• Elīna (10/5): - Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality! We – two adults and three children – spent a lovely weekend here, staying for two nights. The accommodation is located in a very convenient place near the harbor, and you can also see the bay from there. I imagine the view must be especially beautiful in the summer. The house is old and historic, but it is nicely arranged, cozy, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. As a small suggestion for the hosts, it would be nice if the kitchen had a bit more equipment – for example, an additional small pot, a bowl, and a few more kitchen utensils. It would also have been nice to have coffee and some basic essentials such as oil and vinegar available. Since we ourselves are accommodation hosts in Latvia, we usually provide these small items in our places, so we happened to notice it here as well. Thank you again very much for your hospitality! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return someday.

• Janis (10/5): Mums viss patika. - Ļoti atsaucīgs saimnieks, atļāva ātrāk iečekoties un palikt ilgāk pēdējā dienā. Izcila vieta blakus jahtklubam, labi aprīkota virtuve, ļoti tīrs.

• Helger (6/5): lack of facilities but nice landlords - The landlord/lady were very friendly. It was possible to use outdoor facilities (to have breakfast on the balcony, kids used the trampoline, there was a lso a grill). The location is relatively good, close to the river and central city. The facilities were really bad. While it was mentioned in the advertisement, but the lack of the washing machine was really disturbing us. (We did not expect all the rain that made clothes wet etc.) No airconditioning - the first night it was too hot, we had luckily taken a strong fan with us but it only helped so much; we found it difficult to sleep with the heat. No dishwasher. No decent coffee machine (only filter coffee). The location was good for center but actually quite far from the beach. Unrelated small problem - we did not find out how to lock the restroom from inside. As such, the apartment is too expensive. As priority, they need an airconditioner and a washing machine.

• Luca (10/5): - In casa c’era tutto quello che poteva servirci. Edificio in legno bellissimo. Host sempre disponibile con consigli utilissimi. Giardino comune con giochi per bambini e barbecue. Parcheggio nel cortile, in modo da non dover spostare la macchina, visto che tutti i parcheggi in città sono a pagamento. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro, in 20 in spiaggia.
