• Darina (7/5): I love Yo-yo, I will come back again and would recommend because yo-yo has a kitchen - Location was not easy to reach, taxi driver couldn't recognise the place, he took me to another hotel according to the man it was also another Yoyo. The driver had to ring the reception for directions. The bed was comfortable, the staff professional. One thing I would recommend them to do is to have a scale in every floor, I was in 22th floor, I had to come all the way down to the reception for scale, it was a bit disappointing. Lack of a scale in the floor

• Ahmed (3/5): An honest review - The fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker were all working fine. The provided shower shampoo and gel were nice. Towels, water, washing machine soap, toothbrushes, combs, toilet paper, tissues, and tea bags were replaced daily. The hotel charged my card using dynamic currency conversion without my permission, resulting in a higher charge. I was not given the option to choose my preferred payment currency. Upon arrival, we were given an apartment with a single queen bed and a foldable couch disguised as a bed, with no sofa, dining table, or desk—contrary to what I had booked. It took two days for the hotel to relocate us to a better but still just acceptable apartment. The kitchen was missing essential items, making cooking inconvenient. The water heater was limited to 30 liters, making long showers impossible. The elevator was constantly occupied by people with large bags of merchandise, making it difficult to use. Overall, the hotel lacked peace and calmness, which made the stay less enjoyable.

They asked me to cancel orders and asked me to pay them some fee as well. Finally I need to pay them around 30RMB even it was not my fault, and they can not speak English even their name is International hotel.
