• Kinia (8/5): Amazing location - What I was most happy with was definitely the location. It was amazing — only 2 minutes from the sea and less than a minute to the nearest shop, as there was a market right on the corner of the building. There were also several other supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. If someone enjoys fresh seafood, there was even a fish shop just across the street. The port was around 5–6 minutes away, and the promenade about 12–15 minutes on foot. The location is absolutely the number one advantage of this apartment for me! The balcony had a partial sea view because a hotel blocks part of it, but you could still feel the sea breeze all the way onto the balcony 😊 The towels smelled lovely, and the extra blankets were super soft, cosy, and freshly scented. The balcony itself was very large and spacious, with a table and comfortable chairs. Having breakfast there with a sea view was wonderful. The area was also fairly quiet. For the low price I paid, I honestly think it was great value for money. The host was very kind, friendly, and helpful. She replied to messages within about 5 minutes every time, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. The only things we were not fully happy with were the shower and the cooker plug. The shower did not have an adjustable rail for the shower head, so because both my mum and I are quite short, we had to hold the shower head in one hand while washing with the other, which was a bit inconvenient. The cooker plug also definitely needs to be replaced, although it did not personally bother me too much. There was also no sharp kitchen knife at first, but after I asked, two knives were delivered within an hour 😊 However, considering the price of the apartment, it would almost be a sin to complain.

There were groups of people hanging around the corners of the building, which made us feel uncomfortable and even afraid to enter the apartment. Because of this, we would not recommend this place, especially for travelers looking for a safe and relaxed stay.

• Wolfgang (7/5): Überholung dringend notwendig - grosse Wohnung mit Balkonen auf 3 Seiten, viel Platz und alles Wesentliche war vorhanden Die Ausstattung war wesentlich älter und abgewohnter als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Klima gabs nur in einem Teil der Wohnung bzw. den Zimmern, man hat beim Herd gleich mal die Schalter in der Hand, 2 Herdplatten funktionierten gar nicht; die Zimmertüren klemmten, eine Türklinke gleich mal abgefallen, die Matratzen waren z. T. so durchgelegen, dass man beim draufsetzen fast am Boden anstand; am Balkon brach bei einem der Stühle einfach plötzlich ein Bein weg; im Badezimmer Schimmel an der Decke und keinerlei Abtrennung der Dusche;

• Melina.jct (7/5): Merci aux hôtes pour leur réactivité et professionnalisme - L’emplacement, la propreté du logement et les hôtes sont très réactifs et arrangeants. Il n’y a pas de volets et le rideau n’est pas opaque, ce qui laisse entrer la lumière toute la nuit, établissement familial donc beaucoup de bruits provenant des autres appartements et nuisances sonores de l’extérieur.

• Ermira (10/5): Very good apartment close to the beach - Very nice apartment for 3 people. Easy check in and great location. Clean room and all furniture in good working condition. The private beach downstairs the building called “Apollon Beach” is well arranged with sun beds, beach bar and restaurant. Music not very loud also, kind of family beach. The guests in the apartment next to us were very noisy and we complained to the host. Fortunately, the host Klaudia could speak English very well and came in the property and immediately spoke to them.

Bedsheets & towels were smelling so good that we asked the owner for the softener brand she uses for washing it. Very friendly and responsive host. We stayed in a small family studio with balcony and it was arranged in details with all what you need in a vacation house. Beaches & bars and restaurants just down the building. What we paid was very good comparing to other properties in Saranda. Great stay! We definitely recommend it

It provided a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location was perfect, close to local attractions, restaurants, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and offering great local tips. They made sure we felt right at home and were available for any questions we had during our stay. We would highly recommend it .We'll definitely consider returning in the future!
• Gd (7/5): Decent staying - The rooms and the balconies were huge Bathroom didnt have keys , one room didnt have A/C. Tv didnt work . It was a bit far from nightlife clubs . And the parking was with extra cost +10 euro per night which is a lot comparing to Albania average

I think the pictures in Booking are old from previous years, because the apartment was fully furnished and recently renovated. Very nice decor and very comfy. It had everything we needed. The location was ideal 100 m from the beach and walking distance from Saranda boulevard. The terrace was huge and it had a very nice air couch and dining area for relaxing on the terrace. There were markets and tavernas just downstairs the building and parking was free also that we loved. I don't think we would have been able to find available parking if the property wouldn't had offered it to us.

Situated along the stunning coastline of Saranda, the location couldn't have been better for soaking in the beauty of the Albanian Riviera. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing all the comforts of home. The breathtaking views of the crystal-clear waters from the balcony were simply amazing. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was seamless and enjoyable.
