• Ioana (7/5): Spacious apartment in a good location - The apartment’s location is perfect — right in the center, just around the corner from the Seceda lift and 3–4 minutes away from the Seiser Alm lift. The hosts were very responsive on WhatsApp and always ready to help and solve any problems we had. The kitchen is separated from the living room, so the smell of our cooking didn’t spread into the rest of the apartment. Big terrace towards the church. What was not pleasant at all was the “surprise” of not having two bathrooms. We specifically chose this accommodation knowing it had two bathrooms (as we were five people). Unfortunately, there is only one “split” bathroom: there is one separate toilet (without a sink to wash your hands) and one bathroom with a shower and bidet. At the time of arrival, the apartment was very dirty. The beds and towels had been changed, but everything else was quite unclean — especially the kitchen (plates, cutlery, drawers, fridge, oven, etc.). Fortunately, the host handled the issue quickly and immediately sent a team that cleaned the entire apartment.
• PEERAKA (9/5): Homemy apartment - Centrally located in the heart of Ortisei. Aprtment is quite new and homemy. a Short walk to Seceda Escalator to the Cable car. We have a wonderful staying.
• Mutia (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay. - The location is very convenient. Near in Bus stop, groxery store, cable car going to seceda and alpe di Siusi. 🥰 There are times that the water heater is not functioning but the rest are super B!
• Espen Hauge (6/5): - Sentral beloggenhet Dårlig dusj fasilitet. Sluken var trett og ble kun litt bedre etter at rørlegger var innom. Dårlig kommunikasjon i forkant av leieperioden. De påstod, med kort fremtoning, at vi ikke hadde betalt turistskatt, selv pm vi hadde kvittering på det. Brukte flere dager på å få bekreftet at betalingen var ok.
• Sarita (7/5): Good - The heating wasn’t on for the first 24 hours. We had to ask twice before it was turned on.

• Greg (4/5): Would only recommend this place for location. - The only real plus was the location Cheapest facilities owners could put in the place. No soap in toilet on arrival. Cheapest toilet paper they could find that lasted a few days.Stuck outside with 2 other groups arriving at the same time as electronic system was down. Small table in lounge did not have a top. Just the frame. Useless 5 tablets for dishwasher for 7 days for 5 guests. Electric kettle balanced on edge of sink due to location of power point. Dangerous. One overhead light for lounge/dining room No facility for reading lamp in small 3rd bedroom

• Eric (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, easy access, great directions sent ahead of time, could park on site if needed to, provided shuttle service contact for us from train station to site, full kitchen, plenty of space. Perfect for family Nothing to complain, all was great
• Derek (1/5): Very poorly fitted out flat in very good central location - The location was excellent. Lovely balcony overlooking the main square. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. There is insufficient space on the worksurface for a kettle, toaster and coffee maker;  they had to be balanced on the windowsill adjacent to the single power socket. The bathroom was very old-fashioned with bath, bidet and sink. The WC is in a separate cubicle on the opposite side of the hallway. It was very inconvenient and surely not sanitary to have the bidet and WC in different rooms. I wonder if this even satisfies local building regulations!! On our final morning the hot water system was not working and we had to have a cold showers. I had made the booking in a bit of a rush and didn’t have time to go through previous reviews. I’ve done that now and can see that my complaints have already been noted by several others who have stayed there. Considering the fantastic location adjacent to the beautiful church in the centre of town, it is really quite surprising that the owners have not invested at all in the property. The furniture is old fashioned with no sense of style and the poor lighting makes everywhere look dingy. There is an electronic system that you have to download onto a smartphone to open the door to the flat. It was complicated to get it installed on three of our smartphones though the office were helpful and talked us through it over the telephone. Whether I would have been able to do this without the help of my tech savvy 16-year-old grandson, I’m not sure. Once installed the system worked fine.

• Hussain (1/5): Was not good and I will not come back - Location is very good at the center 1) electricity stopped and no answer from host. It disturb me and my family 2) took long time to get the location of the apartment: in fact entrance administration far away from the apartment it self by + 2 km and location indicated and long time to answer my calls 3) time going and coming back using web sit link to open the door automatically which did not work ultimately. Finally they agree to give one physically 4) as a result of electricity stoppage. Very bad smell emissions from the refrigerator
• Tatiana (8/5): Excellent stay, great experience - The location is the best. Very close to the Alpe di Siusi (Seiser Alm) and Seceda lifts. Right in the center of Ortisei, surrounded by shops and restaurants and in the same time quiet and comfortable. Very clean. Three super markets within 5 min walk. Ski rental in front of the building. Highly recommended. The only inconvenience is that the reception is 5-6 km away from The Apartment, so if you come by taxi you have to book and extra stop, and if you come by bus - no idea how to collect the keys. It would be great to arrange a self check out in order to leave the keys in the post box.
• Radoslaw (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location - walking distance to all main ski lifts. On the arrival noone turned on the heating and I was freezing in the evening. Since it was out of office hours I had to go to the boiler room and figure out how to manipulate heating for my apartment (I found disconnected circuit breaker and a control panel responsible for my apartment, but you shouldn't expect guests to do stuff like this, do you?). Internet connection was a nightmare - it kept loosing the connection every 5 minutes, so in terms of using it for work it was unusuable.
