The place has everything, washing machine, microwave, kitchen, iron box. I recommend to stay here when in tirana. Its so central, I didnt need to take the bus at all. Thank you.

• andrewwa (10/5): ottimo appartamento in centro a Tirana - La posizione molto comoda in centro, tutti i servizi principali a due passi, ottima comunicazione e disponibilità della proprietaria. Sono rimasto particolarmente sorpreso. La zona non è silenziosa, non è un grande problema né colpa della struttura.
• Rachele (9/5): Ci tornerei! - Ho soggiornato in questo mini appartamento durante il mio mini break a Tirana e non posso che consigliarlo a coloro che cercano un alloggio che confortevole con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Si trova ai bordi del centro "storico" di Tirana, subito dopo aver passato il fiume Lana: in dieci minuti a piedi si arriva a piazza Skandenberg ed è a un tiro di schioppo dalla Piramide. L'appartamento è semplice, ma con tutto quello che serve: c'è anche la cucina e la lavatrice, quindi in caso è adatto a soggiorni anche un po' più lunghi (a me non son servite, ma insomma può far comodo). La zona in cui trova è tranquilla (io personalmente mi sono sentita sicura anche tornando la sera a casa da sola) e ben servita: ci sono molte panetterie, negozi, ... C'è il wifi e funziona bene. Ah, all'arrivo in casa ci sono già delle bottiglie di acqua (per me gesto di cura per l'ospite sempre molto apprezzato). Si accede con un codice da digitare su una tastiera di fianco alla maniglia di ingresso: la cosa che all'inizio può sembrare strana è che -una volta entrati e chiusa la porta- non c'è la possibilità di "bloccarla" ulteriormente dall'interno. Però in effetti dall'esterno si apre solo con il codice (che è anche abbastanza lungo), quindi alla fine non è un problema. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata eccellente: Ilira è molto disponibile e gentile (è possibile parlare/scrivere anche in italiano). Anche se non ne ho avuto bisogno, ho apprezzato molto anche che mi abbia offerto la possibilità di un late check out (sempre utile anche solo per non portarsi dietro i bagagli tutto il giorno o usare il bagno). Forse la nota più dolente dell'appartamento è il bagno, più che altro perché è tutt'uno con la doccia, che non è chiusa e scarica nel centro del bagno proprio sotto al lavandino. Di conseguenza, dopo aver fatto la doccia si forma un pozzetta un po' antipatica proprio sotto al lavandino, e ci mette un po' ad asciugare. E' pure vero che appena fuori dal bagno ci sono delle ciabatte impermeabili a disposizione, io personalmente ho risolto raccogliendo l'acqua col mocio che era li a disposizione. Consiglio poi per chi ha il sonno leggero: portatevi una mascherina perché nell'alloggio filtra molta luce (non ci sono oscuranti o tende). E visto che pesano poco e non ingombrano in valigia, volendo consiglio anche dei tappi (l'ingresso da direttamente su strada, quindi c'è passaggio di aiuto e persone).
• Caglar (10/5): Konum, temizlik ve konfor açısından keyifli bir konaklama oldu. - Konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi, şehrin merkezine ve gezilecek yerlere oldukça yakındı. Tesis genel olarak temiz ve düzenliydi, odalar konforlu ve ihtiyaçları karşılıyordu. Personel de ilgili ve yardımcıydı, giriş çıkış süreci sorunsuz geçti. Fiyat/performans olarak da beklentimi karşıladı. Genel olarak memnun kaldım, tekrar tercih edebilirim. Herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım, genel olarak her şey beklentilerimi karşıladı.

• Magdalena (10/5): - To jest w zasadzie mieszkanie, duży pokój z aneksem kuchennym wyposażonym w mikrofalówkę i ekspres kapsułkowy. Dwa wygodne łożka i kanapa. Łazienka z pralką. Czysto i pachnąco. Blisko do atrakcji, dookoła sklepy, kawiarnie i restauracje. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. Nic🙂
• Stefan (10/5): Very great studio - Great location. Easy access. I liked it that the door had a code and I didn't have to carry a key with me when away. The studio itself is very nice, it has 2 single beds but they can easily be moved next to each other. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall it was a great stay. As others have said, it is pretty noisy inside especially during the evening/night. For me it was not that big of a problem but if you are sensible during your sleep, maybe this is not the best. After a shower the bathroom floor gets wet as the shower drain is right in the middle of the bathroom, in front of the sink. The good part is that the shower has a curtain and water doesn't splash everywhere.
• Ece (10/5): - Konumu gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek çok yakın. Ev sahibi Ilira çok ilgili, ihtiyacım olduğunda hızlıca dönüş yaptı. Ev 2 kişi için ideal. Mutfakta ihtiyaç duyacağınız eşyalar mevcut. Self check-in ile giriş yapabiliyorsunuz. Ev temiz ve düzenli.

• Mehmet Ali (10/5): Konforlu temiz oda harika ev sahibi - Fiat fayda oranı çok iyi olduğunu söylemekle başlayayım. Ev sahibi inanılmaz kibar elinden geldiği kadar yardımcı olmak istiyor. Merkeze yakın sayılabilecek bir konumda etrafında her türlü manav börekçi dondurmacı market hatta pazar bile var. Yatak tertemiz oda da yeterince büyük. -
• Annette (10/5): - Great value for money. Short walk to city centre, but away from big crowds of tourists. Feels like staying amongst locals. Owner (Klira) is very responsive to WhatsApp messages and very accommodating to requests. Very safe city and area. Not a problem, but be aware: Put 'Essenza Tirane Studio' into Google maps, not street address. Google maps is inaccurate with street address. Fortunately locals are very helpful, even without common language

• Mariia (8/5): Very good - The apartment is located in the centre of Tirana, close to the biggest mosque in the Balkans, 7 minutes walking to the central square. There was everything you needed. It was clean and comfortable to stay there. It was a little bit noisy at night. And the bathroom needs to be renovated a little bit.

• Vilmantas (10/5): Exceptional - I absolutely loved this cozy and charming apartment. The location was fantastic—surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. One of my favorite parts was a nearby bakery where I could even buy cake after midnight! The host was amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I actually tried to book the same place again on my way back to Tirana, but unfortunately, it was already taken. Still, if I ever return to Tirana, I wouldn’t think twice—I’d definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect, and I truly enjoyed my time there.
• Olalekan (10/5): This is a great value for money.. I strongly recommend staying here if you visiting Tirana. - The apartment was exactly like the photos seen here, it felt like home the minute I stepped in. Thank you to the host for allowing me to check in earlier before time (you are a Gem). There is a supermarket and fruit shop that is just 2min to the house so you can get some fresh produce and make food. Restaurants are 2min walk as well. This apartment is just perfect, I cannot fault it in anyway. Nothing.

• Adrien (9/5): Definitely recommended - Very good place with a lot of space and all the necessities. Very easy to communicate with the owner, I could check in at 11.30 pm without issues. It is very well situated in Tirana, only a short walk to main intetrests points. The bed is really comfortable.. The flat is on the ground floor and it could be busy/noisy on the street from 7 am. But it is quiet during nights.

• Ieva (10/5): Great stay, with a super nice host, would def stay again! - Everything. Super nice host and extremely smooth & fast communication. Wifi worked well, including for work video calls. Hot water with no issues + great water pressure in the shower. Kitchen with equipment for cooking. A great neighbourhood with many shops and eating places. Walking distance to the center and main attractions. Would def stay again! A very minor thing which however did not spoil the overall positive experience - would be great if a bottle opener were provided in the kitchen.
