Guest Reviews
- Scott (10/5): The perfect birthday weekend away location near all the sights you would like to see and the facilities was perfect. - The cottage was lovely and perfectly equipped for all our needs. Also fantastic that a travel cot and high chair was available really helped.
- Barbara (10/5): Delightful stay in delightful place - Location very good Nothing needed
- Tina (10/5): This was the 4th stop on our touring holiday and it was the most relaxing and comfortable stay we had. My husband said h - This accommodation had everything you could need, it was warm and cosy and the hosts really look after you. We also loved the laundry room, little shop, and the games room. What a great set-up, a perfect retreat! There was nothing we didn’t like.
- Alice (10/5): 10/10 would recommend - home from home feel - Amazing location so beautiful! amazing facilities and the cottage was so clean and had everything you could ever need. There were so many lovely touches to make your stay amazing! 10/10 would recommend
- Ru-jen (10/5): Unforgettable lovely cottage in Peak District! - A very beautiful cottage in the Peak District! It is very nice equipped, especially the kitchen utensils (pots, oven, microwave, etc.) are very well-equipped with good quality. They are very thoughtful to prepare some gifts (good eggs, milk, freshly grounded coffee pounders, tea) for our arrival and we could also buy some simple groceries (pizza, bacons, macaroni, ice cream, etc). There is a very nice bar with delicious food nearby ( the best food and beer I had in UK). I really enjoyed my stay in the Peak District definitely because I chose this fabulous place to stay! Nothing
- Keefe (10/5): Beautiful retreat, inside and out. Highly recommended. - Delightful and characterful

Highly recommended Excellent, but could be slightly improved by:
- the kitchen is equipped for entertaining but could use space for storing groceries
- some pillows rather hard
-2 seated sofa rather small
-cleaning fee included is a little high for a short stay (itemised separately on a different booking site)
- Katherine (8/5): Lovely cottages and great hosts, a little remote. - Lovely little cottages with great views of the hills. Honesty shop was very helpful and having an EV charger brilliant. Hosts were great with leaving amenities and goodies in the cottage. Comfortable and very clean. Sadly the nearby village pub didn't reopen after covid so there wasn't anywhere in easy walking distance so it felt a bit isolated. The only minor complaint is that although the property was advertised as having an EV charger, it was shared across all the properties which meant it was in high demand and we couldn't charge before heading for home.
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional -
