• Pamela (10/5): Comfortable charming and well located apartment - Charming, comfortable, and well located apartment. The host was friendly and helpful. The roof terrace was fun. Although it is shared with a few other apartments, we never saw anybody else using it. The kitchen is small. There are only two burners on the cooktop, but it is functional for cooking simple meals.
• Sandy (9/5): Bright, centrally located apartment. - Bright, clean apartment near the seawall and an easy walk to the centre. Coffee pods and water bottle were nice additional touches. The roof top terrace is a lovely bonus. Anna was easy to communicate with.

• Janie (10/5): We loved every minute of our stay on Ortigia and a great deal of our enjoyment is because of Anna and her beautiful home - Anna met us at the beautiful apartment and made us feel incredibly comfortable. This is an amazing property, superbly cared for and in the most amazing location for access to all the wonderful things in Ortigia - beaches, antiquities, food and entertainment. It is clear that close personal attention is paid to this sweet and welcoming home. I could not possibly recommend Anacreonta Ortigia more highly. Absolutely NOTHING. Everything has been meticulously thought of and provided.
• Global (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely host, Anna was super kind & responsive. Wonderful location, everything just a few minutes walk away. 2 bars/cafes right outside. The roof terrace was such a bonus, at the end of the day - plenty of space & very private. Comfortable beds, lovely and bright, very spacious apartment. Highly recommend this real gem in Ortigia. We'll be back :) Nothing
• Colleen (9/5): Great stay, excellent quiet location, clean, comfy and fantastic hosts. hosts - Great central location so quiet but right in the centre. Beach and cafes very close. The host family were very available to answer all our questions and very helpful and kind in offering us a sun umbrella and ride to the station. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the beds comfy. Air conditioning worked well in keeping us cool. Nice Terrace (shared) but we did not use it as it was too hot for us. Great stay. It is not two separate bedrooms but a loft above main bedroom. You have to go through master bedroom to get to 2nd bedroom, which we didn’t realise when booking. Might be our mistake not reading small print!

Quiet and peaceful at night and close to the food market, restaurants and attractions. We were well received by Anna and her husband and they were available for questions and were incredibly helpful. We will be happy to return!
• Chelsea (9/5): Superb - Loved the location so quiet and yet very easy to walk to everything. We didn't use the rooftop terrace but it's such a nice touch. Overall very comfortable, clean, and lovely hosts. Very flexible with our check in time and helpful with bringing things like detergent so we could do laundry! The apartment is a little dark and the shower on the very small side but the photos are accurate to what you get :)

• Loretta (9/5): Absolutely wonderful place in a perfect location with a shared rooftop! - Lovely Host, ideal location and truly beautiful apartment. There is a gorgeous shared rooftop that can be used! The location is very quiet and so central! The upstairs bedroom is a bit stuffy and warm at night and the kitchen isn’t really well stocked for cooking, otherwise perfect apartment!
• Esme (10/5): Exceptional - The property was in the heart of Ortigia, very private with a lovely communal balcony as well as private balconies within the apartment. Anna was incredibly friendly and accommodating! She recommended a few restaurants to us, one of them being Era Ora a lovely pizza restaurant. The flat itself was brilliant as we were able to cook our own food. It was very peaceful and comfortable. Anna also let us leave our bags at the flat before we had to catch our train, which was extremely kind of her. We highly recommend staying here!

• John (10/5): Very comfortable stay in a great location - Massive bed, really comfy. Lots of space. Netflix available on TV. Very well located, everything within a few minutes walk. Very quiet mainly, but because of narrow streets, if there is noise, you hear it. Such as the garbage collection at 4.30 in the morning! That's an Ortigia issue, not related to this property.

• Laurie (8/5): Comfortable, quiet, spacious apartment in Ortygia - This spacious, quiet apartment was very comfortable to stay in for 4 nights. It’s in the heart of Ortygia so we walked all over this historic island and to parts of Syracuse as well. The stairs are a climb but the peace and quiet was fantastic. The ability to cook dinners and do laundry was also appreciated. Very comfortable. Nothing.

Ortigia is very walkable and the apt was right in the center. It was very common and practical and comfortable, no complaints.

• Rita (9/5): Siracusa was so very beautiful - anywhere you turned the site was incredible - The location was central and most things within walking distance - eg shops restaurants and some attractions. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. Anna and her husband were exceptional hosts - they helped us with our luggage and transport to and from the train station. They were also available to provide assistance at any time and gave us some great local information for places to eat and see. Our stay in Siracusa was amazing. Nothing

• David (10/5): Spacious, ideally located and friendly owners. - The apartment is very nice, well located and there is a parking at a few steps away (20EUR/d but cheaper alternatives are available a bit farer). The owners are really friendly and will answer all the questions you might have. Little extra : they helped us with all the luggages voyaging with a 4 months baby might require :-) Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!
• Anastazja (10/5): Fantastic stay in the Centre of Ortigia Island! - The apartment is big, spacious and bright, located in the old centre of the city. The hosts are absolutely amazing and helpful, speaking a lot of languages, they even offered to take us by car from the bus station when we arrived, gave us also a lot of very good recommendations about restaurants nearby.
