- Roy (5/5): Lugar acorde al precio, buena ubicación - La ubicación era excelente ya que me quedaba a pasos del lugar donde iba a un concierto, y también cercano a estación de metro Baquedano. Yo había realizado una reserva para una pieza con baño privado pero al llegar me entregaron una pieza con baño compartido, a pesar de esto me realizaron una rebaja en el valor y me pidieron las disculpas de la confusión, la respuesta fue de inmediata por lo que no me generó problemas, no es algo tan negativo pero ojalá no pase nuevamente.
