• Archie312 (5/5): - very quite, very calm, They moved us away from beach front to 20 mins drive. Roof was leaking, toilets were old without toiletries. basic kitchen with no internet and no Tele.
• Dean (3/5): Nice hotel, wouldn’t stay in that room again if you paid me - Staff were friendly the actual hotel was nice The room we booked was not what we got, like being in a dungeon, smelt of mold and damp, pillows were damp when we got in the room, looked like a dumping ground for old furniture. Was dirty aswell. I’d advise you phone up and check which room you’re staying in. If the say it’s downstairs avoid. Wasn’t cheap either
• Gombo (1/5): Stay far away - The location is great It looks nothing like the pictures it’s extremely dirty the hygiene is worse then anywhere I have seen ( I Found old nails and hairs between the bed and the Chester drew) the place has severe mould and damp issues.

• Richard (5/5): Nice Location the rest falls short. - The location was good, right on the beachfront. There was no view as the room was below ground, We could hear the noise from the next-door TV and the person coughing. The beds were uncomfortable and I thought the accommodation was expensive for what we got.

• Natasha (10/5): fab - great location to everything. brill size room for 5 of us to be in comfortably. having a teenager plus 2 infants and still lots of room. good facilities. great value for money for the 5 of us only down side wasn’t a sea view as thought I booked.. was bottom floor apprament n looking out onto a concrete wall
• Shaun (8/5): Decent Stay for a Group of Friends. - Size of the property, ideal for a group of friends and great value for money. Property was clean but a bit run down and a bit damp. No heating and the plug in radiator didn't offer much heat.

• Katherine (8/5): only there for one night but enjoyed it - couldnt fault the location right on seaftront lovely lounge area nice kitchen area the fact the two rear bedrooms had to be accsessed through the main one plus bathroom also off main bedroom lack of privacy but i understand tgats simply due to lay out of the room
• Adithi (10/5): Exceptional - The Receptionist was extremely helpful and kind enough to let us check the suitable room for the family. Made it very special as she gave us one of the best room's with the sea view and enough beds for the whole family to accommodate.

• Annabelle (10/5): full of memories - right next to the beach overlooking it, absolutely gorgeous views of the sea from our room, I was so shocked when we got to the room and I saw the view, made some proper memories this weekend wasn’t anything I didn’t like
• Elin (5/5): Disapointed with having to change from what we had initially booked. wanted to be by the sea. was told there would be a - clean plenty of space not what we intended initially, wanted a partial hotel experience but was asked to change last minute, inaccessible to the frail, no lift to the first floor, front door was very hard to open, no soap and tea and coffee facilities in the accomodation
