• Cecília (8/5): Belváros, közeli, tiszta lakás. - Parkolás lehetősége az udvarban. Egy mosdó helyiség kevés 4 Felnőttnek. Az utca zajt hallani.
• Marietta (9/5): Perfekte Lage, Parkplatz im Haus - Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt! Parkplatz im Haus. Café - 2 Häuser weiter. Spar - 2 Minuten zu Fuß. 5 Minuten bis in die City. Die Ausziehbare Couch ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr unbequem, sollte dringend erneuert werden. Die Reinigung hätte besser sein können.
• Joachim (10/5): Kommen gerne wieder -- danke für den sonnigen Aufenthalt - Hervorragende Lage - eigener gesicherter Parkplatz - gute Heizung - Größe der Wohnung mehr als ausreichend - man betritt die Wohnung und man fühlt sich sofort wohl in Ihr -- Steinmauer als Deko, wie man es sich in einem alten Italienischen Haus wünscht -- ums Eck einige sehr nette Lokale (Frasca Pozzar - mit mehr als humanen Preisen) -- in die Innenstadt wenn man weis wie, in ein paar Minuten -- kommen scher wieder :-). Self Check in für mich als älterer Mensch ohne fundierte EDV Kenntnisse etwas schwierig -- jedoch hat uns die Besitzerin hervorragend geholfen -- nachträglich noch ein sehr großes Lob und ein herzliches Dankeschön
• Guest (8/5): Una chicca nel cuore di Udine - Appartamento molto luminoso e accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione più che strategica rispetto al centro di Udine e parcheggio privato coperto comodissimo. Check-in e check-out estremamente semplici e veloci grazie alle accurate indicazioni di Veronica, la proprietaria, disponibile e rapidissima nelle risposte in caso di necessità. Le foto rispecchiano fedelmente quanto poi si trova nell'appartamento. Il legno e la pietra rendono l'ambiente caldo e piacevole, ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto, farei un appunto sulla pulizia, che non sempre abbiamo trovato accurata e approfondita. Nulla che ci abbia impedito di goderci il soggiorno comunque. Ci ritornerei!

Peccato essersi fermati solo per una notte... avremmo potuto viverci! 😂 L'appartamento è super elegante e curato e dotato di ogni comfort, siamo rimasti affascinanti dalla sua bellezza! Tanti dettagli ricercati, bagno dotato di idromassaggio e cucina totalmente attrezzata. Inoltre ha una scala interna che conduce ad un piccolo studiolo al piano superiore... veramente bellissimo! Veronica host super gentile e presente! Comodissimo il posto auto all'interno del cortile, considerando che è difficile trovare parcheggio all'esterno.

• pgraz (10/5): Coole Wohnung im Herzen von Udine mit Parkplatz! - Tolle Lage, sehr nette Wohnung. Parkplatz vorhanden, dass ist super, aber sehr eng - mit einem großen Auto muss man aufpassen.
• Toni (6/5): - Lokacija, interijer i prostranost apartmana. Cistoca; koristena rola wc papira, dozator sapuna pokvaren, posude u kuhinji nabacano i ne ostavlja dojam cistog. Apartman generalno izgleda dotrajalo u odnosu na fotografije, nismo mogli upaliti grijanje, a klima je na losoj poziciji te ne moze zagrijati prostor.

• Kateřina (10/5): Krásný mezonetový byt v Udine, kousek od centra. - Krásný mezonetový byt na okraji starého města v Udine s parkovacím místem ve vjezdu. Kompletně vybavený byt poskytující maximální pohodlí. Bohužel jsme z důvodu pozdního příjezdu užily pouze krátce, určitě se někdy vrátíme. Ubytování používá aplikaci s virtuálním klíčem pro aktivaci vstupu do domu. Ze zaslaných informací pouze v italštině jsme i po přeložení googlem nepochopily, zda máme volat majitelce. Když jsme zavolaly, dočkaly jsme se zmatené reakce a odkazu na zaslanou (italskou) zprávu. Nakonec jsme se do domu dostaly a byl nám otevřen na dálku majitelkou.

• Rina (10/5): Charming, clean and functional with a great location! - Charming, clean and functional with a great location! The washer/dryer was great as we came from Sardinia and had some laundry to do! The sofa bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect!

• Nikolay Kan (9/5): - Уютные чистые апартаменты с прекрасным дизайном! Большой плюс, своя закрытая парковка. Так же приятно было обнаружить в холодильнике бутылки с водой и банку Coca Cola. Удобное местоположение в центре, не в зоне ZTL. В жаркий сезон всего один кондиционер установленный в апартаментах конечно плохо справляется со своей задачей. Ёмкости с гелем для душа и шампунем были пустые.

• Fausto (10/5): Stylish, comfortable, quiet and convenient centrally located apartment - This stylish, comfortable, quiet and centrally located apartment is the perfect stay to visit Udine and the surrounding areas. Everything is a few minutes walk away. If you have a car, which you will need only for out of town tours, you will appreciate the private parking spot it offers, since downtown Udine offers limited street parking options. Parking require a little maneuvering: as your host will let you know, it is advisable backing-up into the spot. The temperature of the hot water fluctuated unpredictably, which was annoying when taking a shower.

• Cicero (8/5): Best Location in Udine - Location is the great value of the apartment. It is located at a short walking distance to the center and there are hair stylists, groceries, supermarkets and nice stores close by. It is a spacious apartment and we found almost everything we needed to have a good time there The coffee maker should work for two people. Cleaning could be improved, for exemple, inside the fridge was something frozen attached to the drawer. The acrylic chairs are not comfortable. I need to work at least two hours a day and that trigged my sciatic pain. We had an issue with the heating system that was promptly solved but I think written instructions would help a lot.

• Melissa (9/5): Great location, great host - This apartment was a perfect location for us. Easy to walk to places of interest and places to eat. The private covered parking was great. Comfortable bed, large living area, nice bathroom, strong WiFi. Washer/dryer unit was a huge help to us. Kitchen included a large refrigerator, apartment-size dishwasher, and the basic supplies we needed. Veronica, our host, was super responsive and very helpful with all questions and anything we needed. And no big checkout list to do before leaving, which is rare these days. Recommended! The only thing we would change was the location of the air conditioning unit which, of course, would not be easy to change. It is located in a hallway by the front door, so the cool air doesn't reach to bedroom well. We would have just opened the windows, but there is a bar just a few doors down and the patrons were too noisy and smoky for that.
• Miriam (7/5): Good - Very central location, cosy apartment, private parking spot, we’ll-equipped The shower head absolutely needs replacement, the shower is a bit moldy in the corners, bedroom to the street is very loud at night as there is a wine bar downstairs.

Excellent location within walking distance to historic centre, with secure private parking is very valuable. Bar and restaurant close by. The air conditioning was located in entry hall and whole refreshing on entry isn’t able to cool the bedroom. Unless you’re there when it’s very hot it should be fine.

• Myrto (9/5): Very nice and clean place in a great area of Udine - Great location, covered parking in the building, extremely clean, very nice design. Also a very nice, local bar next door. We stayed during the heatwave days and the aircondition that is in the living room, couldnt reach the bedroom.
