• Greg (8/5): Overall it was good apart from the above - The Location, very helpful staff and comfortable bed Not too clean, the handle of the fridge was filthy, a teaspoon had what looked like coffee/drinking choc on it and the bedside shelf thick with dust. Spent 3 nights there, each night watched live stream Rugby on TV which was very frustrating due to it losing the broadcast with the round centered (buffering ) symbol constantly appearing !

A bit of a room mishap but it was sorted nothing to do with us, just a mis- communication with reception and staff. But all was resolved.

The air conditioner was dirty, and when we went to complain they told us we had to wait three days, which is very disrespectful because that should have been fixed beforehand. When you go on vacation you shouldn’t have to spend your whole stay waiting for the air conditioner to be properly cleaned.

• Mariia (9/5): Do yourself a favour and stay here! - Clean bedding & surfaces, clean toilet and sink! Very important to me, as many Sydney hotels are extremely dirty. Safe check-in! Electronic door lock that locks from outside when you enter the room. Separate entrance to hotel:random people cannot access the accommodation. Kind and welcoming staff! My request was happily granted, the staff kindly helped me with checking in and any other questions I had. Good fast wifi. Super close to public transport. Excellent amenities (mini fridge, iron+ironing board, kettle, tea cups, glasses). Spacious shower, good water temperature + pressure! There were some brownish-looking spatters on the wall of the shower, but the rest of the room was very clean and well-maintained!

Very attentive, just a wonderful attitude to guests, we had a problem with the aircon and he actually moved us to another room in literally 5 minutes it was all sorted, what a great asset to your business wonderful people skills, thank you for such a comfortable and great experience, The food was amazing so delicious, just a great place to stay. The young man on the bar Thursday 15th afternoon, had zero attention to guests or customers at the bar/ reception area, mixed up our dinner order and didn't really seem to care, the young lady was great very attentive and resolved the mistake straight away with a great personality, the young man needs alot more training and needs to definitely work on his people skills to be working with customers.
