• Noémie (7/5): - La localisation parfaite et bien desservie, le fait d'avoir un code d'accès et pas des clefs était très pratique pour un groupe. Bon rapport qualité/prix. La terrasse était très appréciable, la salle de bain était très bien et l'appartement propre. Propriétaire peu réactif par message ce qui a été assez stressant pour l'organisation. Literie peu confortable, appartement peu adapté pour un grand groupe : des matelas ont été ajoutés au sol, et pas de salle commune, pas de serviettes, pas assez de couverts et lave-vaisselle non fonctionnel. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour un groupe, mais il faut avoir conscience de ces éléments.

• Jean-Francois (4/5): Uncomfortable. Unfair check in and check out times. Overpriced. - Good location. Uncomfortable beds. Appalling check in check out times- check in at 5pm and check out at 9am. Quite expensive for what it is.
• Graha (10/5): Recommended for big group travel. - The location is superb, close to Camden Market and many alternative modes of transport. I did not expect the property is 4 stories, I got the top room so I need to go up and downs multiple times. But it is okay.
• Donna (7/5): Lovely spacious apartment bright and fresh and only a 15 min walk to Camden market - Modern bright and fresh really lovely The sofa bed in the kitchen was uncomfortable . Other guests above us very loud and on the terrace at 4.30 am loud banging from doors and stairs from other guests .

• Shannon (8/5): Good place to stay for groups ! - Good location, very clean property, easy access and good communication from the host. Large property that mostly suited our needs. Host allowed us late check out which was great. In the bookings listing it states futon bed, it’s actually a mattress on the floor. We paid extra to have two additional mattresses made up so not everyone had to share but only one was made up. Wasn’t a big deal, we made it work and it was comfortable enough.

• Gill (7/5): Great location. Perfect for a large group. But no frills! - Location was amazing, so close to transport. Great option for a large group as it sleeps so many. Easy check in also. And there was ice in the freezer which is always great! There was a lack of any normal items we would get at a property rental like this. For example the only towels provided were 2 hand towels for 16 people. And only 2 toilet rolls! Also the very early check out time of 9am was unexpected even though it was in the small print it’s earlier than the normal check out that people would expect.
• Richard (10/5): Perfect introduction to London life for large groups and families. - We organised a school trip from the Czech Republic, 12 children and 3 teachers. We needed sole use of a house in a good location. Prior to arrival communication was great and questions were answered promptly. This continued throughout our stay. The house is on main bus routes into London and near Camden Town Tube. Rooms were clean and able to accommodate all our children easily. Facilities were modern and of a good standard. The kitchen was a highlight when catering for 15 for breakfast and evening meals. The photos are true to reality, which has sometimes not been the case in our experience. We will definitely revisit. Nothing. This is a vfm booking if you are a family or large group who wants to enjoy London without breaking the bank!
