• Selvan (1/5): Aweful!! What supposed to be a valentines getaway turned out to be a terrible experience. You would think that cleanin - Close to beach The property was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was literally poo in both toilets. The apartment was not swept, dusted or vacuumed. The beds were not made. The entire apartment stunk !!! Aweful arrival experience.

• Lorraine (6/5): As above not value for money at all - The location It was very dirty ,a dirty stained sheet on a bed ,a broken cupboard thry were aware of ,dirty bedroom carpet ,spa bath wouldn’t fill up to be used and tried two dif plugs ,the guy who came to fix the cupboard looked scruffy had no identification on him ,reported the above straight away but had to clean bed my self due to how long it took for someone to come and child needed sleep ! Pool was not gas heated so couldn’t stay in it at all ,very very disappointing for children ,would like a refund but we given box chocolates and four pieces of fruit in a package instead of free night in another unit ,so based on this big dnt get refund l won’t be using booking .com again was told cleaner was rushed for time do all that was cleaned well was the bathrooms , found toys under tv stand a baby suit behind sofa ,mattress were way to old and hard

• Pat (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent. Walking distance to shops, cafe's, restaurants and beach. No need to use the car. Perfect holiday location which made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Appartment was clean and had all the updated amenities. Also had reading books, magazines and puzzle books provided to keep us entertained while chilling in the apartment.

• Sherree (8/5): excellent service, cleanliness and location - excellent location, large and clean apartment. excellent customer service when we needed to call and follow up on something. nice pool and easy access to parking and rooms. very close to all the shops in Cowes, central to all the activities on the island linen service could have included more, but we did get a partial refund. found the access instructions confusing the email did not state what room we were staying in only that we were in carpark 27 and we guessed this was our room, key lock worked no problems

• Belinda (6/5): Pleasant - Location is beautiful I accidentally booked it as i thought it was a single house at a hotel complex where the essentials would be provided less to pack but I didn't realise once you hit reserve there's no going back. Bbq and Spa are great one underground parking provided. Lots for family to do we had a good time sightseeing. Very noisy barely slept first night screaming kids running around punching on. Then bin truck at 5am dropped steel one scared all kids . You hear everything. Back rooms get hot if you don't have AC on flat out and fan going down towards rooms even when not very hot hottest day we had was 24 . Was only supplied 2 bath mats for each bathroom and 2 tea towels for 5 days for a family of 6 and 1 dishwashing tablet. Had to go and buy my own steak knifes by the time I outlayed everything I'd personally prefer to pay more and have it all provided. The spa attached to the pool is freezing 🥶

• Ilayda (6/5): Good location, needs more attention to details - Location No attention to detail. Think it would have been nice to leave adequate tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner or laundry detergent. Can get passed the fact that linen wasn’t provided but putting even a cheap bottle of body wash in a bathroom shouldn’t be too much of an expense for a spot we spent almost $1000 dollars on for two nights.

• Sally (5/5): Dissapointing - the location was fantastic dirty cupboards and drawers, everything needed a good clean and some organisation. Car parked in our allocated spot told by owner to put a harsh message on the window or knock on other appartments to find the owner. No tea, coffee, milk or toiletries disappointed considering the cost also had to pay an additional $60 for linen.

• Shar (9/5): Sunset bliss - The location of the apartment is perfect, park your car (parking available on property) and you can walk to everything. Beach is at the end of the street as is the pier, restaurants, cafes and shopping. The apartment has a huge balcony out the front which is amazing to watch the sunset. the back bedroom got really hot as the weather got hotter, make sure you use the ceiling fan and ac in the lounge room to cool the apartment down and get some cool air into the back bedrooms or they become too hot to sleep in.
