Spas (9/5): - The house is great, located 15 minutes from the beach. There is a large yard with space for the car. The house has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, the beds are comfortable. The house itself is located on the edge of Santa Maria Coginas, and it is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need: oven with gas hobs, refrigerator, coffee machine with capsules (NESCAFE Dolce Gusto). There is a local shop nearby, and several large supermarkets are also within driving distance. The photos are true to reality. The whole house had a specific smell of old wood, we used a scented candle to keep it from smelling. The kitchen cabinets are old, a dishwasher could be added. There is no air conditioning in the second bedroom. The yard needs more care, an umbrella and a place to sit outside would be a great addition.
Steven (10/5): - The house is really well placed for visits across northern Sardinia. It also offers serene outdoor space and a quasi rural feeling while being super close to beaches, shopping and all the essentials. While a car is necessary our sense is that is obvious when staying outside larger cities on the island. The host and the housekeeper could not be nicer so we had a perfect stay.
