• Sean (10/5): Woodside is a quality holiday rental which we wouldn’t hesitate to revisit when returning to the area. - Decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Great location alongside the woodland walk which is great for exercising the dog. Very quiet at night. Off road parking for multiple vehicles. Would have loved a paved or decked area in garden to be able to make more use of that, particularly as weather was so nice during our stay. An Alexa in the conservatory would also be a great addition.

• Neil (9/5): Perfect location for a luxury autumn dog waking break - Perfect location for dog walking. Only 15 minutes to the beach. Fantastic property, very clean, really nicely presented with great care to detail. Excellent information provided by the hosts. Would highly recommend to family and friends Probably very old fashioned but a tea pot would have been nice. The kitchen utensils were however of good quality and plentiful. The pillows were quite firm for me

• Ann (9/5): Just what we needed, peaceful and relaxing - It was a lovely property, couldn't fault it, every attention to detail had been thought of. My partner went for a walk each morning on the Cleveland path which he enjoyed and was easily accessible from the path next to the property. Great location for picking up the main roads and just a couple of minutes into Filey centre
• Amanda (10/5): Fantastic property - Everything is to a highstandard, modern and really clean. We spent our time in the conservatory and the garden. Really nice garden furniture and bbq . The shower is wonderful. And the property is in a good position for walking too Filey. The fridge is too small with only a tiny freezer with it being a under the counter type.

Woodside is very clean and comfortable, with modern fittings and decor. Lovely little touches with welcome drinks make such a difference. April and Tony are welcoming hosts! Nothing!

• Dale (9/5): We had an excellent week. - One of our party has health problems and so we liked the fact that we could book a bungalow with a conservatory. We did not receive the lock box code on time but this was satisfactorily sorted out. The artificial air fresheners were overpowering especially for one member of our party. The washing up bowl didn’t fit in the sink.

We had a new born baby with us & it was a lovely quiet location near a busy seaside town so ideal. Perhaps a bigger bed in the main bedroom. But everything was beautifully done out.

• Emma (8/5): Beautifully kept bungalow in a quiet location with great amenities but pets not allowed on furniture - The property was finished to a very high standard, very modern and clean. There were plenty of guides within the property for both rules and operation instructions (for the oven, the coffee maker, what kind of rubbish goes in which colour bin, etc. within the property and also a fantastic guide on the area itself. It was even complete with a £5 discount for a local coffee shop. The property was in a lovely location, right next to a fantastic walk, especially if you have dogs, the street was quiet aside from a few seagulls and the property felt very safe. My main gripe is that until we arrived at the property, I had no idea that dogs would not be permitted on the furniture and honestly, if I had known this, I would not have booked this property and found elsewhere pet friendly or I would not have taken my dog and booked somewhere cheaper. It was also a bit of a trek into Filey itself.

• Walters (10/5): The best holiday home we’ve stayed in. - The house is excellent beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything you could possibly need. Nice location 15 minutes walk in. Our dog liked the woods at the side and the walks over fields. Enjoyed our stay so much we are returning in September. Thank you We couldn’t fault anything. Everything was perfect. A king size bed would be nice but it’s minor thing.
• Angela (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful bungalow, spotlessly clean, close to all amenities , couldn't have wished for better. The only little downside for us is it could do with a handrail near the front door, my husband is disabled and struggled a bit on the steps .

• Jill (9/5): Beautiful bungalow located in lovely area. Excellent few days break. - The property was easy to find & there was plenty of parking space on the driveway. The rooms were beautifully decorated & fitted out & everywhere was very clean. There was everything we needed - from the fully fitted kitchen to the lovely conservatory. WiFi was good & so was the TV. The bed was very comfortable as was all the furniture. The only slight, and I mean slight, issue was that the shower was not very powerful. I have long hair that I wash every day and it took me quite some time because of the lack of pressure. Having said that I managed & it would not stop us from wanting to stay there again.

Decor and facilities modern and clean. Ample parking for multiple cars and instructions on how to use facilities / suggestions for what to do in local area. Nothing.

It’s really cosy and spotlessly clean. The enclosed garden was perfect with us travelling with our dog. It’s very secure. There is nothing to dislike.
