Markus (7/5): Gut mit Abstrichen. - Sehr freundlicher und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Eigentlich fantastischer Blick aus dem Küchenfenster/französischen Balkon. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich und soweit alles in Ordnung. Die Betten waren neuwertig und bequem (Schlafzimmer und Klappcouch in der Wohnküche). Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Neapel/Amalfiküste soweit gut. Standort bietet gute Ausgangslage zu allen Hotspots und Sehenswürdigkeiten, alles ist immernur 30 - 45 min entfernt mit dem Auto. Die Umgebung mit Bauruinen und einem grell beleuchteten Parkplatz waren sehr enttäuschend und haben den fantastischen Ausblick leider sehr negativ beeinflusst. In der Anzeige entsteht durch die Beschreibung und die Bilder der Eindruck, dass man auf seinem Balkon direkt am Meer sitzt. Dem ist leider nicht so. Der eigentliche Balkon ist zur stark befahrenen Straße ausgerichtet und durch die ansässigen Tauben und deren Kot nicht benutzbar. Leider war der Toilettensitz locker, die Duschkabine und die Amaturen erneuerungsbedürftig. Die Reinigung sollte etwas gründlicher durchgeführt werden.
