Guest Reviews
- Muzel1964 (10/5): Super Ferienwohnung. - Super Ferienwohnung mit luxuriöser Ausstattung. Sehr ruhige Lage. Keine Probleme.
- isabel cristina (10/5): Very comfortable experience with relaxing garden views - Very nice flat with all you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the garden view, the decoration and the super comfortable beds! There's not very much you couldn't like in this place but if we could change something it'll be adding a washing machine/dryer. We stayed for three nights with a toddler 😂😬 and we had to buy clothes due to few "accidents" and not being able to was some clothes. Not blaming the host at all, is just what we would of added.
- Euan (9/5): An easy and comfortable few days stay - especially under the circumstances of our visit. - Clean, spacious, modern in appearance, comfortable and welcoming. Easy parking and friendly owners Nothing to 'not like' but; ...... a photo of the property to help find it would be good ; if the appliances such as coffee machine and induction plate were more readily found - but that must just be us! ; waste paper bins in the bedroom and a mirror in the second bedroom.
But generally the property was superb for our needs.
- Mark (8/5): Nice stay but could improve a couple of things - Extremely comfortable bed and very nice quality linens and towels! Nicely decorated, quietly situated and generally well-equipped and clean although see below: There are 2 doors connecting to the main house that have no locks or bolts visible - this is pretty disconcerting, especially as you show one of them open in your photos... there really needs to be bolts on the doors for (perceived) safety.
The house was very clean apart from the sofa - dogs are accepted but the sofa was not cleaned enough as I had allergic reactions on it (but not elsewhere). Perhaps put throws on the sofa and wash/replace between uses?
It was warm and sunny but we couldn't use the outside seating area as it needed sweeping and wiping down.
We knew the area but it would be nice to have an information folder showing shop, pubs, public footpaths etc.
- Pratt (8/5): - Cosy, high standard of furnishings, lovely comfortable beds and great to have a single and double in one room as this gave our adult daughters the option for a bed each, which isn't always easy to find. Tiny bit of a squeeze in the living space for four adults

- John (8/5): Very pleasant short stay at high standard facilities. - Quiet and comfortable stay. Facilities were top notch, better than hotel... I hadn't realised there was no hob, but managed to use the air fryer. The tap downstairs was dripping frequently but not major deal.

- Victoria (10/5): -
- Iwona (10/5): As described - amazing - Fire place, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, spacious rooms, great shower, super clean, dog bed, cosy decor -
- Claire (10/5): Perfect getaway in a beautiful, peaceful location yet easily accessible to Winchester city centre. - Beautifully decorated with every little detail attended to. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The shower is excellent. Lovely garden, safe for my dog to wander about. Just as a tip for others, who like me didn’t read the list of amenities… there is no oven but a hot plate instead.
- marla (10/5): - Country setting close enough to groceries and restaurants. The owners went out of their way to provide us with garage space to store our 5 e-bikes!
- Karen (9/5): - Very comfortable & warm, lovely views from back.
- Zoelee (9/5): Overall, a lovely and comfortable stay. - The property had everything we needed for a two-night stay. Really cosy but spacious. Nice to have the private garden area. The location was quiet and easy to get to, and check-in was simple. Just a little bit hot upstairs and colder downstairs, so hard to get the balance right. But nothing that couldn’t be sorted by opening some windows. Everything else was great.
- Timothy (10/5): - Comfy beds, clean, perfect location for visiting winchester. Great place! Nothing

- Karen (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay at Little Corners and hope to be back sometime! - Lovely cottage with nice decor and great location near Winchester and the South Downs. Very quiet and peaceful. If we were staying longer eg a week, it would have been better to have a built in hob and oven. Probably there isn't really room for this in the kitchen area.
- Peggy (4/5): Overall, our stay was a bit disappointing due to several issues. - We liked the location of the property and the surrounding area is nice.
It's generally clean except for the ants.
Good communication with the host. During our 2-night stay, the weather was relatively hot, with temperatures in the early 20s. Unfortunately, there were quite a few ants around the front door and kitchen area, which made the downstairs space difficult to use, and we weren’t able to eat in the property. The host was away at the time, so they weren’t able to address this during our stay. The upstairs rooms were also very stuffy, even with both fans on, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
I also noticed two connecting doors from the main house into the property that provided one-way access, and we had no ability to lock them. I found this a little unusual and had some concerns about security, especially as one door was in a bedroom where the children slept, and while the host was away, someone else was in their property minding their pets.
A few other minor issues came up, such as the front door not opening even with a key and a dripping tap, but the host did arrange for the minder to address these promptly.
Eigenlijk was alles prima! We "misten" een gastenboek😁
- simon (8/5): -
- Lotte (8/5): - Het was klein maar ruim. Verder alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooie tuin, leuk zitje en mooie ruimte.
- Justine (10/5): Stunning property in every aspect - Beautiful property hidden away and super relaxing after a hard days work. Easy to locate. Parking and wifi is all I ask for but the property out shone those requirements. I’ll come again if they’ll have me. Nothing
- Kristy (9/5): Beautiful stay - The stay was perfect for our little weekend away. We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment as we were at the track all day. However, when we were there it was very comfortable. It's very clean and well kept. Lovely little finishing touches everywhere. Airfryer, coffee pod machine, milk, coffee all there to use. The shower is amazing! It gets extremely hot upstairs in the summer, unbearable to sleep in, unfortunately. Air con units are a must up there for the summer as the fans didn't do the job.
- Simon (9/5): This is a lovely place to stay and well located. - Great location with lots of plenty of walks in most directions. It is in a very peaceful location but only 3 miles to Winchester.
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (10/5): Beautiful in every way - Beautiful and quiet location. Decoration and equipment that is provided is extremely good quality. Hosts really helpful and friendly when we contacted them. Would be great to have some sort of table, maybe a coffee table, that we could have all got round to play games
- Terry (8/5): Peaceful - Lovely peaceful property,
- Malcolm (10/5): Ideal for a short stay with the family or for work - Charming set up. Accommodation was ideal for our family of four. Owners were very attentive yet privacy was unaffected. This property ticked all boxes for our stay and we will be back again! Warmer weather ;-)
- David (8/5): A lovely little haven tucked away in a peaceful spot. - The property was well located for us visiting our son. It was beautifully furnished and the large super king beds had wonderful bedding on (I went home and ordered some) the kitchenette was adequately equipped (put some scissors in the drawer please for next time) and came with a super enclosed garden, perfect for our dog and parking for the car. The bedroom overlooked the pond and we loved seeing the ducks. A lot of thought and gone into the decor and we loved it. We will be back as it is a wonderful little place. Nothing really. We had a couple of teething problems, no hot water on our first morning and a little WiFi issue but the property owners were absolutely wonderful about it and fixed it efficiently and even gave us an apology bottle of fizz.
- Mike (9/5): Superb -
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (10/5): A lovely place to stay whilst visiting winchester - Nice big spacious place to stay, easy access, enclosed garden, beds super comfortable, bathroom lovely, heating easy to use, nice wood burner, host very helpful
- Claire (10/5): Lovely weekend for group of friends - Communication prior was excellent and very helpful. Accommodation was excellent and suited our needs perfectly. Beautiful property and location. Nothing
- Kieran (10/5): Perfect! - A lovely Winter stay at a stunning property. Super comfortable beds and a cosy log burner. Communication with host was seamless. We chose to stay here due to the property’s close vicinity to Winchester Christmas Market and will likely return next year. Could not recommend Little Corners more. Thanks again for a great weekend stay! N/A
- Kerry (8/5): Comfortable - High quality bedding and finishes
- Eleanor (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely quiet location, beautifully decorated with wonderfully comfortable beds!
- Salter (9/5): Superb -
- Andrea (9/5): A lovely relaxing time spent in a beautiful home. - Beautiful village with lovely views and the pubs were very nice and all walkable. The only shop in the village had a very good supply of everything you would need. The only negative and it’s very small was the tea bags were mixed up so couldn’t tell what was regular tea. No coffee machine as stated and the decaff was not good
- Lou (10/5): Wonderful, highly recommended :) -
- Julia (8/5): Gorgeous stay in a fabulous property - and dog friendly! 😊 - The property was gorgeous - very tasteful and welcoming 😊 we will definitely stay again We didn’t realise the water was a tank so one of us had a cold shower - giggle!
- Laurie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olivia (10/5): Lovely stay - Property was clean, comfortable and spacious. Had all the amenities we required and we had a great stay.
- Keyser (5/5): Unrealistic standards not pet friendly - Booking .com gave me the wrong code This is NOT a pet friendly place she is currently trying to charge me £200 for paw prints on her white bed base sheet. there was no cleaning equipment or even a gate at the base of the stairs
would not recommend
- Keri-lee (10/5): From the minute you walk in the door you know it’s going to be a wonderful place to stay! - A luxury cottage with everything you need. The situation is ideal and quiet.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely peaceful location ideal as we were working nights
- Wayne (10/5): Weekend break - Very clean and beautiful decorated. Lovely big beds and very comfy the shower was hot had everything we needed. Thanks for the duck eggs , milk, and ceral
- Izabela (10/5): EXCELLENT 5 STAR QUALITY STAY - The property is LOVELY. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were exceptionally comfortable - felt like staying in a 5 star hotel. Pillows very soft and bedding very comfortable overall. We loved the fireplace, cushions and throws. We spent 2 nights and would 100% go back if we were staying in the area again. The place was PERFECT. The only thing that could be improved is the instructions on how to find the place - we were arriving in the dark so it was a little tricky BUT saying all of this - the host was there to pick up the phone and came straight out to show us. So not a bother at all!
- Dave (8/5): Great bolthole. - Super comfortable accommodation on the edge of the countryside and close to village amenities. Nothing.
- Nicola (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! Such a nice property and feels very luxurious.
- Edith (10/5): Cute homely and luxurious!! - The property was beautiful!! Clean fresh and smelled divine. Had everything we needed for our little break. Everything was luxurious and we felt like we were staying at a 5* hotel.

- Julie (10/5): An excellent place to stay in beautiful surroundings. - Outstanding accommodation. Leaving.
- Ian (10/5): Lovely stay. Thank you to our hosts. -
- Lyndsay (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
