• Csilla (8/5): Spacious and clean accommodation, with a very helpful and polite owner - The bus station was very close. A little bit noisy area.
• Rachel (10/5): - Spacious apartment. It had great Aircon and the bed was comfy. It's right next to the bus station and close to the airport, which is the reason why we booked this apartment. There's also an elevator --very nice if you have lots of luggage.

• Raquel (5/5): Si necesitas salir temprano al bus station quédate aquí una noche - Está cerca de la estación de bus North-South, puedes ir andando Tienda abajo Pizzería 24/7 si llegáis tarde El dueño no nos trajo las llaves, nos lo trajo otra persona que no tenía llave de ascensor y tuvimos que subir 3 pisos cargados. El apartamento está dentro de un edificio sin acabar que de noche da un poco de respeto y miedo. La señora que nos trajo las llaves ni siquiera sabía que piso era y tuvimos que esperar para saberlo, para la wifi.
• Guest (10/5): Impecable - The host was super nice to us. We kept in touch with him as soon as we landed at the airport, and he gave us all the directions we needed to get to the apartment by public transport. He waited for us even though we arrived really late at night (almost midnight). The apartment is big and has everything you need for a good stay. It’s also really close to the bus station and there are markets nearby where you can buy food.

• Gagan (8/5): Great location near bus terminal, good for short stay - Florijan was a wonderful host and even picked us up from both the South and North bus terminals, which was very helpful. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the terminal, making it very convenient for bus travelers. The apartment itself is simple but had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I stayed for one night before an early morning flight, and it was excellent value for money. No AC in the hall

• Tjaša (7/5): Good - The owner was very responsive and friendly. He comunicates very well in english (which is not always the case in Albania). Although the apartment was occupied before our arrival it was quickly ready to move in. The apartment was clean, tidy and had a very pleasant smell when we entered. It is also large, spacious and well equipped. The neighbourhood is very loud (which is of course not the host's domain). The windows are bad, they don't seal out the sound. The same problem with the door so it's quite noisy in the flat. It is practically impossible to get a parking space in front of the block. We drove up and down for at least half an hour to find a free space (which is also not the host's domain). The bathroom is worn but tidy.

The property owner was very professional in all communication, and he came outside on this rainy day to guide us to his Apartment around 8:30 PM.

No heating so it was bit cold. Otherwise pretty nice place for what you paid It looked bit dozy and run down place from outside but inside was totally different. Bathroom needs little updating

I would highly recommend staying here to everyone and I know where I will be staying when I spend time in Tirana. Everything was excellent.

Unfortunately in Albania windows/ balcony slide door doesn't have sills and noise from the streets is quite loud. And it's not a problem only of this apartment. For me it is too noisy at night.

• Alfonso (5/5): Expected a bit more from a 9.3 rated flat. Value for money is there but not sleeping quality. - Very friendly and welcoming host, he helped with parking and explained everything very clearly. In addition he did a great job to decorate the flat and provide all required items. The flat is also very good size, quite spacious. The most annoying part for us was the car noise from the close by road. Unfortunately we are quite sensitive to that and it was almost the whole night. Sleep quality was compromised. I would suggest the owner to change the windows frames to double glazing. Furthermore, we noticed some dark patches in the shower base, not sure what they were but did not look good. Lastly, the smell of the perfume in the flat was too strong, that also impacted sleeping quality. Beware that In the area is very difficult to park after 5pm, the host did a great job to keep the spot for us but you won't be able to take your car for further use until next day. We used it for just one night in order to be close to the rental company for next day airport departure, however we expected a bit more from a 9.3 rating.

• Tad (9/5): Great host and overall no issues, stayed with the locals so it felt quite different. - Spacious, feels very homely and overall just very clean! In a good location close to public transport especially for backpackers who are going around the country, as well as being near the airport. Only thing was no AC fan in the living room, but it’s no big deal! You can open the door in main bedroom and cools down pretty well.

• Lucy (10/5): Great Stay to take a bus at the national bus station - The Host was very attentive and helpful. He went the extra mile. The place is very clean and comfortable. We needed to be close to the national bus station to take an early bus and the walk was very smooth and we have a very good rest after a long day flying. Everything was great.

The bathroom does not have an enclosed shower and so the water goes everywhere. You will have to use a Mop to clean it up and the floor is slippery to the point of dangerous.

The apartment is indeed a home away from home with everything inclusive, including WiFi, smart TV to mention a view. The owner was there for us 24/7.
