• Liz Riley (4/5): Location great, so glad it was only 2 night stay. - Location is excellent The bed was awful, noise everytime you moved in it. This apartment needs a refurbishment and a better sofa as this was stained. A deep clean would be beneficial to this place.

• Tracy (4/5): Would not return or recommend - Location was good, Very dated apartment, light switch dangerous in bathroom, shower was appalling, no power at all, no bin in the bathroom, bed seemed to dip in the middle, no outside light by the front door so hard to see, , poor access to the complex, we were told to go to gate d and then just wait for someone to walk in or out, waited at least 15 mins before someone came by ! Would not return and certainly would not recommend this place
• Silva (1/5): AQUI NO ES!!! - Lo único que me gustó fue que la persona contacto después de más de 15 llamadas y 4 horas y media que me dejó en espera finalmente haya cogido el teléfono y se haya decidido a decirme cómo entrar al lugar. Y los vecinos del lugar fueron muy amables conmigo al conocer mi situación. Nunca volveré e contactar este lugar. Ha sido con creces la peor experiencia de alojamiento que he tenido nunca. Decía el anuncio que alguien me esperaba en puerta y no era cierto. No contestaban los WhatsApp, ni los mensajes, ni las llamadas, ni los correos electrónicos. Intenté comunicarme por todos los medios y nadie atendió hasta que le llamó otra persona vecina del complejo desde otro número. El número pin que me dieron para abrir el supuesto candado donde estaba la llave no funcionaba. El alojamiento es privado y no tiene nada que ver con la inmobiliaria que lleva el lugar residencial. Cuando pudimos contactar con la persona dijo que llegaba en 10 minutos y me hizo esperar 40 minutos más. Volvimos a llamar y fue cuando le salió del orificio enviarme las instrucciones para entrar al lugar (teniendo que entrar cuando cualquier persona abra la puerta y buscar la llave dentro del lugar cerca de la puerta). Nunca fue nadie a recibirme. La peor atención de mi vida. Pensé en dormir dentro del coche, pensé en buscar otro alojamiento. Me dijeron los vecinos que esto pasa a menudo allí. Y les pongo una estrella porque no me deja menos. El aspecto del lugar es sucio, desgastado y como si alguien viviera allí permanente. Había paquetes de cosas de comida abiertos en la alacena. Te dejan una cafetera de cápsulas que no funciona bien y tampoco hay tazas para el café ni nada. Decía el anuncio que tenías jabón de baño y solo conseguí 2 recipientes prácticamente vacíos.

• Azime (2/5): Hijyen sorunları ve çocuklar için uygun olmayan yatak düzeni nedeniyle konaklamamız konforlu ve güvenli değildi. - Konumu fena değildi ve eve giriş süreci sorunsuzdu. Dairede her yerde çok küçük böcekler vardı, bu durum hijyen açısından rahatsız ediciydi ve çocuklarım için korkutucu oldu. Çocuklar bu yüzden gece rahat uyuyamadı. Ayrıca 1 yetişkin ve 2 çocuk için yatak düzeni uygun değildi. Tüm aile aynı çift kişilik yatakta yatmak zorunda kaldı. Bu da konforlu ve güvenli bir konaklama sağlamadı. Hijyen ve konfor sorunları nedeniyle bu tesis aile konaklaması için uygun değildi.

• James (9/5): Great little apartment for a week break. Great facilities and great host. - Great little apartment. Well stocked with everything. Coffee, iron, toaster were a nice touch. Every utensil you could wish for. Amazing location near everything such as bars and restaurants. Contact was super helpful when checking in and messaging during the week. Thank you! Nothing. Host was super nice when the bulb went in the bathroom and arranged to have it fixed.

• Victor (2/5): Sucio y descuidado - La piscina del complejo era grande y la ubicación. El piso estaba muy sucio y descuidado. El baño era un foco de infecciones, lavabo oxidado y con mojo por detrás, poca presión del agua en la bañera, toallas con manchas,... El sofá olía a rancio. De la cocina echamos de menos un microondas, tenía pocos platos. Los armarios estaban destartalados y sucios, no recomendaría dejar nada en su interior. En resumen fue una decepción porque nos insistieron que no podíamos adelantar la entrada debido a los trabajos de limpieza que fueron inexistentes.

• Sally (9/5): Great week of Winter sunshine! - Great location. Just a 5 to 10 minute walk the main area of Fanabe, Costa Adeje. Good communication from owner & we felt very secure within the property due to the outside gates. The apartment was comfortable and met our requirements.
• Melissa (9/5): Little gem with a comfy bed. - The bed was really comfortable. Not rock hard like most places. It was within walking distance of everywhere in costa adeje. It had it's own pool complete with pool bar if you didn't fancy traipsing around for any reason. There were extra pillows if needed and all amenities like hairdryer, iron, ironing board, a fan, clothes rack on balcony. There's also plenty of plug sockets. Really did feel like a home from home. Yana. The owner, was amazing and answered any questions or concerns we had almost immediately. There was no microwave which we would have liked for reheating food etc but no biggie. Also the shower needs fixing. It works but it does need tweaking. The lower shower head won't stay in place and the higher shower head doesn't tilt. We was also a bit concerned that the hot water was brown. Beware of the plastic table on the balcony, it has a broken leg that doesn't stay in place properly. We could have done with a few bin liners left for us.

• Allison (10/5): Great little find! - The complex was beautiful, especially the swimming pool. The room was clean and we'll equipped for our stay. The bed was very comfortable! Yana was a very good hostess and did everything she could to make our stay a good one. Definitely recommend this place, especially for the price we paid! Very well located 😀
• Wazir (1/5): Disappointed and disrespect and Lack of water and dirty water - I stayed at Orlando Bonito Apartment for five nights with my wife and had a very disappointing experience. We had water for only a few hours each day, and when it did come, it was dirty. This made basic tasks like cooking and cleaning difficult. The owner was very rude when I raised the issue, suggesting we deserved this treatment because we chose a "cheap apartment." This level of disrespect and lack of basic amenities is unacceptable. I do not recommend this apartment.
