• Thorsten (9/5): Große, moderne Wohnung in zentraler Lage - Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Gastgeber Luigi hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert, er war schnell und freundlich in der Kommunikation. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nah zum Stadtzentrum, man kommt mit Bussen oder zu Fuß (ca. 1km) schnell in die Innenstadt. Ebenso ist die Fahrt zum Flughafen aufgrund der nordöstlichen Lage schnell zu bewältigen. Im Umfeld der Wohnung waren Parkplätze schwer zu finden, das sehr viele Fahrzeuge dort parken. Daher haben wir dann doch ein bewachtes Parkhaus vorgezogen. Meine Empfehlung ist, bei Luigi einen Parkplatz vorzubestellen, er hilft einem weiter.

The apartment is very well-equipped; we had absolutely everything we needed ,it’s clear that great attention was paid to every detail. The bed is extremely comfortable, and we managed to get a perfect night's sleep. Also, the host was very kind and responsive, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

I did not like the sliding window above the bathtub, gave me the feeling that there was a hidden place like a room above the bathtub. Wi-fi was not working properly in the bedroom.

He kept us comfortable on an ongoing basis through daily contact. Apartment is very clean, cozy, elegant, fully equipped and very well located. Close to the most important attractions of Bari. The owner made sure that we had access to snacks and coffee in the apartment, which by the way was delicious

We came in december, apartment was cold and hard to warm up with air con but it might be an advantage during the summer though. Apartment is on the ground floor and windows are very small so not much of a view.

It will be on myrecommendation list if anyone is goin - The property was very well stocked with all basic things to make a stay comfortable. It was spacious, with very clear instructions on how to use anything that may seem complicated to s foreigner. Best of all, was the host. He was always available to answer questions, concerned with the well being of the guest. I especially enjoyed the Christmas decorations placed in a very tasteful way throughout the apartment. Overall, he was a joy to have as a host. Thank you Luigi! There was not a thing to dislike about the property.

• Steven (9/5): Great! - Very modern, clean, spacious apartment! Many facilities are present in the house. You can walk to the old centre in 15-20 minutes. Luigi responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. Some noise from the street, it can be busy with traffic and people. But that’s all.
• Kristina (10/5): Hidden gem in Bari - The place looks exactly like the photos. Tasteful and modern. It's a hidden gem in the buzzing city of Bari. And Luigi, the host, was always available via WhatsApp when we had questions or needed advice. The apartment is spacious and super clean and has all amenities you want from a holiday apartment. We really liked the high ceilings which make the rooms nice and airy. The air-conditioning works like a charm and the mattress is one of the best we ever slept on. So comfy. The large shower is fantastic after a long day out on the roads exploring the region. Bari has a charming old town with cobbled streets and many great restaurants and makes an ideal stopover for day trips to Matera, Monopoli, Alberobello or the scenic villages if Locorotondo, Cisternino and Ostuni. We felt absolutely safe in Luigi's apartment. The road outside can be lively and so can the neighbours but hey, this is Southern Italy and it's all part of the vibe us Northerners are looking for. An extra glass of wine or another bottle of Peroni and you sleep like a log. Luigi stocked the breakfast table and the fridge well for us so we didn't have to go out and hunt for food first thing. There are supermarkets across the main road (3 mins walk) and Bari old town is about 20 mins on foot. Parking is a challenge and so is driving here (I swear that Bari is trying everything to beat Naples in that respect) but Luigi has tips where to park your car. The area around the apartment is not the prettiest we've ever stayed in but we felt safe all the time and once inside it's instantly forgotten and the location makes an ideal base for exploring the wider region.
• Philglop (9/5): Superb - We have liked the big size of the apartment, the fact that it is a ground floor (=>no need to climb the stairs with the luggage), the kindness of the manager (super customer service), etc .. We didn't like so much the breakfast (because no fruits and no fresh products (example: bread/croissant))

Area can get a little bit noisy in the mornings but if you are planning to wake up early is not a problem
