- Roberto (5/5): - Positiva é la posizione che rimane a pochi minuti a piedi dall'inizio del lungomare, la vista dall'ottavo piano, l'aria condizionata. Probabilmente sono state fuorvianti le recensioni, a mio avviso, troppo positive e, quindi, l'appartamento è stato sostanzialmente una delusione per la mancanza di cura nei dettagli, il confort, la pulizia e per la mancanza di una cucina attrezzata almeno dell'indispensabile: se avessi voluto mangiare in casa non avrei avuto gli strumenti utili per cucinare. Niente forno a microonde, niente bollitore, niente macchinetta del caffè e nessun attrezzo da cucina..... solo 2 pentole, pochi piatti, ecc.... tutto non pulito e tutto da rilavare. In genere un buon oste lascia una bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia, dell'olio e/o dello zucchero, non c'erano neanche delle tovaglie. Insomma manca quasi tutto. Il bagno senza nessun appoggio per gli indumenti, luce specchio non finzionante, solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica, una doccia che perde acqua, tutto molto spartano e non manutenuto, esattamente come l'edificio abbandonato a se stesso. Di notte la zona è poco raccomandabile per delle donne sole o single poiché le strade di accesso sono buie e tenute male con buche e il degrado impera, oltretutto si sentono tanti animali, galli e cani, che di notte disturbano il sonno. Letto troppo piccolo e corto se sei alto più di 175 cm. Tv non funzionante. Consiglio di arredare meglio la casa e farla trovare pulita dentro i cassettie e armadio . Il livello di questo alloggio é troppo basico e poco curato e soprattutto non attrezzato per rendere piacevole il soggiorno.

- Mika (8/5): Great location in the heart of Vlore - The location is great and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The balcony was really big and private. The air con was great! Nice shower and easy parking on the quiet street in front The kitchen facilities, especially the fridge, weren't great. It could be such an amazing place if there was more attention to detail
- Carles (8/5): Very good - Communication with the owner was easy, and the check-in process with his father went very smooth, even with a language barrier. The apartment is spacious and nice. It is either new or recently renovated, just like the whole building. It is a nice place to enjoy for more than a short stay. When compared to the rest of the apartment, the fridge clearly stands out as an element to improve: it looks out of place. The location is not really that great, since it is not that cose to the beach nor to a decent supermarket. There are no meaningful bus stops nearby either.
