- Louise (7/5): - Amazing location and the owner was extremely helpful Quick fixes such as fresh clean bed linen ours were stained and old. Door in master bedroom was stuck all the time, one tap didn’t work, the shower was a hose and there were ants in the wardrobe. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced it was torn and stained. Pool furniture needs to be replaced some sun beds were also broken

Pool was great and the outside space is massive. All mod cons inside the house, it’s a lovely villa. Nothing really to moan about.

Every minor detail was thought about. Hattie is absolutely amazing, so kind, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. She even left us some essentials for our arrival. The pool was cleaned every couple of days. We had the best holiday and didn’t want to leave! I am a frequent visitor to Lanzarote and this was by far the best villa I have ever stayed in. Cannot honestly recommend enough.

The villa is very well equipped, coffee machine, washing machine, clothes line outside and also pegs for the clothes. There were also some washing machine tablets provided which was a nice touch. Great location, near to the beach, restaurants, bars and buses into Arrecife, Costa Teguise. The villa is very well furnished, comfortable sofas and lovely patio furniture outside. The beds were also very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We would love to return to this beautiful Villa. A dishwasher would be helpful but everything else was perfect.

Brilliant host would stay again - Brilliant communication with host, really helpful and friendly , everything you need and want is in the property, feels really safe and secure nice area perfect place to stay would 100 percent stay again Everything was amazing only two small things would be to have permanent air con facilities in every room and we had some issues with doors sticking shut which meant quiet a bit of banging doors but this could be easily fixed and not a major problem didn’t take away from what a beautiful property it was

As people have mentioned it would be even better if there was aircon in all rooms although there are fans and a small A/C unit (I was lucky enough to have the room that had aircon so I was living the dream with no complaints!!). The location of the villa is great, near the main strip of restaurants and bars but far enough away for peace and quiet. Hattie the host was very helpful and responsive. I would love to return in the future. Thanks for everything Hattie. Our taxi was also only 15 euros from the airport. Nothing! :) Family mentioned aircon in the other rooms and living area would be great though!

Very comfortable beds, pillows, couches, sun loungers, patio furniture. Great location, close to the Beach, restaurants, shops, bus tour office, buses and taxis. Hattie is wonderful, responds to messages quickly, very helpful with helping arrange taxi to the airport. A/C in master, and a free standing unit provided, would be better built in. But was comfortable enough with windows open.

The landlady was really responsive and accommodated every need. Only the master bedroom has AC. A few nights were hot and the kids could not sleep well. The landlady provided upon request a portable AC. The house would be just perfect with AC in all bedrooms.

- Steven (10/5): amazing. will definitely be staying again. - absolutely everything, interior, exterior, location. everything about this villa is perfect. 5 minute walk to the local shop, 6 minute walk to one of the biggest beaches I have been too. 10 minute walk to the main strip full of bars and restaurants. the hosts were so welcoming, anything you needed and they reply almost instantly. we have stayed in Lanzarote multiple times and Serenity Beach has been by far the best villa me and my family have stayed in. I have already inquired about staying again but I missed the boat, booked on the dates I wanted. if you see this place available. book it you will not be disappointed. I can honestly say this is the first villa we have stayed in without any complaints.
