• Debbie (8/5): Great place to stay very close to centre. Parking was a god send as parking in town was so busy. - Location was great and the apartment was lovely Lack of toiletries so take your own and and kitchen would have benefited with more t towels as one for a whole weekend was not sufficient. Apartment upstairs was very loud with a lot of banging but luckily it did not bother us as we were out most of the time.

• Sue (5/5): Had a fabulous weekend in Cheltenham. Only five minutes walk from centre to flat. - Excellent location for getting into town. Spacious and beds very comfortable. Nice to have a bath! Basement flat so rather dark. Also next to a road which, although not too busy, the traffic wheels literally pass the bedroom windows.

Wasn’t sure [& I should have checked] if a parking spot was allocated to the flat in the nearby parking spaces because if no parking offered, only 4 hour street parking near to the property
• George (9/5): Well equipped base to spend a few days with family who live in this area of the town - Size layout location Only a small issue no cereal bowls and small plates for breakfast. We used the cups for our muesli and yogurt.

• Dee (9/5): Tunstall House review - We absolutely loved the flat. It was very clean inside, the staff Abbie/ Phil, were excellent host, making sure that our needs were met to an excellent standard, with a friendly welcoming. My only criticism was that there was no washing machine and or tumble dryer, as the two end cupboards bottom cupboards, on the left, could easily accommodate a small 6KG, washing machine/ tumble dryer, inorder for guests to be able to wash and dry their clothes, especially if they are staying for a longer periods of time, just comes in handy. Other than that, Tunstall House is a perfecty very spacious absolutely beautiful place to stay at. We will definitely be recommendingTunstall House in the near future to our many family aswell as friends to stay at. That there was no domestic appliances for us to be able to wash our clothes or to dry them. We both felt that the two end bottom cupboards on the left side of the kitchen, would be a good better place to accommodate a 6kg small under the counter washing machine and or small tumble dryer , for future guests inorder for the.
• Jordan (7/5): Value for money, good location. But the dirty floors ruined our stay a bit. - The location is really good, the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and and shower is lovely. Beds were very comfortable. The floors are quite dirty, our feet and socks became black from walking around! So we had to wear our shoes most of the time. Some of the bedding had marks on it aswell. But it was overall fairly clean except for those things.

• Lynne (6/5): It was ok but wouldn’t return. Need to get the basics right. - The property was very clean on arrival and all of the basic kitchen facilities. Location was good and host was good on communication. I would have expected at least basic toiletries in the property. None were provided and so I had to go to a local co-op to buy basic shower gel, shampoo etc. no hairdryer provided either - these things should be noted when booking as they are standard usually. We also had a flood during the stay - due to rain - and I would guess this has happened before looking at the woodwork. The floor in the bedroom flooded badly and my shoes and bag that I had were saturated.
• Michele (7/5): Good - 2 bedrooms, nice lounge, separate kitchen, quiet area, walking distance to town centre Cold, no instructions on how to increase temperature of heating system. A cafetière would have been good. Some basic supplies such as kitchen towel, washing up liquid would have been appreciated as our stay was short.
• Alison (9/5): Wonderful apartment with a great location - Fantastic location, really comfy beds and sofas, an amazing shower and the place is decorated with beautiful artwork (& lots of fantastic William Morris print) and has a wonderful selection of books for guests to enjoy. The property was easy to access and we had speedy replies and good communication with the property who were very helpful when we had to get extra bedding delivered. For anyone travelling with a baby this place is great and the travel cot provided was very nice and had a comfy mattress in it. Will definitely be booking again the next time we have to be in Cheltenham.

• Robert (8/5): A warm and spacious apartment, very well located for the town, but parking for only one car. - A very spacious apartment, with an excellent lounge - just had to move one ornament to make it toddler-safe. Plenty of room for four adults, a toddler, and a dog. Although it was just 1 degree outside, the heating kept us warm and cosy inside. Despite being on a busy road, it was very quiet at night, so we all slept well. Location was excellent, just a short walk into the town centre. Plenty of local shops and restaurants on Bath Road nearby, including a big Co-op. Only one parking permit could be issued, which allowed us 24 hour parking just round the corner, although we could unload the cars outside the house and park one there overnight. We had to park the second car several streets away, as everywhere nearby required a permit for more than 2 hours parking. The kitchen had a full range of appliances which were fine, but a bit minimal otherwise - could have done with some scales, scissors, pasta bowls, etc. for self-catering.

• Andrew (10/5): Comfortable and well located apartment - Lovely apartment, well located, close to great shops and easy walk into central Cheltenham. Very comfortable. Welcoming bottle of fizz and some fresh milk in the fridge. Would definitely come back.
