- christina (10/5): - everything!!! the place is amazing!! it did not have a tv... and with me having children I need constant background noise, but by the next day there was so much to do I didn't mind not having it. the manager was so sweet!! love love love the cats! the place was clean, the shower was hot, and the location was perfect!!!!! will defiantly be back next year!!

- todd (8/5): - First of all. DO NOT rent a car unless you plan on sight seeing. EVERYTHING you need is within a few blocks walk from this property. This property is a historic art deco building with a small courtyard leading you into the space. There is a small patio for use as well. Our room #10 ever had some beach chairs to use. We were three blocks from stepping on the sand. We were within 100 feet of Esplnana Way that was filled with restaurants. Just use Uber. But, If you do drive, there are 2-3 municipal parking garages a few blocks away to park for a reasonable rate. We left our rental there for over 36 hours and the fee was $40. I would recommend this quant property for a short stay. Oh, shopping at Lincoln was a short walk away as well.

The Barcelona Studios Guesthouse is within walking distance of Collin’s Avenue including Ocean drive and the beach (~10 minutes) and conveniently steps away from Española Way. The set up is studio style therefore it really gave guests a “at home” feeling. The studio also had a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and small cooking area if you prefer to do so including small table to dine at. Additionally, there were beach towels AND chairs provided for a visit to the beach! On the lobby, there are complimentary items you can borrow or take (ex. Sun screen, aloe Vera, toiletries, etc) in the event you forgot an item or two - this came in handy since I forgot sunscreen! The front gate is always locked therefore I always felt safe and the self check-in process was straight forward and the host was communicative. Shout out to the host (Adriana) and Simone for allowing me to keep my bags in storage after check out while I had lunch before heading to the airport. Highly recommend this location to anyone!!!

- Werner (10/5): - My stay was very pleasant. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of great restaurants and Lincoln Road, making it easy to explore the area by foot. Despite the central location, it’s very quiet and peaceful. There are many beautiful cats around the property and lobby, which adds charm, but they are not inside the rooms, so no issue for anyone with allergies. The rooms themselves are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

- Lucas (10/5): Parfait, très bien localisé et calme - Super séjour, très bien localisé, proche de la plage, d’ocean drive et des endroits clés de Miami beach. Résidence sécurisée et calme. Prix très correct. J’ai apprécié l’autonomie, pas besoin de s’enregistrer à un comptoir. Il y a un endroit où se relaxer au calme avec des chats et des produits sont mis à disposition gratuitement (crème solaires, etc) Bref, je ne regrettes pas du tout mon choix et reprendrai cet hôtel si je reviens à Miami Beach.

Property was lovely and had really nice public seating areas. As a cat owner, it was enjoyable to see the cats that are being cared for, on and around the property. Adriana was quickly responsive with messaging. Would happily stay here again if ever back to Miami Beach!

In 5 min ist man am Strand, an der Collins avenue und es hat einige Restaurants, quasi vor der Türe. Ein einziger Nachteil ist, man hört die Gäste in der oberen Wohnung laufen. Und zwar wie Elefanten. Und in einem Restaurant ist es sehr laut. Ansonsten top. Auch Extrawünsche werden beachtet und das Einchecken ist total unkomploziert.

The room was spacious and clean. I recommend this location if you want to stay in South Beach but you just want a quiet place to rest at the end of the day. The location is fantastic - just a couple blocks away from the beach and excellent shopping/dining.

As mentioned before there is no tv but I didn’t care about that. Also the walls are thin so you can hear outside noises. Safe neighborhood. Wonderful host. Very convinient location.

Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. WiFi worker perfectly. There's so much to do close by. Safe, convenient parking garage was 4 minute walk. No TV, but we were not there to watch TV. The grounds are beautiful,,and the kitties are a nice plus. They are friendly and sweet. Adriana was a great hostess. We are looking forward to coming back!!

- Valeriya (10/5): Perfect winter getaway in Miami Beach - This place was amazing for me and my mother because we wanted exactly the place where we could cook our own meals while on vacation. This place was everything we needed. We had Studio #19, we had 2 full beds, a full size fridge with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker (they even provided coffee filters), an electric kettle, and electric stove as well. We were able to cook all our meals and stay away from overpriced restaurants in the area. They changed our towels on day 3, as many other reviewers mentioned, and provided more toiletries. I also love the location, we were right near the Espanola way and near all the vibrant Miami Beach area within walking distance. Perfect location! At the same time, there was no noise during the nighttime, so we were able to have good rest every night. I loved the idea of “sharing the leftovers”, there was a shelf in the lobby where the guests would leave stuff they didn’t want to carry with them after their stay. You could find everything from the sunscreen to paper plates, over the counter cold and flu medicine, to condiments and teas and coffee. The outside backyard is a home for several cats that have their beds and walk freely in and out of the lobby (they don’t go into the rooms, so don’t worry!) Ms Adriana was all the time available via the messages and all the instructions as for the check in and check out were clear and easy to understand. Thank you again for having us!
- david (10/5): - Our stay was very convenient to our event at the convention center, with nearby parking a few blocks away, and also the many good dining options all close by. The room was a good size, we did not feel cramped. Our needs were comfortably met. The courtyard at the entrance had a nice tropical feel well suited to South Beach. we had no problems checking in. We were greeted by text coming and going. This property was in the more affordable price range compared to other accommodations in the area. So expect to see a maintained though not particularly stylish space. There was no television, but we did have good wifi access. No boxes of facial tissues or shampoo. The mattresses are okay. No fancy art work. The space was very clean though and provided reasonable accommodation for our short stay.

- Carolyn (10/5): Lovely, Peaceful Hideaway-Centrally Located - I love this place! Communication was solid. The accommodations were very thoughtful, had everything I needed. It’s a very calming space, I felt like I was at a meditation retreat until I’d step outside the gates and be surrounded by bars and restaurants. Not too far from the beach, easy walk straight east. I’m coming back!
- DORON (10/5): Amazing time!! - This place is a great place to stay for the price! The location is right at the heart of South Beach near all the restaurants and bars. The room has no tv but it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Adriana even let us do a late checkout since our flight was at night. I will definitely stay here again in the future super worth!

Lo malo es que no había servicio de limpieza ni me proporcionaron artículos de aseo personal. El piso estaba sucio desde que llegamos, nunca lo fueron a barrer.

There was no tv in the room, but that was more or less ok as we didn’t go to Miami Beach to stay in the room all day. Neat old building. Felt secure. Was quiet enough while we were there. - Andreas (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay in one of the Barcelona Studios. It's very close to the Miami South Beach and you can easily access it via bus, also directly connected to the airport. Our Apartment was very well equipped, also with little details. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing your own food. The only downside was the fridge, which was little bit noisy. The AC worked fine and there is also an additional fan. We got a lot of towels and also extra beach towels, which was a nice extra. In the lobby you can also find free stuff from other former guests. In the lobby and around the house there were some cats. Adriana, the owner, was very friendly and always available for questions. It was also possible to store our luggage before checking in. In general it was very quiet and the wifi worked fine.
