Užsirezervavus apartamentus ir atvykus 17.00 val. pasirodo jie neparuošti o šeimininkė teigė, kad negavo informacijos iš booking.com kad kažkas rezervavo nors apmokėjau iš karto rezeruojan ir gavau patvirtinimus, tad teko laukt iki 21 val. tad siūlau kitiems po rezervacijos skambint šeimininkei, kad susitart dėl laiko atvykimo, kad nekiltų nesklandumų. (taip pat mačiau komentaruose, kad tai ne pirmas atvejis, prieš rezeruojant neatkreipiau į tai dėmesio, pamoka pirma per 20 metų)
• Connie (8/5): - Zelia, the hostess is very friendly and welcpming. We spoke at length about things to do and see. The Apartment was in a central location with easy access to everything that Lisbon has to offer. We were surrounded by bars and restaurants. If you do not like noise, this is not for you. The bars are open very late and the revellers can be very noisy. The two small bedrooms are built into the loft with low head room. The stairs to the apartment are very steep, which could be a problem for those that struggle on stairs.
• serena (7/5): - Buona posizione, pulito. La signora disponibile Di tre camere due molto piccole e soprattutto basse (ricavate nel sottotetto). Abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia e in una camera pioveva dal tetto.
• Mark (8/5): - Nice apartment (like someone's home), good location, great host (Zelia), a few small issues that Zelia took care of right away. Good value for money compared to other apartments in the area. A couple of very minor things: it was a bit cold overnight in the apartment during our stay in December (but nothing that a few extra blankets couldn't fix), and there is no oven (though the listing on booking.com says that there is).

• Matthew (10/5): Good location. Great host. - Welcoming and helpful host who greeted us at the property. Very good communication. Good amount of room for 2 people. Good shower.
• Nathalie (9/5): Very enjoyable and interesting city with great places to eat and very reasonably priced. - Zelia, our hostess, was there early so we could drop off our luggage before the official check-in time. She was very friendly, welcoming and helpful in giving us recommendations for places to eat and transport information. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well supplied. Great bakery at the end of the street. Location would have been perfect if the Gloria funicular was running. Not the fault of the property obviously but made the trek back a little more difficult with kids.
