Guest Reviews
- Ezazi (6/5): It is ok but really not great. - The location is good. There is also Air conditioner which was really needed in London. The place need some deep cleaning, paint, installation of hangers for towels and holders for shampoo and soap. There is nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom. There also need to be basics like Shampo, body soap, soap, tissue paper, washing machine liquid added. The kitchen also miss some basics like proper pots, pans, coffee pot, microwave, salt, pepper, oil,...
The building is extremely noisy. The noise level at odd hours of the night can wake you up several times. The pictures on their website is also confusing and misleading.
- Anthe (1/5): Terrible - It was clean I’m leaving this review to express deep dissatisfaction with our stay. No complaints about cleanliness or location, however If I could give zero stars I would. After traveling all day, we arrived at 3 PM and discovered there was no hot water. Despite contacting the owner immediately, we were told a technician would only be available by 8 PM. After multiple follow-ups, someone finally arrived after 1015pm . This was unacceptable, especially after a full day of travel.
To make matters worse, this was not the room we booked. We paid for a Double Deluxe Room and have the Booking.com receipt to prove it, but the owner insisted we booked a studio. There was no effort to acknowledge or resolve the mismatch.
The apartment had multiple issues:
Broken toilet seat, missing toilet paper holder, broken wardrobe door
No door handle to exit our room
No instructions for appliances (TV, stove/oven), and we couldn’t access local TV
No tea towels, and only three towels provided for our entire stay—with no dryer
Noise from neighboring apartments every night for four nights, making sleep nearly impossible.
We contacted both the owner and Booking.com, but neither offered any assistance or compensation. The attitude toward our concerns was dismissive and unhelpful.
This was one of the worst stays we’ve experienced, and unfortunately, the lack of basic service and care made it even more disappointing.

- Anonymous (2/5): Location quite good but despite repeated requests to the owner nothing was done. - Bed was comfortable Partly detached toilet seat - dangerous . Steep stairway to kitchen and bathroom ,no safety rail. No where to hang towels in bathroom. No microwave
- Marina (7/5): Good - Location fantastic.
- Larissa (6/5): Pleasant -
- Marcia (3/5): Poor -
- Ellick (8/5): Overall, stay was okay, a bit of noise from the upstairs occupants, especially during 11-12PM and 7-8AM. Sounded like th - The location was good. Very close to central London which made travelling easy. It wasn’t too far from transit (bus/train). Also a plus that there is a washer+dryer machine. The accommodation was okay. Bedroom was a fair size. The hallway with the kitchen down to the bathroom was a bit narrow. The washroom was very small. In terms of cleanliness, I would say it was top notch.
- Sophie (3/5): Not nice - The flat only looks nice and big in the photos. The bathroom is very uncomfortable and moldy. Very basic, there isn't even a carpet in the bathroom. The leak in the bathroom made everything wet. I did not like, the walls were so thin you could hear everything from the other apartment.!
- Shaun (7/5): Good -
- Harish (5/5): Average stay. - Location was fine. You can walk towards the main streets in 15 mins Very first day we were shifted to different property by owner as original property was not ready. Second day of our stay one of the stand fans was not working we msged owners collogue but no one bothered to reply back which was disappointing. They have a narrow stair case so avoid taking extra luggage for this property. Rest was all fine could have spent little more for better deal @ different place.
- Amanda (10/5): We stayed at the Vauxhall Skyline apartment, it was amazing very clean, it was like home from home had all the amenitie - Very clean beautiful views a lovely apartment
- Tómas (6/5): Pleasant -
- Leo (10/5): 10/10 - Loved the apartment! The host was great too, really helpful and provided us everything we asked.
Great location, easy to find and easy to check-in by ourselves.
The neighbourhood was lovely, nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Madame Tussauds and The Sherlock Holmes Museum were only 15-20 minute walk. The weather was great so we went to visit Hyde Park as well which was no more than 15 min walk from the apartment.
Loved the design of the duplex, very well organized, spacious and comfortable. It had everything you can possibly need, fully equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms all nice and clean, clean sheets towels, loved it!
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment and great hosts! They was very responsive to our queries and requests, which where a lot as we were with three children. They also provided a cot for free, which was already at the apartment when we got there with spare linen also.
The location was great and very easy to find and very easy to check-in, they send us self check-in instructions.
Hyde Park and The Regent's Park were only a 15 min walk away as were main city attractions like Madame Tussauds and The Sherlock Holmes Museum. The neighbourhood was nice, with lots of shops and restaurants.
The apartment was a cool duplex, really loved the design. The rooms were upstairs, big and cosy, with really comfortable beds and had enough storage to put your stuff. The living room and kitchen were separated from one another and were both spacious and had everything we needed.
Everything was spotless! Clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with clean beddings, sheets and towels.
Would definitely recommend!
- Lela (10/5): Loved it!!! - Lovely apartment! Great location, very easy to find and easy to check-in.
It was located in Marylebone, 15 min walk from The Sherlock Holmes Museum, Madame Tussauds and a lot of London's attractions were walking distance, so great location to visit London! Also Hyde Park and The Regent's Park were only a 15 min walk away , which was great for us. There were plenty of options for shops, nice restaurants and cafeterias nearby.
The apartment was a duplex, it was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and was separated from the living room, which was really cute, cosy and had a comfortable sofa bed. The rooms were upstairs and we loved it that there was a second bathroom too. They were really cute, had lots of storage and the beds were very comfortable with nice bedding.
