- Serhii (10/5): - We loved our 3-night stay at Tullyard House. The home is immaculately clean, wonderfully warm, and very comfortable, set in a peaceful countryside location. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions and caring, responsive hosts. What makes it truly special is its beautiful history and character — the period details and tasteful decor make it feel like staying inside a piece of art. It’s also pet-friendly, which we greatly appreciated. Beds are super comfy, the shower is hot and strong, heating works perfectly, the kitchen is well equipped, Wi-Fi is reliable, and parking is easy. A perfect, quiet base for exploring the area. Everything was great

It's incredibly spacious, warm, and comes with all the amenities you could possibly need — and more. The host went above and beyond, even providing a generous starter pack of goodies, which was an absolute godsend after our very late and tiring arrival. Every little detail made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with us — we truly appreciated it! Nothing, everything was perfect
- Jeff (10/5): Perfect - Great location & people The hosts
- James (10/5): Memorable visit to the Cookstown 100 while staying at a warm homely property - Beautifully presented, thoughtful touches, spacious and almost everything you need on hand Nothing to complain about at all. It’s an old house so the owners have made the best of what’s available to them. The shower is an electric shower so is as you’d expect. The only thing missing was a pizza cutter haha

- Eric (10/5): Exceptional - Tullyard House is a really beautiful place to stay!!! It is such a beautiful house, so homely! So cosy and inviting! Also, the owners/proprietors Christine and her husband met us on the night that we arrived, to welcome us. They were very welcoming to us! Also, they so thoughtfully and generously left a basket of food on the table for us and food in the fridge for us to enjoy during our stay. We really loved our stay here. We have came back a second time since! We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful homely house!
- Geraldine (10/5): Perfect peaceful country home from home. - Beautiful big country home. Set in a peaceful area but only a few minutes drive to Cookstown. We have stayed here before and will definitely be returning. The host left us some breakfast items, including fresh eggs and some yummy treats for the kids. The property itself is stunning and extremely well presented and maintained.
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Old style house keeping all the charm but modernised with all the things you need. Warm, comfortable, wifi, even milk in the fridge to have coffee. Great place for 2 couples to go.

- Deirdre (8/5): Very good -
- Larry (9/5): Beautiful home, inside and out with wonderful hosts. - Location was reasonably quiet for a semi-detached property. Little traffic for having a road next to house. Very good off-road parking. Allowed to adjust heating to personal comfort. Owners responded quickly to problem. Needed some coffee/tea mugs that could be microwaved instead of only fine bone china cups. So many antiques sitting around that I was afraid I would accidentally knock something off and break it.
- Geraldine (10/5): Perfect country get away - Very peaceful and comfortable. Only a short drive to Cookstown. Beautifully decorated and cosy. The host was very friendly and left some fresh eggs and treats for the kids.
- Panikos (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. Nothing

- Kerry (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very friendly and helpful and obliging. We appreciated the welcome basket of snacks and fresh food in the fridge. Loved our stay!!!
- Fray (10/5): Quaint farm stay in historical home - Such a beautiful little spot. The hosts were exceptionally kind, giving us tours of their farm and helping us navigate acquiring information on some family ancestry. The home was very fun, old and full of character. Beautiful property!
- Tomasz (10/5): Gem. - We didn't like the place. WE LOVED IT!!! It is a kind of charming time capsule maintained in immaculate condition with intriguing interior furnishings and beautiful collection of china. The first thing you see when you open the windows in the morning are the horses grazing on the grass right in front of your eyes.
Spacious, comfortable, clean, warm and cosy.
If you look for something true, authentic, with real soul - look no further. Tullyard House is the reason to go to Northern Ireland itself... :) We have been there too short...
- Louise (10/5): Fabulous stay and hopefully will visit again. - Fabulous peaceful location, was like staying in a museum. Good selection on food items left for breakfast, the coffee machine was a nice touch. Shower nice and powerful, beds very comfy. Everything very clean and good instructions on how to use everything. Can't say there is anything I didn't like. You would need a car to get anywhere.
- Roger (10/5): Tullyard Hose TOP, TOP, TOP!!! - Excellent hosts. Lovely house. Just wonderful!!!
Thanks very much. Can't wait to be back ---
- Mike (9/5): Wonderful! The house & garden were delightful, & the central location made visiting all of N.I easy. - The homely touches and consideration of the hosts, providing lots of high quality facilities and furniture, + tending the garden around the house so beautifully. Only suggestions for possible further improvement would be :
1) small waste bins in the lounge and bedrooms, + a bin in each kitchen space.
2) A radio (digital?) for if/ when anything happens to the TV signal, and/ or just for those who like it on when reading/ resting.
- Paul (10/5): Friendly farm stay - The owner made sure we wanted for nothing, even bacon, and eggs fresh from the farm all set in peaceful countryside, but only 5 min drive from Cookstown with all the conveniences
- Inah (10/5): It was excellent - It’s spacious, clean, quiet and the place itself is relaxing.
- Erin (10/5): So so beautiful - especially the fireplace! - Christine had a wonderful assortment of breakfast items for us to cook! She went over the top to accommodate us! - Lukasz (10/5): Fantastic rural atmosphere - Very familiar, nice and big farmhouse
- Nurriyah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (10/5): Cosy Getaway! - Lovely big house with all the traditional Irish nic naks. Christine was lovely and brought us extra logs for the fire. Dog friendly so always a plus for us! Just a preference but a TV in the bedroom would be perfect!
- Rachael (8/5): Charming, cosy and well-stocked house - Charming and cosy property, host had the place warm, clean and stocked with treats and breakfast items. Overall a nice place to stay, unfortunately there was a pervasive smell of fuel throughout the property, even upstairs in the bedrooms. This was a little uncomfortable but we didn’t feel it was something the host could do anything about during the one night we stayed. The property is charming but old and we figured it might be coming from the old oil heating boiler and perhaps badly vented equipment.
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional - Whole house ! Nothing
- James (10/5): Lovely - Great stay in the country for work. The host Christine was excellent and looked after us.
- Dympna (10/5): We had a great stay in this beautiful property - We loved euerything it was super Nothing at all

- Catherine (8/5): Beautiful cottage in the heart of the countryside - We have the most lovely and relaxing stay at Tullyard House. We were transported back in time to a wonderful Irish cottage, right in the heart of the countryside. Waking up, you’d spot the neighbouring horse out of your bedroom window! We loved cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the evenings playing board games and watching the tv. The cottage was cosy and we were well rested in the bedrooms. My family loved our stay here and would definitely come back. Thank you 😊 p.s thanks to the hosts for our goodie bag on our arrival. It was such a lovely surprise!
- Susan (9/5): Superb -
- Rachel (9/5): Superb -
- Bethany (10/5): A quirky stay in the countryside of Tyrone - How quirky it was it had so much character it was absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean Nothing
- Currie (10/5): Exceptional - This is the 2nd time we have used this accommodation, and we are planning our third visit.
- Angela (10/5): Lovely location and house, great welcome pack and kind hosts -
- Stephanie (10/5): The perfect home from home - We loved absolutely everything! Gorgeous house with everything you could possibly need, goodie hamper and fridge full of treats was amazing.
Christine was lovely and we knew that she was on hand if we needed anything and at the same time we were left to our own devices as it's very private.
Loved having a big kitchen with everything in it so that we could cook.
The location is quiet and easy to get into Cookstown and great for going out running, which myself and partner enjoyed in the morning. Every time we return to the area which we will be doing frequently, this is where we will be staying. The search for the perfect place is over as this is it! Nothing
- Dawn (9/5): Comfortable, cosy and welcoming. - Great house full of traditional features with modern conveniences. Good central location, easy to access towns and tourist locations. Friendly and helpful hosts. Nothing, it was all great.
- Joanne (10/5): Just delightful. - Just a lovely lovely place to stay. Quaint and delightful accommodation, really lovely and hugely appreciated box of goodies left by hosts. We were warm, comfy and well fed and much revived after our long journey. Would definitely book here again and was very sad we could not stay a few more days.
- Alison (10/5): Exceptional - The house was easy to find and a perfect location for visiting family. The owner was very welcoming and answered emails quickly. We have already to stay again.
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing house and big size. Loads of character and very quiet Nothing. It was great!
- Adam (10/5): A wonderful experience. - The welcome pack was amazing and the house was really well stocked with provisions. Brilliant. Everything was brilliant. People so friendly. I loved it all.
- Glenda (7/5): A large comfy home in the countryside. - The house was spacious and comfortable, and the host had left a very generous package of goodies to keep us going. The outside space was attractive and it was good to have a large parking area. The house was a bit quaint and quirky and wouldn’t suit someone expecting all mod cons. Having the cooker in a different room to the main kitchen was a challenge, and the house would benefit from a modern cooker and hob. The dials on the electric hob (shows how old it is) slide around and it isn’t clear what setting you’re on - I spent ages waiting for something to come to the boil before I realised. The kitchen cupboards could do with clearing out a bit, as they were full of things one wouldn’t need. A dishwasher would make life a lot easier, especially for a family on holiday.
- Rasa (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and tidy house, wonderful place for holidays
- Ellie (9/5): Traditinal, warm and well stocked. Fantastic. - A lovely opportunity to stay in a period property, full of traditional decor. we loved it. There were loads of lovely treats and generous touches. I would stay again.
- Colin (8/5): Very good -
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful house lovely and peaceful....everything you need to hand. Cannot find fault with this place...10/10
- Pamela (8/5): A fairly authentic property - Gracious hosts, good facilities. Will be better when upstairs bathroom has renovation completed.
