Umgang mit Gästen lässt zu Wünschen übrig - Alles war sauber und hat gut gerochen, Einchecken unkompliziert, Zugang mittels Code per Whatsapp Warmwasser war abgedreht, Vermieter gab zu, dass es Probleme gab mit dem Warmwasser, er bejahte einen Preisnachlass. Da ich nichts erhielt hakte ich nach und er schrieb mir ich wolle ihn abzocken, es hätte alles normal funktioniert, das Wasser wäre nur ein wenig kühler gewesen. Defacto kam bei Warmwassereinstellung gar kein Wasser heraus. Für mich und meine Familie war das kein schöner Einstieg in unseren Uralub, wir wollten uns nach einer langen Anreise frisch machen ohne zu frieren! Bei dem Preis nicht OK!

• Stanislav (10/5): Exceptional - Big clean apartments. In a quiet district. There are a lot of free parking places around. There is one AC for two bedrooms and one in salon. We were in very hot period and for us it was not enough AC in bedrooms

Very nice touch with the bread and juices, thank you. Definitely a place to recommend when staying in Livorno Nothing. Everything was perfect for our stay.
