with its lush garden, fabulous swimming in the river, its incredibly sociable bar and wonderful staff is like a cross between a big extended family and the best social club ever. It couldn’t be more perfect for solo travellers. A very minor quibble is the lack of a waste basket or bin in the room although there’s a small bin in the bathroom.

• Sean (10/5): Great value, friendly staff and owner - Lindos is a simple yet very hospitable pension right on the water with a great view of the Kaunos tombs. Breakfast was satisfying and varied. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There's lots of cats!

• Andrew (10/5): Paradise 🙂 - I have traveled all over the world and I think Lindos was my favourite place Ive stayed! The view from the deck for breakfast/tea was breathtaking! The beach ferry comes right up to the dock. One of the most beautiful views in Dalyan! Wonderful, down to earth staff. I highly highly recommend! No complaints. This place is perfect 🙂

• Whelan (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous guesthouse, beautiful views from the lounge and breakfast areas. Kind friendly and just lovely owner and staff. My flight was delayed for about 4Hrs did not arrive at airport until 2.30am. But the guesthouse owner assured me it was no problem, made sure i had a transfer waiting for me and waited up to check me in and get me sorted. Rooms very comfortable and spotless clean. And good hot showers. A lovely quaint retreat in daylan.

We enjoyed the river deck seating, our room's neat interiors, the super comfy bed and the quiet balcony. The breakfast buffet was rich and delightful on the front deck, as well as much appreciated the afternoon tea break. Levent and his team are just the cherry on top, being friendly and caring. We look forward to seeing you again! All the best.
• Shane (10/5): Exceptional - The staff are very nice and help with local tips. It's location is perfect, just out of the center so it's nice and quiet. The waterfront access and lounge area really made it exceptional for us. So nice to be able to swim and lounge and look out at the hill carvings of Kaunos. Easy parking about 50 m down to the road

Stunning location in a very quiet end of town but only 10minute walk to the main streets. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was super comfy. I didn’t stay long enough

• Rosemary (10/5): Lovely place to stay, right on the river front facing the Kings’ Tombs - Lovely place to stay, right on the river front facing the Kings’ Tombs cut into the rock face opposite. My room was simple but very clean and had everything you need, including a washing line rack outside the room. Breakfast included a choice of eggs. Staff very helpful, efficient, warm and friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

• Lorraine (10/5): Lindos - I loved the location so much, beautiful views and very relaxing Lindos is a place where you can do nothing but chill. If you want to go into Dalyan it's a 10 to 15 min walk. Everyone was so nice and helpful with the personal touch would go back. Thank you.x Don't think there is anything I didn't like, maybe 8.30 to late for breakfast but that's a personal thing I'm being a bit picky.
• Deniz (10/5): Perfect cosy stay in Dalyan by the river - The garden is beautiful and relaxing with lovely views. The taxi boat to the beach picks you up from the dock of the hotel. From the dock you can watch the ancient kings tombs engraved in the cliff across the river. Very clean room. The owner Levent Bey was very helpful with all the questions & requests we had.
