- Barbara (7/5): - Unkompliziertes einchecken. Grosses sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Bequemes Bett. Kühlschrank. Bei Dunkelheit war es nicht zu sehen welche Parkplätze zum Hotel gehören.
- Marta (8/5): Pratico, comodo da raggiungere, equipaggiamento essenziale, pulito e silenzioso. - ottimo per una tappa intermedia durante il viaggio poichè vicino all'autostrada, comodo da raggiungere e con parcheggio annesso, molto pratico. self check in è stato un pò problematico, ma personalmente non amo questo automatizzare tutto. Avrei preferito condividere i documenti e lasciare che il check-in venisse fatto dall'host.

- Brigitte (3/5): Nicht noch einmal..... - Kein Personal vorhanden. Ratespiel - wie komme ich ins motel Ratespiel- welches Zimmer? Wenn man 14 Stunden Autofahrt hinter sich hat ist das nicht witzig. Bettdecke ohne Bezug, es war nur eine Decke mit Bettzeug Möbel so eng gestellt, das man sich ständig stößt. Also blaue Flecken incl. Auf dem Kühlschrank ein zettel: hier drin ein present für dich.... Der Kühlschrank war leer. - Sehr witzig!

Instead they make you fumble with an electronic self check-in, where you need to stand in front of a closed door, tak photos of your documents, and enter different information, at then wait until you receive an entry code (not immediately as they claim).

Nella struttura non c’è nessuno per darti indicazioni solo codici e basta, nel pomeriggio chiamo per avvisare che arriviamo tardi dopo 6 o7 chiamate hanno risposto “ avevo silenziato “ e questa è assistenza vabbè.

- Martina Plücker (7/5): Gut für eine Nacht - Die Lage um früh am Morgen die Fähre nach Korsika zu bekommen ist super. Bett war bequem, die Klimaanlage funktionierte und im kleinen Kühlschrank standen 2 Wasser. Der Preis war angemessen, wir würden wieder dort buchen. Der online Check-in war gut. Nicht alle Nachttischlampen funktionierten und die Dusche war schon arg verkalkt. Wenig bis keine anständige Wegweisung zum Hoteleingang.
- Annet (7/5): Matige ervaring - Grote kamer en badkamer. Makkelijk inchecken We zijn hier vaker geweest maar deze keer was de badkamer niet schoon en zagen we veel achterstallig onderhoud. Veel kalkaanslag kranen en douche bak. Vloer niet schoon, kranen zaten los,wc bril slecht, jammer! Omgeving zag er al verwaarloosd uit maar als het binnen in hotel nu ook zo wordt dan zal het snel helemaal in verval raken.

- giovanni (6/5): Difficile l'accesso - Pratico da raggiungere per chi viaggia Modalità di accesso, non abbiamo trovato la chiave dove era stata indicata e abbiamo dovuto chiamare per farci dare assistenza perché sul posto non c'è reception

- Sebastiano (8/5): - Struttura molto comoda per gli imbarchi al porto di Livorno, e comodo poter effettuare il check-in e check out in autonomia e senza vincoli di orari. Camera spaziosa e pulita, tutto quello che serviva a noi! Premetto che la nostra camera era comoda e pulita, e quindi non è una critica alla struttura, ma purtroppo nella camera c’era odore di fumo. In camera era ben indicato il divieto, però probabilmente qualcuno prima di noi non ha dato retta ai divieti e purtroppo si sentiva.

- Annet (8/5): Voor overnachting naar ferry prima - Prima kamer en badkamer, schoon.Bedden prima. Hotel binnen is prima van buiten ziet het er niet uit. Gegeten in dorpje verderop, op terrein was alles dicht wat we wisten van tevoren. Erg gehorig! We hebben een half uur gezocht naar de ingang en P plaats! Alles is er afgezet met kettingen en drempels. Erg troosteloze omgeving en erg slecht onderhouden buiten, jammer! Zou veel aantrekkelijker aangekleed kunnen worden ook al zit het op een industrieterrein. Nu denk je als ik aan kom: wat is dit voor raar en duister hotel? Geen visite kaartje voor een hotel dat er van binnen goed uitziet.

- Roland (7/5): Prima voor een overnachting op doorreis - Duidelijke communicatie vooraf. Je krijgt een code voor de voordeur en vervolgens een instructie hoe je je electronische kaart van je kamer kan verkrijgen. Er is hier geen receptie! Voldoende parkeervoorzieningen in de directe nabijheid van het motel. Hier kun je alleen maar overnachten, om te ontbijten of te dineren zal je elders iets moeten zoeken. Dit is wel mogelijk als je van maandag t/m vrijdag daar bent, naast het motel (in hetzelfde complex) zit een bistro, hier kun je zowel ontbijten als ook een eenvoudige maaltijd in de avond verkrijgen, maar helaas is deze tijdens het weekeinde gesloten. Het motel ligt in een industrieterrein, het is verder wel ruim en vrij overzichtelijk.
- Sara (4/5): Disappointing experience - We arrived at the motel on a Saturday evening, around 9 PM, and found that the key for our room was missing from the designated drawer. We called the emergency number provided, which was supposed to be available for weekend nights, but the person who answered spoke very little English. We called several times, and when he finally picked up, he just said “one moment” after I explained the situation, and never called back. Tired from our trip and with no help from the staff, we took the key from another room’s drawer instead. Whether that room was assigned to someone else or not, we don’t know. It seems this is their policy, leaving room keys in drawers, but the lack of assistance and communication was unacceptable. Very disappointing, and we will not be returning.
- Dennis (8/5): - Absolut empfehlenswert für eine kurze Übernachtung! Wir haben hier übernachtet, um am nächsten Morgen die Fähre nach Sardinien zu nehmen, und dafür war das Hotel perfekt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier auf jeden Fall. Alles war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem, sodass wir einen guten Aufenthalt hatten. Das Restaurant direkt unter dem Hotel ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Das Personal war total nett und wir haben dort noch eine Kleinigkeit gegessen. Ist in einem Industriegebiet, aber wir haben dort auch nicht übernachtet um uns die Gegend anzusehen. Für uns war das in Ordnung.

Auf unserem Weg nach Korsika. Wir waren begeistert. Sehr freundlich und verständlich waren die Anweisungen zum einchecken. Das einchecken an sich unkompliziert. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Saft und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Wir hatten uns richtig willkommen gefühlt. Die Umgebung war ruhig. Tanken praktisch vor der Tür.

Gli spazi comuni sono molto belli e accoglienti. La stanza pulita, c'è tutto quello che serve! Ottime anche le bottiglie di acqua nel frigobar! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Unica nota, che è proprio una sciocchezza, la tavoletta del wc non ben fissata.

- Matteo (9/5): Soggiorno vicino al porto di Livorno - Camera spaziosa, dotata di mini-frigo con bevande in omaggio, condizionatore con temperatura regolabile, bagno pulito e dotato di asciugacapelli. Letto molto comodo. Posizione ideale per raggiungere il porto (circa 10 minuti in auto). Grande facilità di accesso in autonomia, tramite codice numerico per l'accesso alla struttura e chiave elettronica per la camera. Presente un bar sotto la struttura. Muri di cartongesso, si sentiva qualsiasi rumore proveniente dalle camere adiacenti.

- Christian (5/5): Selbst die Lage hat dias Zimmer nicht ansprechend gemacht! Ich würde es nicht empfehlen und würde auch nicht wiederkomme - Gefallen hat uns leider nur die Lage zur Fähre am Hafen. 10 Minuten fährt und man war da. Es hat im Zimmer extrem nach Rauch gestunken, und das nicht gerade wenig! Für Nichtraucher wie wir war es sehr una angenehm und nicht schön, da es alles nur Nichtraucher Zimmer waren! Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht so gut! Rund um das Motel war es überhaupt nicht gepflegt. Von außen sah es überhaupt nicht einladend aus. Betten waren nicht so bequem.
