• PINAR (5/5): Yorucu ve kötü bir deneyimdi - Tesis temizdi En önemli problem sıcak su olmaması.4 kişilik aileydik, her duştan önce 20-30 dakika beklememize rağmen( tesis sahibi Dimitris’in tavsiyesiyle) sadece 1 kişi randımanlı yıkanabildi , diğer kişiler içinde aynı bekleme süresini yapmamıza rağmen soğuk su ile duş aldılar, otopark çok büyük problem her gün 14 Euro otopark parası ödedik, hatta bir günde otoparkta bile yer yoktu , apart çok gürültülü balkonda iki kişi bağırmadan birbirini duyamıyor , yataklar çok eski ve çökük , her sabah bel ağrısıyla uyandık, banyo giderinden duş alırken köpükler taşıyor, klima kapatsan bile gece kendi kendine açılıyor
• Δημητριος (5/5): Ναι μεν αλλά.... - Ο κύριος που μας υποδέχτηκε ήταν ευγενικός και με διαθεση να δώσει πληροφορίες και προτάσεις για την πόλη της Καβάλας. Η τοποθεσια του διαμερίσματος κεντρικότατο και κοντα σε αγορά και λιμάνι. Η καθαριότητα ήταν ένα θεμα. Πιάτα, ποτήρια δεν ήταν καθαρά και το ανάφερα απο την πρώτη στιγμή. Κακοτεχνίες όπως μπριζες και χερούλια που βγαίνουν δεν τα ανάφερα καθόλου...αν και θα μπορούσε να τεθεί θεμα ασφαλείας. Τα στρώματα στα υπνοδωμάτια, απλά ανύπαρκτα. Δεν αναφέρομαι στο μαλακό ή σκληρό, αλλα στην έλλειψη στοιχειώδες στήριξης, ενιωθες οτι μεταλλικο θα μπορουσε να ειχε μέσα...ο ύπνος ήταν ένα καθημερινό μαρτύριο. Αναφέρθηκε. Απουσία βοηθητικών εγκαταστάσεων, όπως κρεμάστρες στα δωμάτια για την τοποθέτηση μιας μπλούζας κτλ... Αναρωτιέμαι οι προηγούμενη επισκέπτες δεν παρατήρησαν τιποτα απο τα παραπάνω? Αντε η καθαριότητα, θα πω οτι έτυχε. Τα στρώματα??? Θα πρέπει να ειμαστε τίμιοι και ειλικρινής για να βοηθήσουμε με τα σχόλια μας τους επόμενους επισκέπτες και τον ιδιοκτήτη να διορθώσει τις ατέλειες. ( η βαθμολογία που εχει ειναι ουτοπία).

• Ilias Theocharis (10/5): Big, comfortable, well situated apartment. Great host! - We liked everything about Dimitri's apartment. It's super central (just 5 blocks of the main bus station) and on a flat area which makes it great when you travel with big luggage. Plus you have an elevator. The apartment itself is gorgeous and has all the commodities. It's also super clean and has big balconies to enjoy during the day/night. The bed is super comfortable and you have blinds around the entire apartment to sleep til late without any lights which was perfect for us. Dimitris came to see us at arrival and he is such a nice guy. He was really helpful giving us tips for food and even offering to make reservations for us if needed. Also, he was so kind to allow us to do early check in and late check out. So grateful for this! He even had a bottle of water and juice for us in the fridge. We would love to be back at his apartment. It gave us 3 wonderful relaxation days. We loved it. Thank you very much Dimitri and keep up with the great work!
